Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Behandeln von natürlichen Zellulosefasern, insbesondere Baumwollfasern, mit den folgenden Schritten: Ablegen der Fasern auf einer kontinuierlichen Ablaufbahn zur Herstellung eines Bandes von 100 bis 800 g/m2, Imprägnieren mit einer Behandlungslösung, Behandeln und dann Waschen mittels einer wässrigen Flüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Waschen durch Aufbringen der Flüssigkeit mittels Strahlen erfolgt, die gegen eine Seite des Bandes senkrecht zu seiner Ablaufrichtung mit einer Energie von 2 bis 60 kwh pro Tonne des behandelten Produktes gerichtet sind.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, insbesondere zur Herstellung von paketierter hydrophiler Baumwolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Energiemenge zwischen 2 und 10 kwh pro Tonne des behandelten Produktes liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchsatz zwischen 8 und 22 m3 pro Tonne des behandelten Produktes liegt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Abschminktüchern oder einem ähnlichen Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niveau der Energie zwischen 2 und 40 kwh/T, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 40 kwh/T liegt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchsatz zwischen 8 und 37 m3 pro Tonne des behandelten Produktes liegt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlen in gleicher Weise gegen die der betreffenden Seite gegenüberliegende Seite gerichtet werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das band bis zu 30 % Synthesefasern eingearbeitet werden.
