Claims (5)
- Mahlbahn für Walzenmühlen welche von einer drehbaren Mahlschüssel getragen wird und zwei kreisrunde ringförmige Rollbahnen bildet welche unter Mahlwalzen ablaufen um das auf die Mahlbahn geschüttete Material zu zerkleinern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Rollbahnen aus den Oberseiten einer Reihe innerer Verschleissegmente (16) und einer Reihe äusserer Verschleissegmente (18) bestehen, welche abnehmbar auf einer Tragsohle (20) aus bearbeitbarem Stahl befestigt sind welche eine mittlere bogenförmige vorstehende Rippe (28) und Aussen - (26) und Innenränder (24) aufweist die mit der Rippe (28) jeweilige ringförmige Lagerungen für die äusseren Segmente (18) und die inneren Segmente (16) bilden.
- Mahlbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleissegmente auf der Sohle (20) mittels Schrauben (38,42) und Keilen (40) befestigt sind.
- Mahlbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Sohle (20) abgeschrägte Teile (30;32) aufweisen welche mit den Verschleissegmenten schwalbenförmige Befestigungen bilden.
- Mahlbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleissegmente aus Chromguss sind.
- Mahlbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleissegmente zusammengesetzte Stücke mit einer metallischen Matrix oder mit Keramikeinsätzen mit einem guten Verschleisswiderstand sind.
