Abstract

Eine Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke ist mit einer einen unter Hitzeeinwirkung aufschäumenden Wirkstoff enthaltenden Brandschutzscheibe (2) sowie einer das Gewicht der Brandschutzscheibe aufnehmenden und mittels Scharnierbändern auf die Türzarge übertragenden Stützkonstruktion aus Holz versehen. Um eine nach Art einer Holzrahmenkonstruktion aufgebaute Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke mit möglichst großem Glasflächenanteil zu schaffen, setzt sich die Stützkonstruktion aus insgesamt zwei Tragprofilen (3, 4) entlang der unteren sowie der oberen horizontalen Kante der Brandschutzscheibe (2) zusammen. Die Tragprofile (3, 4) nehmen das Gewicht der Brandschutzscheibe (2) auf, und sind über vertikale Profile miteinander verbunden, deren Querschnitt gegenüber den Querschnitten der Tragprofile (3, 4) deutlich verringert ist. Die vertikalen Profile decken die vertikalen Kanten der Brandschutzscheibe (2) ab. Schließlich ist an einem der beiden vertikalen Profile das Schloßgehäuse des Türschlosses (5) befestigt.
