Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un moule comprenant une opération de consolidation de sable de moulage, comprenant les opérations consistant à :
    introduire du sable de moulage dans un volume de moule défini par un plaque de modèle (20) qui présente un modèle (23) et un chassis (3);
    déplacer la plaque de modèle (2) et un moyen (6, 7) pour pré-compresser le sable de moulage relativement proches l'un de l'autre, ledit moyen étant disposé au dessus du volume de moule, ledit moyen comprenant un corps (8, 11) en forme de plaque mince ou tige qui est latéralement espacé de la surface latérale intérieure du châssis (3) vers l'intérieur, et/ou est latéralement espacé des surfaces latérales intérieure et extérieure du modèle (23), de façon à introduire ladite au moins une plaque mince ou tige dans le sable de moulage (5) en pré-compressant ainsi le sable de moulage dans sa partie qui est proche de la plaque de modèle (20), et qui est proche d'au moins l'une de la surface latérale intérieure du châssis (3) et des surfaces latérales intérieure et extérieure du modèle (23);
    déplacer la plaque de modèle (20) et ledit moyen dans le sens les éloignant relativement l'un de l'autre de façon à retirer ledit au moins un corps en forme de plaque mince ou tige du sable de moulage; et, après le retrait,
    presser toute la surface du sable de moulage;
    caractérisé par une opération consistant à
    pré-compacter le sable de moulage introduit dans sa partie proche de la plaque de modèle (2), exécutée soit avant soit après l'opération de pré-compression.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite opération de pré-compactage comprend l'application d'air comprimé au sable de moulage dans le volume de moulage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite opération de pré-compactage comprend un pré-compactage par le procédé à trépidation.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par l'opération consistant à
    appliquer de l'air comprimé à la surface du sable de moulage pour ainsi compresser tout le sable de moulage.
