Claims (10)

  1. Aufhängevorrichtung für Vorhänge aus Kunststoff in Form eines Bandes, bestehend aus einem zentralen Teil (3, 3a), der dafür bestimmt ist auf einer Vorhangstange aufzuliegen, und aus zwei am Vorhang zu befestigenden Laschen (1, 2; 1a, 2a), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen biegsam sind und den zentralen Teil auf beiden Seiten verlängern, der ein bogenförmiges steifes Element (3, 3a) ist, und die Aufhängevorrichtung als Träger einer dekorativen Schlaufe (10) dient.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bogenförmige Element (3) aus steifem Kunststoff besteht und mit Befestigungsmitteln (5) für eine dekorative Schlaufe ausgestattet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steifigkeit des besagten bogenförmigen Elements (3) auf dem Vorhandensein einer oder mehrerer Rippen (4) mit der gleichen Krümmung wie das besagte bogenförmige Element (3) beruht.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Band aus zwei biegsamen Bändern (1a, 2a) besteht, verbunden durch eine Langette (3a), die mit Querrippen (4a, 4b, 4c) ausgestattet ist, die durch Umschlagen des Bandes auf sich selbst der Langette (3a) eine gekrümmte Form geben.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende der beiden biegsamen Laschen (1, 2; 1a, 2a) ein Element für die Befestigung der Vorrichtung am Vorhang vorgesehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Befestigungselement aus einer Achse (7, 8) besteht, die bei dem freien Ende der Laschen (1, 2; 1a, 2a) durch Locher (6) geschoben und durch Kopfenden (9) festgehalten wird.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse aus einem mit Gewinde versehenen Stift (8) besteht, der mit einem mit Innengewinde versehenen Stift (7) verbunden wird.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Befestigungsmittel der Schlaufe durch Randleisten (5) gebildet werden, die oberhalb und auf beiden Seiten des besagten bogenförmigen Elements (3) hervorstehen.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Oberfläche des bogenförmigen Teils (3, 3a) eine gegenüber Geweben rutschfeste Struktur aufweist.
  10. Schlaufe zur Verwendung mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an ihren beiden Enden Taschen (11) aufweist, in die sich die freien Enden der biegsamen Laschen (1, 2; 1a, 2a) schieben lassen.
