Abstract

Er dient zu dem Zweck, von der laufenden Faserstoffbahn (Papier- oder Kartonbahn) einen Randstreifen abzutrennen. Dieser Randstreifen wird beim Einfädeln einer Faserstoffbahn zunächst allein in das nachfolgende Aggregat eingeführt. Erst nach dem erfolgreichen Einfädeln wird der Spitzenschneider in der Weise quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verfahren, daß der ursprünglich schmale Randstreifen allmählich die volle Breite der Faserstoffbahn annimmt.Such single-felt dryer groups are e.g. known from utility model DE 295 10 637.9. Papier- oder Kartonbahn) führbar ist, mit den folgenden Merkmalen: a) die Trockenzylinder (31-33) kommen nur mit der Unterseite der Faserstoffbahn (1) in Kontakt; b) ein endloses Stützband (29) läuft zusammen mit der Bahn (1) über die oberen Bereiche der Zylinder-Mantelflächen; c) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Spitzenschneider (S) dieser Ein-Filz-Trockengruppe (30) nachgeordnet ist; d) der Spitzenschneider (S) - in Bahnlaufrichtung (15) gesehen - zwischen dem letzten, antreibbaren Zylinder (31) und einer nachfolgenden, antreibbaren Bahnleitwalze (24) angeordnet ist.
