Derartige Ein-Filz-Trockengruppen sind z.B. aus dem Gebrauchsmuster DE 295 10 637.9 bekannt. Zwischen oder auch vor solchen Ein-Filz-Trockengruppen ist ein sogenannter Spitzenschneider erforderlich. Er dient zu dem Zweck, von der laufenden Faserstoffbahn (Papier- oder Kartonbahn) einen Randstreifen abzutrennen. Dieser Randstreifen wird beim Einfädeln einer Faserstoffbahn zunächst allein in das nachfolgende Aggregat eingeführt. Erst nach dem erfolgreichen Einfädeln wird der Spitzenschneider in der Weise quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verfahren, daß der ursprünglich schmale Randstreifen allmählich die volle Breite der Faserstoffbahn annimmt.Such single-felt dryer groups are e.g. known from utility model DE 295 10 637.9. Eine Faserstoffbahn 1 wird von einer Bahnbehandlungseinrichtung kommend (z.B. Streichstation oder Leimpresse) über eine Breitstreckwalze 20 um den Trockenzylinder 34 herum der Ein-Filz-Trockengruppe 30 zugeführt. Weil der Trockenzylinder 34 nicht von dem Stützband 29 umschlungen wird, hat er einen separaten Antrieb 24. Beim Durchlaufen der Faserstoffbahn 1 durch die Ein-Filz-Trockengruppe 30 in Bahnlaufrichtung 15 werden die Zylinder 33, 32 und 31 an ihren oberen Bereichen der Manteloberfläche von der Bahn 1 nacheinander umschlungen. Zwischen den ebenfalls auch vom Stützband 29 umschlungenen Zylindern 33, 32 und 31 befinden sich Umlenkwalzen 27 mit Bahnstabilisatoren 26. Diese Umlenkwalzen 27 sind Saugwalzen und können gelochte, gerillte oder gelochte und gerillte Walzen sein. Über den Bahnstabilisator 26 werden die Saugwalzen 27 und die Taschen zwischen den Zylindern 33, 32, 31 und den Saugwalzen 27 besaugt.A

Die nachfolgende Bahnleitwalze 21 ist optional mit einem separatem Antrieb 24 versehen. Zwischen dem Zylinder 31 und der Bahnleitwalze 21 läßt sich so exakt ein Bahnzug in der Faserstoffbahn 1 aufbauen. In diesem Bereich, wo die Faserstoffbahn 1 noch auf dem Zylinder 31 aufliegt, ist sie besonders gut gestützt. Hier ist vorteilhafterweise der mit einem Pfeil gekennzeichnete Wasserstrahl-Spitzenschneider S angeordnet.At the end of the single-felt
Wenn die Faserstoffbahn 1 in die Ein-Filz-Trockengruppe 30 eingefädelt wurde, so läuft sie zunächst am Zylinder 21 als Ausschußbahn 1 nach unten in den nicht dargestellten Ausschußpulper ab. Um ein Anhaften am Zylinder 21 zu vermeiden, ist ein Schaber 14 auf die Zylinderoberfläche aufgesetzt. Der Spitzenschneider S trennt dann die Faserstoffbahn bei einem Randabstand von etwa 200-500 mm in zwei Einzelstreifen. Durch ebenfalls nicht dargestellte Blaselemente wird dann der schmalere Bahnstreifen - der sogn. Bändel - um die Bahnleitwalze 21 herum zu weiteren Elementen der Papiermaschine gelenkt. Durch den antreibbaren Zylinder 21 und die ebenfalls antreibbare Bahnleitwalze 21 kann nun ein definierter Zug in der Faserstoffbahn 1 aufgebaut werden, der den Trennvorgang stabilisiert. Nach erfolgreicher Überführung der Faserstoffbahn 1 zu weiteren Elementen der Papiermaschine wird der Spitzenschneider quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung in Richtung zum breiteren Streifen verfahren, so daß der Bändel selbst breiter wird. Hat der Bändel so die volle Breite der Faserstoffbahn 1 erreicht, so ist die Überführung der Faserstoffbahn 1 abgeschlossen und der Spitzenschneider S kann abgeschaltet werden.When the
