Abstract

Claims (11)

Formwork system with adjustable radius of curvature, for concrete constructions, comprising a sheet of formwork (2) secured to a set of beams spaced uniformly along generatrices, length-adjusting means (4, 5, 6 and 7) running transversely to the beams and connecting them, and at least one bending template (10) cut to a given radius of curvature, characterized in that the bending template (10) is pressed against the sheet of formwork (2) by first clamping means (8) which are arranged inside the holding beams (30 to 33) of the set of beams and by second clamping means (9) which are secured to a longitudinal member (11) fixed to the sheet of formwork (2), while the adjusting means (4, 5, 6 and 7) are designed to deform the sheet of formwork (2) either to the radius of curvature of the bending template (10) or to different radii of curvature, but. ones which lie within the elastic deformation of said templates.
  2. Formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a bending template (10) in its upper and lower part.
  3. Formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the bending template (10) has a central groove in which a seal is placed.
  4. Formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping means (8) comprise a heel (80) which is moved by means of a screw (83) collaborated with a nut (82) fixed into a U-shaped sleeve (81) secured to a first tubular element (87) which slides in a second (88) with the same profile.
  5. Formwork system according to Claim 4, characterized in that the screw (83) is secured to a skirt (85) which prevents it from being withdrawn.
  6. Formwork system according to Claim 4, characterized in that the second element (88) is secured to a plate (89) which bears against a washer (86).
  7. Formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping means (9) comprise a sleeve (90) secured to a longitudinal member (11) fixed to the sheet of formwork (2), a nut (92) which is welded to the inside of the sleeve (90), a screw (93) which collaborates with the nut (92) and of which the head (94), which has a conical bearing surface, is introduced into a washer with the same profile (95) secured to a clamping plate (96).
  8. Formwork system according to Claim 7, characterized in that the plate (96) is connected to a sleeve (97) which slides inside the sleeve (90).

  10. Formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the bending templates (10) are made either of wood or of plastic or of nylon.
  11. Method for implementing the formwork system according to Claim 1, characterized in that it consists:
    in pre-bending a sheet of formwork (2) secured, along its generatrices, to holding beams (30 to 33) using adjusting means (4, 5, 6 and 7),
    in pressing a bending template (10) that has a given radius of curvature into the upper and lower part of the formwork system (1),
    in acting on clamping means (8, 9) provided one in each holding beam (30 to 33) and on a longitudinal member (11) to press the bending templates (10) against the sheet of formwork (2),
    and in actuating the adjusting means (4, 5, 6 and 7) to definitively bend the sheet of formwork (2) either to the radius of curvature of the bending templates (10) or to different radii of curvature but ones which lie within the elastic deformation of the said templates.
