Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a disposable device for protect the interior of household ovens from soiling due to splashes of grease and sauces.
  • Document CH-A-477.195 proposes an electric roasting pan which has disposable metal sheets pressed against the side walls by permanent magnets.
  • the protection offered is largely insufficient since only the side walls of the oven are protected. Whether it be at the bottom of the oven, which is the most inaccessible, or at the lower level, where all the cooking liquids flow out, the walls are absent and only protect too partially the oven.
  • the use of magnets for fixing is both expensive and not recommended in an oven intended for cooking food, all the more so as heating can be provided by an electrical resistance, which can generate parasites of magnetic origin.
  • the present invention eliminates the need to choose between good oven protection or good cooking of food.
  • the invention relates to a disposable device for internal protection of household ovens consisting of a box folding, characterized in that the box consists of four walls, i.e. one bottom wall, two walls side and a rear wall, and an anti-drip lift which constitutes the lower part of a front wall.
  • the box is in one piece.
  • the box is in two parts, a first part constituting the two side walls and the rear wall, and a second part constituting the wall lower and anti-drip ascent.
  • the second part is consisting of a tray, the bottom of which acts as a wall lower, and one edge of which acts as a lift anti-drip.
  • the first part consists of three walls united to each other.
  • the box and therefore the walls are made of aluminum sheets.
  • each wall has a frame formed by a frame.
  • the side walls have horizontal grooves, each groove of one of the walls being at the same level as a groove of the other wall, so that at least one of the grids of the oven can be placed in the grooves.
  • the rear wall has holes for the passage of air convection.
  • Each hole comes from an H-shaped cutout, which creates two wings whose deformations constitute a nozzle of air projection.
  • the device has three convection air inlets, from the top of the back plate, from the front, i.e. over the anti-drip lift, and through the holes in the wall rear, and also comprises at least one suction means for the air.
  • Air intake is provided by a filter grid present at the rear wall.
  • the filter grid comprises an awning grid which prevents liquids from flowing over the outer face of the rear wall.
  • the box has at least one slot for the passage of the rod of a rotisserie.
  • All or part of at least one of the walls, placed at the level of the interior lighting of the oven, is of transparent structure and unalterable with heat.
  • a transparent front wall is present so that a free space between this wall and the anti-drip lift exists to allow air circulation.
  • the anti-drip lift is V-shaped, cross-section transverse.
  • FIG. 1 represents a perspective view of an oven, the door is open and receives a protection device according to the invention.
  • FIG. 2 represents a view, laid out flat, of the first mode of the device according to FIG. 1.
  • Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the device of Figure 2, set in volume.
  • FIG. 4 represents a front view, and laid out flat, of the first part of the second embodiment of the device.
  • Figure 5 shows a top view of the second part of the second embodiment of the device.
  • FIG. 6 represents a side view of FIG. 5.
  • Figure 7 is identical to Figure 5 but relates to a variant of the second part.
  • Figure 8 shows a perspective view of another mode of the protective device, where the movements are highlighted.
  • FIG. 9 is a front view of FIG. 8.
  • Figure 10 is an alternative embodiment based on the Figure 8 device.
  • Figure 11 is a sagittal section of a filter grid.
  • Figure 12 shows a sectional view of a means clinching between two aluminum sheets.
  • the device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It indeed comprises, according to a first characteristic, a set of removable walls connected between them and forming a box.
  • This box made in connection with the dimensions of the oven, receives, during cooking, projections fat and sauce. After one or more uses, the box is replaced by a new box, retaining the walls perfectly clean oven, thus extending the equipment life and achieve substantial savings.
  • the cabinet walls are spaced from the oven walls by a distance sufficient to allow correct circulation of the air flow hot.
  • the bottom of the box rests on the removable oven rack.
  • the upper part of the box is not covered, so as not to disrupt the radiation of the arch resistance.
  • the device comprises a box consisting of a bottom, two side walls, a rear panel and a lift anti-drip.
  • the walls, the panel and the lift are integral of the bottom and articulated in relation to it.
  • the assembly of the walls, relative to the rear panel, is carried out thanks to two junction flaps provided with a material adhesive.
  • the rear panel has a pre-cut and trimmed slot a reinforcement for the passage of the rod of a rotisserie in the static version.
  • the rear panel has an air intake filter grid, for the "heat” version rotating ".
  • the box is provided with an articulated stiffening frame.
  • the anti-drip lift is maintained in the vertical position by adhesive tabs attaching to the walls.
  • the device according to the invention is particularly intended internal protection of household ovens.
  • the present invention relates to a disposable device for internal protection 1 intended to be installed, according to F5 of the Figure 1, inside the enclosure of an oven 2.
  • This disposable device 1 is essentially constituted by a folding box 3.
  • This box 3 is shaped, as we can see shown in Figures 3, 8 and 9.
  • This 3 has a shape substantially parallelepipedic having two faces which have been deleted. These two sides are the upper side and the side before. Therefore, the box 3 consists of a rear wall 7, two side walls 5 and 6 and a bottom wall 4.
  • these walls are secured to each other and form a one-piece assembly.
  • the folding box 3 consists of two parts 9 and 10.
  • the first part 9 consists of the joining by means of fixing the public domain, of three panels constituting, on the one hand, the side walls 5 and 6 and, on the other hand, the rear wall 7.
  • This fixing can be carried out either by gluing, welding or clinching 22, as shown in Figure 12.
  • the second part consists of the lower wall 4 which, as seen in Figure 6 in side view, is consisting of a tray 4.
  • this tray can be constituted by a dish which can be reused. In this case, it will only be necessary to replace the three other walls of the disposable device 1.
  • the use of a dish, as a tray 4 can allow storage when the device 1 is sold of a maximum of first parts 9 consisting of side walls 5, 6 and rear 7 disposable.
  • this second embodiment consists of a single element folded two levels to constitute, on the one hand, the rear wall 7, on the other hand, the right side wall 5 and the side wall left 6. This is what is well represented in figure 7. Good heard, this second part will always cooperate with a second part 10, as shown in Figures 5 and 6.
  • grooves are present at the level of all the walls to increase the rigidity of the whole.
  • the side walls 5 and 6 have horizontal grooves 11 and 12 which are parallel to the tray 4, when the box 3 is shaped. These grooves 11 and 12 allow the establishment, inside the device 1 itself inside the oven 2, a grid 13 of said furnace 2, shown in FIG. 1.
  • the grid 13 is however not set place to allow its positioning inside the disposable device 1, but under this device 1 in order to create a space between the bottom of the oven 2 and the bottom wall 4 of said disposable device 1.
  • the tray 4 according to Figures 5 and 6 also includes ribs 23 which increase the rigidity of this element.
  • the rear wall 7 being integral structurally side walls 5 and 6, it is necessary that the excess material due to the presence of the grooves 12, at level of the side walls 5 and 6, or absorbed. Therefore, we performs folds 24 which allow these grooves 12 to be absorbed side and further increase the rigidity of the rear wall 7.
  • this rise anti-drip 8 has a shape of V 21, in cross section. This improves the rigidity of this lift 8 and also to give it a spacer function between the two walls side 5 and 6.
  • the rear wall 7 is provided with a filter grid 16. This has a good structure particular shown in Figure 11 and which consists of a set of awnings 17.
  • the front part of the plan is that which is located inside the disposable device 1. It is therefore easy to understand that any cooking liquid or liquid substance which would flow along the inside of the wall rear 7 could not pass outside said device disposable 1 because the inclination of the awnings 17 prevents the external flow of said fluid.
  • walls 4 to 7 may have, at a position predetermined adequate, a slot allowing the establishment of the oven rotisserie 2.
  • hot air can, by convection, penetrate inside the concavity of the disposable device 1 at the level of three very specific places.
  • the hot air can also pass between the lower wall 4 and the bottom of the oven.
  • the hot air can also pass between the lower wall 4 and the bottom of the oven.
  • the box 3 can optionally have a transparent front wall 19. However, it is necessary that the air flow according to F2 can always be made, thereby a free space 20, located between the ascent 8 and the wall 19, exists.
