Claims (10)
- Procédé de production de cylindres de gaufrage (1), notamment destinés au gaufrage des feuilles continues de papier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première étape de formation d'une série de saillies (3) et une seconde étape de formation d'un motif ou dessin (5) qui comprend l'enlèvement au moins partiel d'un certain nombre desdites saillies (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première étape de formation de ladite série de saillies comprend une opération d'usinage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite première étape de formation de ladite série de saillies comprend une opération chimique.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première étape de formation de ladite série de saillies est suivie d'une opération de finition.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde étape de formation d'un motif ou dessin, qui comprend l'enlèvement au moins partiel d'un certain nombre desdites saillies, est exécutée par une machine à commande numérique.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde étape de formation d'un motif ou dessin, qui comprend l'enlèvement au moins partiel d'un certain nombre desdites saillies, est exécutée par une machine à moleter.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite machine à commande numérique est une fraiseuse.
- Cylindre de gaufrage de feuilles continues de papier comprenant une série de saillies (3) répartie à la surface du cylindre, caractérisé en ce que les motifs ont été formés par enlèvement au moins partiel de certaines desdites saillies.
- Machine de gaufrage de feuilles continues de papier, comprenant des cylindres de gaufrage selon la revendication 8.
- Machine selon la revendication 9, comprenant deux cylindres opposés l'un à l'autre, l'un desdits cylindres ayant des motifs qui sont symétriquement identiques aux motifs de l'autre cylindre.
