Claims (13)

  1. Appareil pour la fabrication de produits papetiers multicouches par moletage, comprenant une unité à roues de moletage (2, 3, 4, 14, 44) constituée d'une pluralité de roues de moletage (4), chacune d'entre elles coopérant avec au moins un rouleau de contraste (5) afin de décorer par moletage au moins une couche de papier et de décorer et d'assembler au moins deux couches de papier, chacune des dites roues de moletage (4) étant pourvue de motifs en relief (7) disposés de manière à créer une continuité de contact avec le papier et le rouleau de contraste (5) ; ledit appareil étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux supports de roues de moletage (2) qui sont disposés mutuellement opposés par rapport audit rouleau de contraste (5).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque roue de moletage (4) est relativement longue dans un sens axial et a un grand nombre de motifs en relief (7).
  3. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits motifs (7) sont espacés les uns des autres d'une distance qui est comparable à la distance entre les roues de moletage (4) de manière à maintenir les motifs (7) avec une variation minimale parmi les roues de moletage (4), ce qui produit un effet de continuité de dessin sur le papier moleté.
  4. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit espacement entre les motifs (7) permet de décorer en continuité dans un sens transversal en utilisant une pluralité de roues de moletage (4).
  5. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dimension axiale de chaque roue de moletage (4) est comparable à son diamètre.
  6. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues de moletage (4) sont faites d'un matériau qui est apte à subir une gravure et une attaque laser.
  7. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite roue de moletage (4) est pourvue de protubérances qui sont plus hautes que les protubérances d'une couche de papier déjà gaufrée afin d'impartir un décor à ladite couche de papier déjà gaufrée.
  8. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues de moletage (4) sont supportées par un seul arbre support (2).
  9. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit seul arbre (2) est poussé à ses deux bouts par des bras articulés (10).
  10. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras articulés (10) agissent sur une poutrelle (11) qui comprend une série de supports intermédiaires (9) pour ledit seul arbre (2) et qui empêche ledit arbre (2) de fléchir.
  11. Appareil selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les protubérances sont interposées entre lesdits motifs décoratifs et permettent un contact entre la roue de moletage (4) et le rouleau de contraste (5) mais ne font pas varier l'effet final de la décoration parce qu'elles sont atténuées lors du gaufrage du papier.
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues de moletage (4) sont supportées individuellement par un support de roue de moletage (44) appliqué sur une poutrelle support (14).
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un tampon gonflable (8) est interposé entre lesdites roues de moletage (4) et ladite poutrelle support (14).
