Abstract

Description

纸张的压凸印刷机,例如用于制造复合的双层餐巾纸卷的压凸印刷机包括两个压凸印轮:每个辊子有一系列以平行排列的方式布置的突起并与一相应的加压辊相配合,以便对每片纸进行压花。
将压凸印辊相互靠紧,以便使两片经过压花的纸接合起来,这最好是通过使其凸点相重合而实现,两个压凸印辊中的一个涂覆有胶层,以便将两张纸粘在一起。
压凸印辊上的突起可通过机加工的方法,或采用化学蚀刻的方法而形成,由此使纸片上具有均匀的点刻图案,该点刻图案由向内凸出的,也就是说,在纸的相向侧上的多排平行点构成。
但是,使两张纸保持稳定结合的有利条件是使一张纸以尽可能最多的突起与另一张纸的那些凸起相吻合,从而确保形成大范围的粘结表面。作为另一方案,即在所谓的“错位”系统中,使一张纸的凸起必须与另一张纸的凸起之间的区间相重合。
美国专利GB-A-2166690公开了一种用于制造压凸纹纸张,例如餐巾纸的压凸印刷法,该压凸纹纸包括具有一长轴线和一短轴线的浮花装饰,其中,大体上所有浮花的长轴线与机器的横向对准。
专利WO-A-93/25383公开了一种用于压凸印纸张的组合式字模辊,该字模辊是通过将若干分开的元件组装起来而制成的,而不是一件,并且采用化学蚀刻的工艺。这种结构有许多优点,但是其结构复杂并且成本昂贵。
本发明的一个目标是提供一种用于制造辊子,特别是用于压凸印卷筒纸的辊子的方法,该辊子能在最终的纸制品上压制出复杂的装饰图案。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种从生产角度考虑比常规系统明显节俭的方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这样一种方法,它能根据需要制造出复杂程度不一的装饰图案或设计,但总是具有极高的精度和复制性,甚至在多辊上呈镜面对称的复制性。
在下文中将显而易见的本发明的所述目标,各个目的或其它特征可借助于一种用于制造辊子,特别是用于压凸印卷简纸的辊子的方法来实现,该方法包括两个步骤,第一步骤是形成一系列的凸起,而形成某一图案或设计的第二步骤包括至少部分地去除一定数量的凸起。

总的用序号1标注的按照本发明的压凸印辊适于在用于制造压凸纹纸的基本上是传统型的压凸印刷机上使用,此类机器包括两个轴线平行的压凸印辊,以便使两辊的压凸印刷表面在各辊的面对的凸起处接触。
在一种已知的方法中,每个压凸印辊与一相应的用橡胶或其它弹性材料制成的加压辊相配合,以在相应的卷筒纸上形成压印花纹。事实上,将两个卷筒纸分别送入第一对和第二对压凸印辊及加压辊,以便进行压凸印刷。一经压凸印制后,两个卷筒纸便沿两个压凸印辊之间的接触线连接,从而形成一个双层卷筒纸。
根据本发明,采用例如机加工的方法用形成一系列均匀一致的凸起3的第一步骤制造压凸印辊。可以任选地进行精加工操作,或者可以直接进行形成装饰图案或设计5的第二步骤,该步骤包括至少部分地去除一定数量的凸起。
可以采用数控机床,如铣床来有利地除去凸起。这就允许非常完美地并且甚至以对称的方式在第二个辊上复制每个装饰图案或设计。实际上,尽可能地将最大数量的两辊凸起的相对点相吻合是非常重要的,以便确保两层纸可以良好的粘合。

例如,也可以按相反的顺序进行所述步骤。
所采用的材料以及尺寸当然也可以根据本领域中的要求和情况任意选择。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于制造辊子,特辊是用于压凸印制卷筒纸的辊子的方法,包括形成一系列的突起的第一步骤和形成设计花型或图案的第二步骤,该第二步骤包括至少部分地去除一定数量的所述突起。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,上述的形成所述一系列突起的第一步骤包括一个机加工操作。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,上述的形成所述一系列突起的第一步骤包括一个化学过程。
4.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在上述的形成所述一系列突起的第一步骤之后设有一道精加工操作。
5.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,包括至少部分地去除一定数量所述突起的用于形成设计花型或图案的上述第二步骤是采用一种数控机床进行的。
6.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,包括至少部分地去除一定数量的所述突起的用于形成设计花型或图案的上述第二步骤由一压花机来实施。
7.按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,上述的数控机床是一铣床。
8.用于压凸印制卷筒纸的辊子,包括一系列分布在滚筒的表面上的突起和通过至少部分地去除某些上述突起而形成的图案。
9.用于压凸印制卷筒纸的机器,包括压凸印辊,每个压凸印辊包括一系列在辊面上分布的突起和通过至少部分地去除某些上述突起而形成的图案。
10.按照权利要求9所述的机器,包括两个相互相对的辊子,上述辊子之一所包括的图案与另一辊子的设计图案完全对称。
11.一种纸张,包括两层受到压凸印制,以便在纸上形成一系列向内的突起的纸,和由其中不存在上述突起部分的区域形成的图案。
