Definitions
- Game and sports equipment are known in many different versions.
- Various types of ball games are very popular. Most ball games require more or less space. Due to a lack of space and due to the traffic density, ball games are almost no longer possible in the city, for example, so that playing and sporting activities with balls is often inadequate.
- Ball games for example, are known in which the ball is connected to an elastic cord which is fastened to the body of the player in order to avoid uncontrolled rolling away.
- a soccer ball is mentioned in US 4071 241A (CORTES GARCIA). in which the cord attached to the ball is passed through a hose which is strapped around the waist of the player, so that by pulling the cord at the other end, the ball distance can be regulated.
- the invention has the task of a Spielu.Sportêt to create that completely new interesting Play opportunities allowed, even in the smallest of spaces, e.g. even with a space requirement with a radius of approx are to be carried out, however, if the space required is sufficient Player's more entertaining game and sport options allowed to exercise in a controlled manner without doing yourself and endanger others.
- the game u.Sport réelle consists of an elastic, preferably ball-shaped impact body, which is connected by means of a distance u.Zugschnur with a bracket which in turn is attached to a swing sensor such as the foot that the distance u.Zugschnur in a deflection and sliding element on the holder, for example a ring, an eyelet or in a channel: or is attached to this sliding element.
- the spacer and pull cord attached to the impact body and passed through the sliding element has a handle or at its other end. Holding zone.
- the sliding element can be attached directly to a shoe; or be present on this itself, for example in the sole or upper shoe area.
- the ball By skillfully swiveling the foot, the ball is brought from one side of the foot over the vertex to the other side of the foot at the start of the game. If the swing is correct, the centrifugal force of the impact body tightens the distance and pull cord so that the impact body moves in a circular or approximate circular path. Due to the elasticity of the impact body, the impact body is always reversed in its direction upon impact. The radius of the circular path is changed accordingly by guiding (giving in or pulling) on the distance and pull cord.
- the distance and pull cord with a holding zone is provided or to provide a handle that offers the possibility of Distance and pull cord unwind and unwind. This can also happen automatically e.g. one in or on the handle attached winding roll pretensioned with a twisted rubber and due to the centrifugal force of the impact body when playing the distance and pull cord is unrolled.
- a stick, sleeve or tube is provided for the momentum generator is to which the distance and pull cord attached or is passed through.
- the impact body is provided on both sides with a distance and pull cord, which can be fixed firmly or slidingly.
- the ends are then each attached to a swing sensor - foot, rod, pipe or the like.
- the attraction of the activity lies in the harmony of the two players.
- target plates or discs to the game, which must then be hit by the impact body when playing.
- These target plates can have acoustic and or optical and / or adhesive properties, so that, for example, the target plate remains stuck to the impact body or a sound is generated when the impact body impacts.
- the target object can also be designed as a self-adhesive tail.
- the impact body itself emits acoustic signals and or has a light source.
- Another embodiment is to equip the game and sports device with a counter. The counting pulses can be transmitted to the counter mechanically or without contact, for example by the movement of the impact body or by the movement of the pull cord.
- the attachment of the impact body to the distance and pull cord can be of the type that the impact body has a fastening groove has and formed by a distance u. pull cord Outside loop is held, or that the impact body through an inside or outside attachment with the distance and pull cord connected or, e.g. the impact body in one net-like grid and this with the distance u connected is.
- the impact body (1) is fastened to a distance and pull cord (2) which is guided through a sliding and deflecting element (6).
- a handle (8, 9) At the upper end of the spacer and pull cord (2) there is a handle (8, 9) with a winding device.
- the sliding and deflecting element (6) is attached to the holder (4).
- the bracket itself is in turn attached to the swing sensor (3), in this case on the shoe, or on the foot.
- the impact body in the outer radius is on a circular path above the foot during play and is reversed in the direction of impact. The player can change the distance between the impact body (1) and the sliding and deflecting element (6) by pulling on the distance and pull line (2).
- adjustable holder (4) which has a closure (5) preferably Velcro.
- the holder (4) has a swivel (7) on which there is a laterally open sliding and deflecting element (6) through which the distance and pull cord (2) is guided.
- FIG. 1 shows a possible variant of the execution of the Spielu.Sport marers in game operation.
- a hollow rod with handle (8) as a holder (4) and as a swing sensor (3).
- the distance and pull cord (2) is guided through this rod or at the same time the flywheel (3).
- the impact body (1) is shown at one end of the distance and pull cord (2) and a winding and unwinding device (9) is shown at the other end.
- the swing encoder (3) is moved by hand.
- the different radii show the impact body (1) on different trajectories with a shortened or extended distance and pull cord (2).
- FIG. 1 shows an impact body (1) on its trajectory, consisting of a normal ball e.g. Tennis ball that is in one Network structure (10), which with the distance u (2) is connected.
- a normal ball e.g. Tennis ball that is in one Network structure (10), which with the distance u (2) is connected.
- the impact body (1) is provided with a tail (15) which is either fixed or detachably connected to the impact body.
- a second distance and pull cord can be attached to the impact body (1).
- the distance and pull cords are each guided in a deflection element (6) and are operated by hand.
- a sliding and u. deflecting element (6) formed as an elongated hollow body. which is releasably connected to a shoe by means of a double holder (4); or is firmly attached to the shoe.
- the elongated sliding and deflecting element (6) has a thickening in the material at its ends in order to withstand the friction of the spacer and pull cord which is movably guided through the hollow body (6).
- FIG. 1 shows a possible embodiment of a holder (11) for the impact body (1) and for the distance and pull cord (2).
- the impact body (1) is pressed or jammed in the holder.
- the distance and pull cord (2) is wound up and can be fixed at any distance. After the distance and pull cord has been wound up, the holder (4) is also stretched onto the receptacle for the cord (9). (Not shown in the drawing).
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a further possible embodiment of a holder (11) which receives the impact body (1) and the holder (9) of the pull cord (2).
- the holder (11) has a fastening element (12) which is hung on a belt, for example.
- FIG. 13 shows a side view in a simplified representation possible design of the game and sports device with a Counter (13), which is the number of pendulum movements registered.
- the impact body (1) is provided with two distance and pull cords, each of which is attached to the shoe Sliding and deflecting element (6) can be actuated.
- the impact body (1) has Velcro and adhesive elements which, when impacted, connect and are received by the adhesive elements lying on the floor.
