Claims (6)
- Sammelplatten-Rohling für Wärmetauscher, insbesondere von Kraftfahrzeugen, vom Typ, der in einem mittleren Abschnitt (3) wenigstens eine Reihe von Ausstülpungen aufweist, die gestanzt werden können, um Löcher (7) zu erzeugen, die Enden von Rohren (1) aufnehmen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Ausstülpung (6-i) wenigstens zwei ausgerichtete Abdrücke (8a - 8c) von jeweils gewählter Abmessung aufweist, die einzeln oder in Kombination mit Hilfe von Stanzstempeln gestanzt werden können, die charakteristische Abmessungen aufweisen, die sich wenigstens in der Ausrichtungsrichtung (X-X) unterscheiden, um die Durchführung von Rohren (1) zu ermöglichen, die wenigstens in dieser Ausrichtungsrichtung unterschiedliche Abmessungen aufweisen.
- Rohling nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Abdruck (8) mit Hilfe von Stanzstempeln gestanzt werden kann, deren charakteristische Abmessungen sich in einer Richtung (Y-Y) unterscheiden, die senkrecht ist zu der Ausrichtungsrichtung (X-X) der Abdrücke einer Ausstülpung, um die Durchführung von Rohren von wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Abmessungen in dieser zur Ausrichtung senkrechten Richtung zu ermöglichen.
- Rohling nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens der eine der Abdrücke (8a) in der Ausrichtungsrichtung eine Abmessung (A1) aufweist, die sich von der (oder den) Abmessung(en) (A2, A3) der anderen Abdrücke (8b, 8c) unterscheidet.
- Rohling nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Ausstülpung (6-i) drei ausgerichtete Abdrücke (8a-8c) aufweist, die einzeln oder in Kombination gestanzt werden können, um die Durchführung von Rohren (1) zu ermöglichen, die drei verschiedene Abmessungen in der Ausrichtungsrichtung (X-X) sowie fünf verschiedene Abmessungen in einer Richtung (Y-Y) aufweisen, die senkrecht zu dieser Ausrichtungsrichtung ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Sammelplatte für Wärmetauscher, insbesondere von Kraftfahrzeugen, das die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:Vorsehen eines Rohlings, der einen mittleren, ebenen Abschnitt (3) aufweist;Ausstülpen des mittleren Abschnitts (3) des Rohlings, um dort mehrere Ausstülpungen (6-i) zu bilden, die zueinander parallel sind; undStanzen der Ausstülpungen (6), so daß Löcher (7) zur Durchführung von Enden von Rohren (1) erzeugt werden,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Ausstülpungsschritt die jeweiligen Abmessungen der Vertiefungen so gewählt sind, daß Löcher hergestellt werden können, deren Abmessung in der zu der Ausrichtungsrichtung (X-X) senkrechten Richtung (Y-Y) wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Werte annehmen kann.
