Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour la poussée de la pièce ou planche à couper dans une machine à scieur circulai re, laquelle comprend un plateau en fonte (2) au-dessus duquel fait saillie, à travers une fente appropriée, un segment circulaire (3) d'une lame tournante dentée (4) qui a pour fonction de couper la pièce en bois (1) posée sur ledit plateau et poussée contre ladite lame, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un taquet-poussoir (5) animé d'un mouvement rectiligne alternatif, une cellule photo-électrique (15) fournissant une impulsion pour mettre en action un vérin pneumatique (21), ledit taquet-poussoir (5) venant se placer en contact avec la face extrême arrière (23) de ladite pièce en cours de travail et exerçant sur celle-ci une action de poussée qui permet la coupe de cette pièce, ladite action de poussée se terminant lorsque, dans son déplacement rectiligne, ledit taquet a franchi la zone de coupe de la lame (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente, en avant du taquet-poussoir (5), un galet fou (9) qui presse la partie de la pièce en cours de travail contre le plateau en fonte (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le taquet-poussoir (5) qui est articulé, par un pivot (12), sur un étrier (7) qui peut être réglé dans la direction verticale pour permettre audit taquet de s'adapter aux différentes épaisseurs des pièces de bois (1) à couper.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le galet fou (9) est supporté par un bras (8) articulé sur l'étrier (7) et est maintenu en contact avec la pièce (1) par l'action d'un ressort de rappel (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un protecteur (11), qui, articulé sur l'étrier (7) par un pivot (12), présente son extrémité inférieure suivant l'axe de la saillie du segment circulaire (3) de la lame de coupe (4).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (7) est supporté par une traverse horizontale (18) supportée à son tour par un élément (19) qui s'appuie sur le plateau en fonte (2), ledit élément pouvant être positionné différemment en fonction des différentes largeurs de la partie (20) qu'il s'agit de couper dans la pièce (1).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie avant de l'élément (19) joue le rôle d'une butée (14) pour l'appui latéral de la pièce (1) et définit ainsi la largeur de la partie (20) à couper.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 7, caractérisé en ce que sur la butée (14), est insérée, en amont de la lame de coupe (4), une cellule photo-électrique (15) qui détecte le passage de la pièce (1) en cours de coupe.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement rectiligne alternatif du taquet-poussoir (5) est réalisé à l'aide d'un vérin pneumatique (21) solidaire de l'élément (19), qui entraíne une traverse horizontale (18) montée à coulissement sur un guide (22).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la rotation du taquet-poussoir (5) et du protecteur (11) sur leurs pivots-supports respectifs (6, 12) est détectée par des capteurs (16, 17).
- Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre du dispositif suivant les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'à la suite du déplacement manuel de poussée exécuté par l'opérateur, la face extérieure arrière (23) de la pièce ou planche à couper (1) franchit la ligne de lecture de la cellule photo-électrique (15), ladite cellule photo-électrique fournit une impulsion pour mettre en action le vérin pneumatique (21), lequel, en entraínant respectivement la traverse (18) et l'étrier (7), provoque le déplacement rectiligne du taquet-poussoir (5) en sens inverse du sens d'avance de ladite pièce, ledit taquet se trouvant alors dans une position inclinée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lorsque dans son mouvement de translation, le taquet-poussoir (5) franchit la face extrême arrière (23) de la pièce (1), il se replace en position verticale et en ce que cette nouvelle position est détectée par le capteur (12), lequel envoie un signal d'inversion du sens de la course du vérin pneumatique (21), ledit taquet allant tout d'abord prendre appui contre ladite face et venant ensuite provoquer une action de poussée sur ladite pièce dans le même sens que l'action de poussée manuelle.
- Procédé selon les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement, combiné à l'action de poussée du taquet-poussoir (5), se poursuit jusqu'à ce que ledit taquet ait franchi la zone de coupe de la lame (4) et qu'une fois cette action terminée, le vérin pneumatique (21) inverse de nouveau le sens de la course, en ramenant ainsi le taquet (5) dans une position intermédiaire d'attente.
