Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen eines zu schneidenden Werkstücks oder Brettes an eine Kreissägemaschine, umfassend eine Grundplatte aus Gusseisen (2), aus der ein Kreissegment (3) eines gezahnten Drehblattes (4) durch einen passenden, Schlitz zum Schneiden des Stückes aus Holz (1) herausragt, welches auf der Grundplatte gelagert ist und dem Messer zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen geradlinig vor- und rückbewegten Mitnehmer (5) besitzt, wobei eine elektrische Photozelle (15) einen Impuls zum Antrieb eines Pneumatikzylinders (21) liefert, wodurch der Mitnehmer (5) im Betrieb mit der äußersten hinteren Fläche (23) des Werkstücks in Kontakt tritt und auf dieses eine Vorschubbewegung ausübt, welche den Schnitt des Werkstücks auslöst, wobei die Vorschubbewegung aufhört, wenn der Mitnehmer bei seiner geraden Fortbewegung die Schneidezone des Messers (4) überschritten hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Mitnehmer (5) eine Schlepprolle (9) angeordnet ist, welche den im Arbeitsprozess befindlichen Teil des Werkstücks gegen die gusseiserne Grundplatte (2) drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (5) mittels eines Drehzapfens (12) an einen Bügel (7) drehbar angelenkt ist, welcher in Vertikalrichtung einstellbar ist, so dass der Mitnehmer an die verschiedenen Stärken des zu schneidenden Werkstücks aus Holz (1) anpassbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlepprolle (9) von einem an den Bügel (7) angelenkten Arm (8) getragen und durch die Wirkung einer Rückholfeder (10) mit dem Werkstück (1) in Kontakt gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schutzeinrichtung (11) umfasst, deren mittels eines Drehzapfens (12) an den Bügel (7) angelenktes unteres Ende entsprechend der Mittellinie des Überstandes des Kreissegments (3) des Schneidblattes (4) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (7) von einer horizontalen Traverse (18) getragen wird, die ihrerseits von einem Element (19) getragen wird, welches auf der gusseisemen Grundplatte (2) gelagert ist, wobei das Element entsprechend der verschiedenen Breiten des in dem Werkstück (1) zu schneidenden Teils (20) unterschiedlich positioniert werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Bereich des Elements (19) die Funktion eines Anschlags (14) zur seitlichen Abstützung des Werkstücks (1) übernimmt und auf diese Weise die Breite des zu schneidenden Teils (20) definiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Anschlag (14) vor dem Schneidblatt (4) eine elektrische Photozelle (15) eingesetzt ist, welche während des Schneidverfahrens die Passage des Werkstücks (1) überwacht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geradlinige Vor- und Rückbewegung des Mitnehmers (5) mit Hilfe eines Pneumatikzylinders (21) erfolgt, der fest mit dem Element (19) verbunden ist, und eine gleitend auf einer Führung (22) angeordnete horizontale Traverse (18) mitnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des Mitnehmers (5) und der Schutzvorrichtung (11) auf ihren entsprechenden Drehzapfenlagern (6, 12) von den Messzellen (16, 17) überwacht wird.
- Verfahren zur Betätigung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn nach erfolgtem manuellen, von der Bedienungsperson ausgeübten Zuführungsvorschub, die äußerste hintere Fläche (23) des zu schneidenden Werkstücks oder des Brettes (1) die Leselinie der elektrischen Photozelle (15) überschreitet, diese einen Impuls zum Antrieb des Pneumatikzylinders (21) liefert, welcher beim Mitnehmen der Traverse (18 ) bzw. des Bügels (7) den geradlinigen Vorschub des Mitnehmers (5) in umgekehrter Richtung als der Vorwärtsrichtung des Werkstücks bewirkt, wobei sich der Mitnehmer dann in geneigter Position befindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Mitnehmer (5) bei seiner Translationssbewegung die äußerste hintere Fläche (23) des Werkstücks (1) überschreitet, dieser in die vertikale Position zurückgeht, und wenn diese neue Position von der Messzelle (16) festgestellt worden ist, diese ein Laufumkehrsignal an den Pneumatikzylinder (21) sendet, so dass sich der Mitnehmer zuerst gegen die Fläche abstützt und anschließend auf das Werkstück eine Schubwirkung in der gleichen Richtung wie die manuelle Schubwirkung ausübt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung - kombiniert mit der Schubwirkung des Mitnehmers (5) - fortschreitet, bis der Mitnehmer die Schneidzone des Messers (4) überschritten hat, und wenn diese Aktion beendet ist, der Pneumatikzylinder (21) erneut die Laufrichtung umkehrt, und auf diese Weise den Mitnehmer (5) in eine zwischenzeitliche Warteposition bringt.
