Description
- d'une part, d'assurer le déroulement de la nappe de fils de chaine, la formation de la foule et le renvidage du tissu réalisé et;
- d'autre part, d'inserrer le fil de trame lorsque la foule est ouverte et de le tasser contre la dernière duite réalisée par l'intermédiaire d'un peigne porté par un battant.
- chaque moteur entraínant un arbre machine commandant les moyens d'insertion de trame et le carter porte battant situé du même côté que lui ;
- ces deux moteurs étant alimentés en parallèle par l'intermédiaire d'un ou plusieurs convertisseur(s) de fréquence et étant reliés entre eux par des moyens de synchronisation; de tels moyens de synchronisation sont de manière simple constitués par une connexion rigide reliant entre eux les deux arbres machines.

Claims (3)
- Métier à tisser dans lequel l'insertion de la trame (9) est réalisée par l'intermédiaire de deux pinces (10,11), introduites simultanément à l'intérieur de la foule (4) à partir de chaque côté du métier, l'une (10) servant à amener le fil de trame prélevé sur une bobine située sur un côté de la machine jusqu'au milieu de sa largeur où s'effectue alors un transfert à la seconde pince (11) qui, lors de son recul, amène le fil sur le côté opposé au côté d'alimentation, la duite mise en place étant ensuite tassée contre la dernière duite du tissu par l'intermédiaire d'un peigne porté par un battant (12), caractérisé en ce que la commande des moyens d'insertion de trame (10,11) et du battant (12) est réalisée par l'intermédiaire de deux moteurs électriques (15,16), disposés de chaque côté du métier:chaque moteur (15,16) entraínant un arbre machine (17,18) commandant les moyens (10,11) d'insertion de trame et le carter (13,14) porte battant (4) situé du même côté que lui;ces deux moteurs (15,16) étant alimentés en parallèle par l'intermédiaire d'un ou plusieurs convertisseur de fréquence (30) et étant reliés entre eux par des moyens de synchronisation.
- Métier à tisser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de synchronisation sont constitués par une connexion rigide (20) reliant entre eux les deux arbres machines (17,18).
- Métier à tisser selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dérouleur de chaine (1), l'appel du tissu (6) et les moyens (cadres (12) ou mécanique Jacquard) assurant la formation de la foule, sont commandés par des moteurs électriques indépendants (21,22,25).
