Abstract

Stempelgerät mit Oberschlagfärbung, mit einem Gehäuse (3), das ein Farbkissen (4) aufnimmt und zwei Seitenteile aufweist, in denen ein Stempeleinsatzteil (5) geführt ist, der mittels eines das Gehäuse übergreifenden Betätigungsteiles (8) zwischen einer Stellung, in welcher er vom Farbkissen Farbe aufnimmt, über einen Wendemechanismus umkehrbar in eine Druckstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Betätigungsteil durch eine Druckfeder (9) gegenüber dem Gehäuse in die Farbaufnahmestellung des Stempeleinsatzteiles vorgespannt ist, wobei das Stempelgehäuse mit einer flachen Basis (13) verbunden ist, die sich unter einem rechten Winkel zum Gehäuse erstreckt und eine zentrale Durchtrittsöffnung für den Stempeleinsatzteil sowie an ihrer Unterseite eine Aufnahme für eine Stempelplatte aufweist, welche die Durchtrittsöffnung umgibt.

Description

Stempelgerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Stempelgerät mit Oberschlagfärbung, mit einem Gehäuse, das ein insbesondere aus- tauschbares Farbkissen aufnimmt und zwei Seitenteile aufweist, in denen ein Stempeleinsatz geführt ist, der mittels eines das Gehäuse übergreifenden Betät-i-gungsteiles zwischen einer Stel¬ lung, in welcher er vom Farbkissen Farbe aufnimmt, über einen Wendemechanismus umkehrbar in eine Druckstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Betätigungsteil durch eine Druckfeder gegenüber dem Gehäuse in die Farbaufnahmestellung des Stempeleinsatzteiles vorgespannt ist.
Stempelgeräte dieser Art werden beispielsweise zum Drucken eines Firmennamens verwendet. Bisher war es bei Stempelgeräten mit Oberschlagfärbung nicht möglich, bei einer Änderung der Druckplattengröße bzw. Breite des Stempeleinsatzes die Gesamt¬ bauhöhe des Stempelgerätes unverändert zu lassen, d.h. je breiter die Druckplatte wurde, desto höher wurde auch das Gehäuse bzw. das gesamte Stempelgerät. Bei den bisher bekannten Stempelgeräten ist außerdem der Abdruck sehr stark von der Bedienungsperson, d.h. vom Anpreßdruck, abhängig, so daß sich keine gleichbleibende Abdruckqualität ergibt.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, ein Stempelgerät der ein¬ leitend angegebenen Art zu schaffen, das ohne Vergrößerung der Gesamtbauhöhe einen weiten Abmessungsbereich von Stempelab¬ drucken ermöglicht. Das erfindungsgemäße Stempelgerät zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß das Gehäuse des Stempelgerätes mit einer flachen Basis vorzugsweise lösbar verbunden ist, die sich unter einem rechten Winkel zum Gehäuse erstreckt und eine zentrale Durchtrittsöffnung für den Stempeleinsatzteil sowie an ihrer Unterseite eine Aufnahme für eine vorzugsweise voreingefärbte Stempelplatte aufweist, welche die Durchtrittsöffnung umgibt.
Auf diese Weise wird ein Kombinationsstempelgerät geschaf¬ fen, dessen Oberteil als Stempel nach dem Prinzip der Ober- schlagfärbung funktioniert, wogegen der Unterteil des Ste pcl- gerätes mit einer den Stempel des Oberteiles ergänzenden Stem¬ pelplatte versehen ist, welche die abzugebende Stempelfarbe ge¬ speichert enthält. Die Erfindung ermöglicht damit beliebig große Stempelabdrucke und erlaubt es beispielsweise im Oberteil einen Datumstempel vorzusehen.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Basis an ihrer Unterseite weitere Aufnahmen für Fe- dem auf, welche über die Unterseite der Basis als Abstandhal¬ ter vorragen und beim Aufsetzen der Druckplatte auf die Druck¬ fläche gegen die Basis drückbar sind, d.h. eine Federvorspan¬ nung der Basis bezüglich der zu bedruckenden Fläche erzeugen. Hiedurch wird ein satter und einwandfreier Andruck gewährlei- stet. Zweckmäßig sind die Federn als Blattfedern, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, ausgebildet, die an ihrer Oberseite in ihrer Längsmitte einen Zapfen tragen, der in der Basis verankerbar ist. Die Basis, welche die voreingefärbte Stempelplatte auf¬ nimmt, kann als haubenartiger Hohlkörper mit geschlossener Oberseite ausgebildet sein, der in seinem Inneren die Aufnahmen für die Druckplatte und die Federn enthält. In Verbindung mit einer entsprechenden Auslegung der Druckfeder und der Blattfe¬ dern kann mit der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination eine stets gleichbleibende Abdruckqualität sichergestellt werden. Die Verbindung von Oberteil und Unterteil erfolgt nach ei¬ nem anderen Merkmal der Erfindung dadurch, daß die Seitenteile des Gehäuses in von der Basis nach oben ragende Aufnahmen vor¬ zugsweise lösbar eingesteckt sind. Dies ergibt den wesentlichen Vorteil, daß der Oberteil auf einfache Weise mit unterschied- lieh großen Unterteilen kombinierbar ist.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Stempelge¬ rätes besteht im Falle der Verwendung eines Datumstempeleinsat¬ zes darin, daß infolge der Oberschlagfärbung jederzeit durch einen einfachen Farbkissenwechsel ein sauberes Abdruckbild ge- währleistet wird. Da beim erfindungsgemäßen Stempelgerät die größere voreingefärbte Stempelplatte im Unterteil eingebaut ist, ist das Stempelgerät leicht handzuhaben. Eine in ihrem Schriftbild verblaßte Stempelplatte kann durch eine neue er¬ setzt werden bzw. kann erforderlichenfalls der gesamte Unter- teil ausgetauscht werden.
Die Erfindung und weitere Merkmale derselben werden nach¬ folgend an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine gesprengte Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Stempelgerätes, wobei verschiedene Blattfedern für die Basis dargestellt sind, und
Fig. 2 einen schematischen Vertikalschnitt durch eine Ausführungsform des Stempelgerätes in der gedrückten Gebrauch¬ stellung, wobei der Schnitt durch den Oberteil des Stempelge¬ rätes nach der Linie 2-2 und durch den Unterteil nach der Linie 2'-2' geführt ist.
Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Stempelgerät hat einen Oberteil 1 und einen mit diesem vorzugsweise lösbar verbindbaren Unterteil 2.
Der Oberteil 1 weist ein oben offenes, parallelepipedi- sches Gehäuse 3 zur Aufnahme eines austauschbaren Farbkissens 4 und eines Stempeleinsatzteiles auf, der beim gezeigten Beispiel ein Datumbändersatz 5 ist, welcher in das Gehäuse 3 von der Oberseite her eingeführt wird. Der Datumbändersatz 5 ist mit Teilen 5' eines an sich bekannten Wendemechanismus und mit Führungszapfen 5" versehen, die in Schlitzen 6 der Gehäuseseitenteile 7 geführt sind. Der andere Teil 7' des Wendemechanismus ist an der Innenseite der Gehäuseseitenteile 7 vorgesehen.
Auf das Gehäuse 3 ist ein kappenartiger Betätigungsteil 8 unter Zwischenschaltung einer Schraubendruckfeder 9 aufsetzbar und über Ausnehmungen 8' auf die Führungszapfen 5'' des Datum- bändersatzes 5 aufschnappbar. Die Druckfeder 9 erstreckt sich von einem Federsitz 10 weg, welcher von einer in die Schlitze 6 der Seitenteile 7 einführbaren Abdeckung 11 absteht.
Die unteren Enden der Gehäuseseitenteile 7 sind in Aufnah¬ men 12 einer den Unterteil 2 des Stempelgerätes bildenden Basis 13 vorzugsweise lösbar eingesteckt. Die Basis 13 erstreckt sich senkrecht zum Gehäuse 3 und ist als haubenartiger Hohlkörper ausgebildet, der in seiner hohlen Unterseite eine Aufnahme 13' für eine nicht gezeigte, voreingefärbte Stempelplatte und Auf¬ nahmen 13" für einen Satz von Blattfedern 14 enthält, mit wel- chen der Unterteil vor der Betätigung des Stempelgerätes zu¬ nächst im Abstand von der Stempelaufsetzfläche gehalten ist.
Die Basis 13 weist eine von der Stempelplattenaufnahme 13' umgebene Durchtrittsöffnung 15 für den Stempeleinsatz 5 auf. Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, sind verschiedene Ausbildungen der Blattfedern 14 bzw. 15 bzw. 16 möglich, die alle an der Ober¬ seite in ihrer Längsmitte einen Zapfen 14' bzw. 15' bzw. 16' tragen, der in einer Ausnehmung 13''' der Basis 13 verankerbar ist. Bei einer ersten Ausführungsform sind die Blattfedern nach oben konvex gewölbte Federn 14, deren Enden zum Eingriff mit der zugeordneten Aufnahme 13" aufgebogen sind.
Bei einer zweiten Ausführungsform sind die Blattfedern ge¬ rade Federn 15, die an ihren Enden an der Unterseite Aufstands- noppen 15" tragen.
Gemäß einer dritten Ausführungsform sind die Blattfedern X-förmige Federn 16, deren Schenkel an den Enden abgeflacht sind.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung können statt der Blattfedern aber auch Druckfedern in Aufnahmen der Basis 13 vorgesehen sein. Die Blattfedern 14-16 und die Druckfeder 9 werden hinsichtlich ih¬ rer Federkraft so ausgelegt und aufeinander abgestimmt, daß sich stets eine gleichbleibende, vom Benutzer weitgehend unab¬ hängige Abdruckqualität einstellt. In Fig. 2 ist das Stempelgerät in der gedrückten Gebrauch¬ stellung dargestellt, unmittelbar bevor der Datumbändersatz 5 unter Hineindrücken der hier als X-förmige Blattfedern 16 dar¬ gestellten Blattfedern in die zugeordneten Aufnahmen 13'' auf der zu bedruckenden Fläche F aufsetzt. Es versteht sich, daß die Erfindung im Rahmen des Erfin¬ dungsgedankens verschiedentlich abgewandelt werden kann, z.B. hinsichtlich der Ausbildung der Blattfedern und des beweglichen Stempeleinsatzteiles.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Stempelgerät mit Oberschlagfärbung, mit einem Gehäu¬ se, das ein insbesondere austauschbares Farbkissen aufnimmt und zwei Seitenteile aufweist, in denen ein Stempeleinsatzteil ge¬ führt ist, der mittels eines das Gehäuse übergreifenden Betäti¬ gungsteiles zwischen einer Stellung, in welcher er vom Farbkis¬ sen Farbe aufnimmt, über einen Wendemechanismus umkehrbar in eine Druckstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Betätigungsteil durch eine Druckfeder gegenüber dem Gehäuse in die Farbaufnah¬ mestellung des Stempeleinsatzteiles vorgespannt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stempelgehäuse (3) mit einer flachen Basis (13) vorzugsweise lösbar verbunden ist, die sich unter einem rechten Winkel zum Gehäuse (3) erstreckt und eine zentra- le Durchtrittsöffnung (15) für den Stempeleinsatzteil (5) sowie an ihrer Unterseite eine Aufnahme (13') für eine vorzugsweise voreingefärbte Stempelplatte aufweist, welche die Durchtrittsöffnung (15) umgibt.
2. Stempelgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (13) an ihrer Unterseite weitere Aufnahmen (13") für Federn (14, 15, 16) aufweist, welche über die Unterseite der Basis als Abstandhalter vorragen und beim Aufsetzen der Druckplatte auf die Druckfläche gegen die Basis drückbar sind.
3. Stempelgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn durch Blattfedern (14, 15, 16) gebildet sind, die jeweils an ihrer Oberseite in ihrer Längsmitte einen Zapfen (14', 15', 16') tragen, der in der Basis (13) verankerbar ist.
4. Stempelgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfedern nach oben konvex gewölbte Blattfedern (14) sind, deren Enden zum Eingriff mit der zugeordneten Aufnahme aufgebogen sind.
5. Stempelgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfedern gerade Blattfedern (15) sind, die an ihren Enden an der Unterseite Aufstandsnoppen (15") tragen.
6. Stempelgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfedern X-förmige Blattfedern (16) sind, wobei die Enden jedes der Schenkel abgeflacht sind.
7. Stempelgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (7) des Gehäuses (3) in von der Basis (13) nach oben ragende Aufnahmen (12) ein¬ steckbar sind.
8. Stempelgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempeleinsatzteil (5) in die Schlitze (6) der Seitenteile (7) des Gehäuses (3) von oben her einsetzbar und das offene obere Gehäusende durch eine Abdeckung (11) verschließbar ist, welche einen Sitz (10) für die Druckfe¬ der (9) trägt.
9. Stempelgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, da- durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempeleinsatzteil (5) durch ei¬ nen einstellbaren Datumbändersatz gebildet ist.
