  4. A fitting according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised by the features:
    a through-bore (29) is provided in one partial fitting (11),
    a corresponding threaded bore (24) is provided in the other partial fitting (10).
  5. A fitting according to Claim 4, characterised by the feature:
    the through-bore (29) is in the form of an open slot.
  6. A fitting according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised by the feature:
    the connecting duct (16) to the pipe connection (18) on the radiator side comprises
    a shut-off screw (26) with integrated drain,
    a gravity stop (27).
  7. A fitting according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised by the feature:
    the centre axes of the pipe connections (15) on the floor side are situated at the corners of a square (40).
  8. A fitting according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised by the feature:
    the centre axis (28) of the pipe connection (18) on the radiator side is in alignment with the centre axis of one of the two pipe connections (15) on the floor side.
  9. A fitting according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised by the features:
    a shield (30) is provided which can be fitted on to the fitting (1),
    the shield (30) is bent approximately in a U-shape.
  10. A fitting according to Claim 9, characterised by the feature:
    the shield (30) has a flexibly slotted cover (31,33) which engages between the connecting ducts (16) or snaps on to the pipe connections (18) on the radiator side.
  11. A fitting according to Claim 9 or 10, characterised by the features:
    the inside of the shield (30) has retaining means (32),
    the retaining means (32) engage on the pipe connections (15) on the floor side.
