Claims (10)

  1. Tintenstrahldrucker, aufweisend:
    einen Druckbereich (10), in dem ein Druckkopf (15) zum Bedrucken eines flachen Materials (18) angeordnet ist, das entsprechend einer Vorschubrichtung (19) von einem Eingang (11) des Druckers durch den Druckbereich (10) zu einem Ausgang (12) bewegt wird;
    Einstell-Mittel zum Einstellen eines Zwischenraums (h), der eine Stirnfläche (20) des Druckkopfes von dem flachen Material (18) trennt, wobei die Einstell-Mittel ein Auflageteil (22, 32) aufweisen, das mit einer dem Druckkopf (15) zugewandten Fläche des flachen Materials (18) zusammenarbeitet, um eine Bezugshöhe zu definieren, die den vorgegebenen Zwischenraum (h) mit der Stirnfläche (20) des Druckkopfes (15) bildet; und
    einen Mechanismus (40) zum Spannen des flachen Materials (18) im Druckbereich (10), um es in einer Ebene anzuordnen, die sich in der Bezugshöhe erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Auflageteil eine erste Rolle (23), die sich um eine erste feststehende Achse drehen kann, aufweist, und dadurch, dass der Mechanismus zum Spannen eine zweite Rolle (41), die sich um eine zweite feststehende Achse drehen kann, aufweist, wobei die erste Rolle, die zweite Rolle und der Druckkopf an der selben Seite des flachen Materials angeordnet sind, und wobei sich die erste Achse und die zweite Achse in einer festen Position in Bezug auf den Druckkopf (15) befinden und der Zwischenraum (h) für alle zu bedruckende Materialien konstant bleibt.
  2. Drucker nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die erste Rolle (23) auf einer Welle (24) sitzt, die sich um die erste Achse drehen kann.
  3. Drucker nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Auflageteil (32) ein starres Querstück (35) aufweist.
  4. Drucker nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    er eine elastische Klinge (36) aufweist, das gegenüber dem starren Querstück (35) angeordnet ist, um das flache Material (18) gegen das starre Querstück (35) zu drücken.
  5. Drucker nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Auflageteil (22) mit einem ersten Drehteil (27), das federnd gegen das Auflageteil (22) gedrückt wird, zusammenarbeitet.
  6. Drucker nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Auflageteil (22) mit einem federnden Halteglied zusammenarbeitet.
  7. Drucker nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zweite Rolle (41) stromabwärts des Druckkopfes (15) angeordnet ist, an einer um eine feststehenden Achse drehbar gelagerten Welle (42) befestigt ist, für das Zusammenarbeiten mit der Oberfläche des flachen Materials (18), das dem Druckkopf (15) zugewandt ist, angeordnet ist, um mit dem ersten Auflageteil (22) die Bezugshöhe zu definieren, und mit einem zweiten Drehteil (46), das federnd an sie gedrückt wird, zusammenarbeitet.
  8. Drucker nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zweite Rolle (41) stromabwärts des Druckkopfes (15) angeordnet ist, an einer um eine feststehenden Achse drehbar gelagerten Welle (42) befestigt ist, für das Zusammenarbeiten mit der Oberfläche des flachen Materials (18), das dem Druckkopf (15) zugewandt ist, angeordnet ist, um mit dem ersten Auftagetell (22) die Bezugshöhe zu definieren, und mit einem federnden Halteglied zusammenarbeitet.
  9. Drucker nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zweite Rolle (41) von einem Antriebsmechanismus angetrieben wird und an seinem Umfang dünne Spitzen (43) hat, die mit dem flachen Material (18) zusammenarbeiten, um einen Mechanismus (40) zu bilden, der zum Spannen des flachen Materials (18) im Druckbereich dient.
  10. Drucker nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die erste Rolle (23) und die zweite Rolle (41) gedreht werden, und dass die Tangentialgeschwindigkeit am Umfang der zweiten Rolle (41) zwischen 0.1 und 1.0% größer ist als die Tangentialgeschwindigkeit am Umfang der ersten Rolle (23).
