Claims (5)
- Procédé de contrôle continu du débit-masse d'une substance solide (8) fluidisée, lors de son prélèvement à l'aide d'un tube de prélèvement (25) dans un lit fluidisé placé dans une cuve (2), par envoi d'air de blocage (Ls) dans le tube de prélèvement (25), caractériséa) en ce qu'on utilise un tube de prélèvement (25) qui pénètre avec son extrémité d'entrée dans une zone médiane du lit fluidisé, une buse (11) étant disposée à l'extrémité de sortie du tube de prélèvement,b) en ce qu'on utilise comme cuve (2), une cuve fermée avec une pression interne (p3) supérieure à la pression de l'air ambiant (p0), une contre-pression, qui provoque le refoulement partiel ou total de la poudre fluidisée (8) dans la cuve (2), à travers le tube de prélèvement (25), pouvant être générée par injection transversale d'air de blocage (Ls) dans le tube de prélèvement (25).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'air de blocage (Ls) s'échappe au moins partiellement par la buse (11) et, en particulier pour un rapport d'une pression d'air de blocage (pR) à l'intérieur du tube (25) à une pression (p3) à l'intérieur de la cuve (2) engendrant le blocage, provoque un nettoyage du tube (25) et de la buse (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il permet de commander le débit de poudre d'un dispositif de pulvérisation de poudre (1) pour la peinture électrostatique.
- Dispositif pour le contrôle du débit-masse d'une substance solide (8) fluidisée, lors de son prélèvement à l'aide d'un tube de prélèvement (25) dans un lit fluidisé placé dans une cuve (2), le contrôle étant réalisé par envoi d'air de blocage (Ls) dans le tube de prélèvement (25), caractériséa) en ce que le tube de prélèvement (25) débouche avec son extrémité d'entrée dans une zone médiane d'un lit fluidisé présent dans la cuve (2), et qu'une buse (11) est disposée à l'extrémité de sortie du tube de prélèvement (25),b) en ce que la cuve (2) est fermée, la pression (p3) à l'intérieur de la cuve (2), en service, étant supérieure à la pression de l'air ambiant (p0), etc) en ce que la paroi du tube de prélèvement (25) comporte une ouverture (50) dans laquelle débouche un tube à air (51), par lequel l'air de blocage (Ls) peut être injecté dans le tube de prélèvement (25) avec une pression ajustable, transversalement au flux de substance solide, le débit-masse de la substance solide (8) fluidisée dans le tube de prélèvement (25) pouvant ainsi être contrôlé par un choix adapté du rapport de la pression (pR) de l'air de blocage dans le tube de prélèvement (25) à la pression (p3) dans la cuve (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la cuve (2) fait partie d'un dispositif de pulvérisation de poudre (1) pour la peinture électrostatique.
