Claims (3)
- Verbund-Bauelemente aus einer Kernschicht aus Polystyrol-Partikelschaum und mindestens einer Deckschicht aus Zementmörtel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Zwischenschicht Zementmörtel in das Zwickelvolumen der Polystyrol-Schaumpartikel eingelagert ist, wobei die beiden Materialien ineinander eingedrungen sind, so daß ein fließender Übergang zwischen der Kernschicht und der Deckschicht vorliegt und eine gute Verbindung zwischen der Kernschicht und der Deckschicht hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbund-Bauelemente aus einer Kernschicht aus Polystyrol-Partikelschaum und mindestens einer Deckschicht aus Zementmörtel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mana) flüssigen Zementmörtel und Polystyrol-Schaumpartikel mit großem Zwickelvolumen in eine Form einfüllt,b) Luft aus der Form absaugt und Dampf in die Form einleitet, wobei an der Grenzfläche Zementmörtel in die Zwickel der Polystyrol-Schaumpartikel eindringt, die Schaumpartikel weiter expandieren und miteinander versintern und der Zementmörtel abbindet, um eine Zwischenschicht zu bilden, die sich zur Deckschicht verfestigt undc) das Verbundbauelement abkühlt und aus der Form entnimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abbinden des Zementmörtels und das Versintern der Polystyrol-Schaumpartikel gleichzeitig erfolgt.
