Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Verarbeiten eines drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufrufs, umfassend Informationen, welche das Roaming-Gebiet einer Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30), welche den drahtlosen Kommunikationsaufruf abgibt, anzeigen, wobei
das Verfahren das Empfangen des drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufrufs von einer Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30), die sich in einem Roaming-Gebiet befindet, und
das Ermitteln eines Profils, das mit der Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) assoziiert ist, umfasst, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:das Profil einen Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraum für das Roaming-Gebiet umfasst, und der Dienst für die Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) verweigert wird, wenn derdrahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf zu einem Zeitpunkt initiiert wird, der innerhalb des Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraums liegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Profil auf der Grundlage mindestens eines Teils der Informationen ermittelt wird, die mit der Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) assoziiert sind und die in dem Dienstaufruf enthalten sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin die Identifizierungsinformationen eine elektronische Seriennummer umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin die Identifizierungsinformationen eine Mobil-Identifizierungsnummer umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin die Zeit, die von dem Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraum definiert wird, ein Datum umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin die Zeit, die von der Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraums definiert wird, eine Tageszeit umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin:mindestens ein Profil, das Identifizierungsinformationen für mindestens einen Mobilfunkteilnehmer und mindestens einen Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraum für ein ausgewähltes Roaming-Gebiet betrifft, aus dem heraus es zumindest einem Mobilfunkteilnehmer nicht gestattet ist, während des Roaming-Einschränkungszeitraums drahtlose Aufrufe zu initiieren, in einem Speicher hinterlegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, worin eine Bestimmung durchgeführt wird, ob der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf innerhalb der Roaming-Einschränkungszeit getätigt wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin ein drahtloser Anruf an einen Operator übermittelt wird, falls der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf zu einem Zeitpunkt getätigt wird, der innerhalb der Roaming-Einschränkungszeit liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, worin der drahtlose Anruf nur dann zum Operator zurückgeleitet wird, wenn das Profil anzeigt, dass der Benutzer der Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) ein häufiger Roaming-Teilnehmer ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, worin der Teilnehmer aufgefordert wird, sich zu authentifizieren, und der drahtlose Anruf nur dann an die Nummer des angerufenen Teilnehmers übermittelt wird, wenn die Authentifizierung gültig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, worin der Teilnehmer aufgefordert wird, sich zu authentifizieren, und der Anruf beendet wird, wenn die Authentifizierung ungültig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, worin der Anrufer aufgefordert wird, sich zu authentifizieren und anzugeben, wie lange er sich in dem Roaming-Gebiet aufhält, und der drahtlose Anruf nur dann, wenn die Authentifizierung gültig ist, an die Nummer eines angerufenen Teilnehmers übermittelt wird, und die Übermittlung nachfolgender drahtloser Anrufe durchgeführt wird, falls sie innerhalb des Roaming-Gebiets und innerhalb der Aufenthaltsdauer initiiert werden.
- Kommunikationssystem zum Verarbeiten eines drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufrufs für drahtlose Anrufe, die von Mobilvorrichtungen (20, 30) innerhalb eines Roaming-Gebiets initiiert werden, wobei das System einen Daten-Speicherbereich umfaßt, der Datenstrukturen einschließt, die Identifizierungsinformationen mindestens einer Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) betreffen und mindestens ein Roaming-Gebiet betreffen, aus dem drahtlose Anrufe initiiert werden, sowie einen Prozessor, um Signalisierinformationen zu analysieren, die im Zusammenhang mit einem drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufruf für einen drahtlosen Anruf empfangen werden, wobei das Kommunikationssystem dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:die Datenstrukturen, die das Roaming-Gebiet betreffen, eine Roaming-Einschränkungszeit definieren, während der zumindest eine Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) an der Durchführung eines drahtlosen Anrufs gehindert wird.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 14, worin
der Prozessor die Signalinformationen, die im Zusammenhang mit einem drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufruf für einen drahtlosen Anruf empfangen werden, analysiert, um zu bestimmen, ob zumindest ein Teil der Signalisierinformationen mit den Identifizierungsinformationen und dem zumindest einen ausgewählten Roaming-Gebiet übereinstimmen, die im Daten-Speicherbereich hinterlegt sind. - Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 15, worin die Signalisierinformationen Informationen einschließen, welche das Roaming-Gebiet anzeigen, aus dem heraus der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf initiiert wurde.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 16, worin drahtlose Kommunikationsdienste verweigert werden, falls der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf innerhalb der Roaming-Einschränkungszeit initiiert wird.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 16, worin der drahtlose Anruf an einen Operator übermittelt wird, falls der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf innerhalb der Roaming-Einschränkungszeit initiiert wird.
- System nach Anspruch 18, worin der drahtlose Anruf nur dann an den Operator übermittelt wird, wenn die Datenstrukturen, welche die mindestens eine Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) betreffen, anzeigen, dass der Benutzer der mobilen Einrichtung ein häufiger Roaming-Teilnehmer ist.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 16, worin die Identifizierungsinformationen eine elektronische Seriennummer für die mindestens eine Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) einschließen.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 16, worin die Identifizierungsinformationen eine Mobil-Identifizierungsnummer einschließen.
- Kommunikationssystem nach Anspruch 16, worin
ein Vermittlungssystem in dem Kommunikationssystem zum Zeitpunkt t0 den drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufruf empfängt; und
der Rechner das Vermittlungssystem anweist, den drahtlosen Kommunikationsdienstaufruf von der Mobilvorrichtung (20, 30) zurückzuweisen, wenn der Prozessor bestimmt, daß der drahtlose Kommunikationsdienstaufruf vor dem Zeitpunkt t1 gestellt wird, wobei t1 > t0.
