Claims (8)
- Machine nappeuse de voiles de carde, qui comprend une pluralité de bandes continues (1, 2, 3) associées à une pluralité de chariots (5, 6, 7) déplaçables selon des mouvements alternatifs de va-et-vient, le mouvement du chariot déplaçable (5) situé dans la partie inférieure déterminant le positionnement du voile de carde sur le convoyeur (14), qui comprend une première (1) et une seconde (2) bandes continues, les première (1) et seconde (2) bandes étant associées à un premier (5) et un second (6) chariots déplaçabales, le mouvement du premier chariot ou chariot inférieur (5) déterminant le positionnement du voile de carde sur le convoyeur (14), le second chariot (6) se déplaçant du fait de la tension des première (1) et seconde (2) bandes lorsque le premier chariot (5) se déplace et dans le sens inverse à ce dernier, comprenant également une troisième bande (3) continue associée à un troisième chariot (7) situé entre les premier (5) et second (6) chariots, lesdites bandes (1, 2, 3) étant situées très rapprochées entre elles pour conduire le voile de carde de la rainure supérieure (A) définie entre les première (1) et deuxième (2) bandes à la rainure inférieure (D) qui traverse le premier chariot (5), définie elle aussi par les première (1) et seconde (2) bandes, caractérisé en ce que la première (1) et la seconde (2) bandes continues sont symétriques par rapport au plan longitudinal vertical (4) de la machine lorsqu'elles se trouvent en position moyenne, et en ce que la position de la rainure supérieure (A) est fixe.
- Machine nappeuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux rouleaux (11) solidaires du troisième chariot (7) avec un diamètre supérieur au diamètre des rouleaux (12) de la troisième bande (3) et elle comprend en plus deux paires de rouleaux (8,9) dans la rainure supérieure (A) et deux paires de rouleaux (9) dans la rainure inférieure (D).
- Machine nappeuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (15) servant à synchroniser le mouvement des premier (5) et troisième (7) chariots.
- Machine nappeuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens servant à synchroniser le mouvement des premier (5) et troisième (7) chariots sont deux courroies (15), chacune desquelles est raccordée sur un flanc de la machine (17) et sur le premier chariot (5), et engrènent dans une troisième roue (16) solidaire du troisième chariot (7) de sorte que le mouvement du premier chariot (5) comporte le mouvement du troisième chariot (7) dans le même sens.
- Machine nappeuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement du premier chariot (5) est actionné par un moteur.
- Machine nappeuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les première (1) et deuxième (2) bandes passent autour du rouleau (11), ces deux rouleaux (11) étant solidaires du troisième chariot (7), étant l'un de ces rouleaux (11) raccordé au troisième chariot par une transmission (13), qui fait tourner la troisième bande (3).
- Machine nappeuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (18) pour régler la tension des première (1) et seconde (2) bandes.
- Machine nappeuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (18) servant à régler la tension des première (1) et secondé (2) bandes comprennent pour chacune d'elles une première plaque (20) solidaire du bâti de la machine et une seconde plaque (21) solidaire du support déplaçable sur lequel sont montés les rouleaux latéraux (9) par lesquels la bande passe, et un mécanisme à vis (19) et écrou agencé entre ces plaques (20, 21).
