- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'aiguilleteuse selon l'invention, avec coupe selon le plan I-I de la figure 2 ;

Claims (22)
- Aiguilleteuse double frappe, comprenant un bâti (1), des moyens (8, 9) pour guider au moins une nappe (7) selon un trajet de défilement, deux supports (27, 28) situés chacun en regard d'une face respective du trajet de défilement et destinés à supporter chacun une planche à aiguilles (19, 21), des moyens (34, 35, 78, 79, 88, 96) pour guider chaque support (27, 28) en déplacement selon une direction de frappe (A) transversale aux faces du trajet de défilement, des moyens (41, 42, 63, 83) pour entraíner lesdits supports (27, 28) en va et vient selon la direction de frappe avec entre eux un mouvement relatif pendant l'opération d'aiguilletage, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42, 63, 83) sont regroupés en regard d'une première face du trajet tournée vers un premier des deux supports (27), et en ce qu'il est prévu entre les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42, 63, 83) et le deuxième support (28) une liaison mécanique (33, 93) qui s'étend latéralement relativement audit trajet.
- Aiguilleteuse double frappe, comprenant un bâti (1), des moyens (8, 9) pour guider au moins une nappe (7) selon un trajet de défilement, deux supports (27, 28) situés chacun en regard d'une face respective du trajet de défilement et destinés à supporter chacun une planche à aiguilles (19, 21), des moyens (34, 35) pour guider chaque support (27, 28) en déplacement selon une direction de frappe (A) transversale aux faces du trajet de défilement, les supports étant reliés indépendamment l'un de l'autre à des moyens (41, 42, 63) pour entraíner lesdits supports (27, 28) en va et vient selon la direction de frappe avec un mouvement coordonné entre eux, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42, 63) sont regroupés en regard d'une première face du trajet tournée vers un premier des deux supports (27), et en ce qu'il est prévu entre les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42 ; 63) et le deuxième support (28) une liaison mécanique (33) qui s'étend latéralement relativement audit trajet.
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient sont des moyens à excentrique (41, 42, 63, 83) regroupés selon un axe commun (S, 167) pour les deux supports (27, 28).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens à excentrique (83) comprennent un organe transformateur de mouvement (161) ayant une première extrémité reliée à un arbre moteur (164) par une articulation (166) excentrée relativement à l'arbre moteur (164), et une seconde extrémité (162) articulée à un moyen (59) d'actionnement des supports de planches à aiguilles.
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par des moyens pour régler l'orientation de l'organe transformateur de mouvement (161) par rapport à l'axe (167) de l'arbre moteur (164).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient comprennent deux manivelles coaxiales (41, 42) reliées chacune à l'un des supports (27, 28).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les deux manivelles (41, 42) ont des manetons (43) décalés angulairement autour de leur axe commun (S).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que les deux manivelles (41, 42) sont entraínées à partir d'un même moteur (51).
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les deux manivelles (41,42) sont solidaires l'une de l'autre.
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les deux manivelles (41, 42) sont entraínées en sens contraire l'une de l'autre.
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la liaison mécanique (33, 93) s'étend de part et d'autre du trajet de défilement.
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour guider le deuxième support (28) sont des moyens (34, 35, 56, 78, 79, 88, 89, 96) pour guider la liaison mécanique (33).
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins des supports (27, 28) est fixé à au moins une colonne mobile en monte et baisse (29, 33) s'étendant latéralement par rapport au trajet de défilement, et en ce que les moyens de guidage comprennent pour cette colonne deux paliers de coulissement coaxiaux (34, 35) situés de part et d'autre d'un plan (P) selon lequel s'étend sensiblement ledit trajet.
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la colonne (33) sert en même temps de liaison mécanique entre le support (28) et les moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42 ; 63).
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins des supports (27, 28) est fixé à deux colonnes mobiles en monte et baisse (29, 33) s'étendant latéralement de part et d'autre du trajet de défilement, en ce que les moyens de guidage sont, pour chaque colonne, situés de part et d'autre d'un plan (P) selon lequel s'étend sensiblement ledit trajet, et en ce que les deux colonnes sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un moyen de solidarisation (36, 37).
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le premier et le deuxième support (27, 28) sont fixés à une première (29) et respectivement une deuxième (33) colonne mobiles en monte et baisse, en ce que les colonnes sont reliées aux moyens d'entraínement en va et vient (41, 42 ; 63) et sont espacées selon la direction longitudinale (D) du trajet de défilement.
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un moyen mobile d'inversion de mouvement (56, 76) installé fonctionnellement entre les deux colonnes (29, 33).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que les moyens à excentrique (63, 83) sont montés pour actionner en va et vient angulaire le moyen mobile d'inversion de mouvement (56).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisée en ce qu'il y a une colonne (29, 33) pour chaque support (27, 28) et de chaque côté du trajet de défilement, et en ce qu'il y a deux moyens mobiles d'inversion de mouvement (56, 59, 76), un pour chaque côté du trajet, les deux moyens mobiles d'inversion de mouvement étant couplés en rotation autour d'un axe (T) s'étendant sensiblement selon la largeur du trajet.
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisée en ce que le moyen mobile d'inversion de mouvement comprend un levier inverseur (76), et en ce que des moyens de guidage en translation comprennent deux biellettes (78) ayant chacune une première articulation avec le levier inverseur (76), une deuxième articulation avec un bras compensateur (79) et, à mi-distance entre la première et la deuxième articulation, une troisième articulation avec l'une respective des colonnes (29, 33).
- Aiguilleteuse selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce qu'à chacune de leurs extrémités, les colonnes sont associées à un levier inverseur (76, 86) et à des moyens de guidage en translation du genre précité (78, 79, 88, 89) à biellette (78, 88) et bras compensateur (79, 89).
- Aiguilleteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les supports (27, 28) sont fixés chacun à l'un des tronçons verticaux opposés (93, 99) d'un élément sans fin (91) contournant deux roues de renvoi (56, 96) dont l'une est reliée aux moyens d'entrainement en va et vient.
