Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la surveillance de temps de conduite pouvant être effectué dans un véhicule automobile,
    a. ledit véhicule automobile disposant d'une unité de commande associée à lui qui est équipée de moyens de comptage de temps et reliée à un dispositif de communication pour un support de données mobile,
    b. ledit support de données mobile contenant une identification concernant le conducteur et mémorisant en fonction du temps réel la fin au moins du dernier temps de conduite,
    c. ladite unité de commande n'autorisant la mise en service du véhicule que lorsque le circuit de l'installation d'allumage du véhicule a été fermé par l'actionnement d'un moyen de commutation et lorsque le support de données mobile a été introduit dans le dispositif de communication et été reconnu admissible par l'unité de commande à l'aide de son identification,

    e. ladite unité de commande mémorisant, après la mise en service préalable du véhicule, l'indication actuelle de la date et de l'heure ta déterminée par ses moyens de comptage de temps sur le support de données mobile comme le commencement tL1 du temps de conduite en cours et
    f. ladite unité de commande vérifiant, pendant le fonctionnement du véhicule, si le circuit de l'installation d'allumage est fermé et si ledit allumage est, de ce fait, mis en service,
    f1. ladite unité de commande mémorisant, dans le cas d'une interruption de l'allumage, l'indication actuelle de la date et de l'heure ta déterminée par ses moyens de comptage de temps sur le support de données mobile comme la fin du temps de conduite tL2 qui s'est écoulé jusque-là
    f2. et ladite unité de commande comparant, dans l'autre cas (pas d'interruption de l'allumage), l'indication actuelle de la date et de l'heure ta déterminée par ses moyens de comptage de temps avec l'inscription de temps tL1 mémorisée sur le support de données mobile comme commencement du temps de conduite en cours pour la détermination de la durée ΔtL du temps de conduite qui s'est écoulé jusque-là et, au cas où leur différence dépasserait une durée ΔtL prédéterminée comme temps de conduite maximal tLmax, délivrant un message attirant l'attention sur cet état de choses qui ne peut être effacé que par l'interruption du circuit de l'installation d'allumage par l'actionnement d'un moyen de commutation et par le retrait du support de données mobile du dispositif de communication relié à l'unité de commande.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de commande affiche le message délivré lors du dépassement d'un temps de conduite maximal tLmax sous forme de texte sur un afficheur.
