Claims (7)
- Umlaufriemen-Druckmaschine mit einem angetriebenen Umlaufriemen (11) zum Positionieren von Segmenten davon genenüber Druckstationen (13) entlang eines seitlichen Randes des Riemens, wobei eine Vielzahl von Positionsmarkierungen (14) und eine Steuerungsvorrichtung (16) vorliegen, welche den Riemen (11) genau positioniert und Signale von einem optischen Sensor (15) empfängt, der bei dem seitlichen Rand angeordnet ist und das sequentielle Vorbeilaufen der Markierungen (14) unter ihm erfaßt, wobei die Steuerungs-vorrichtung (16) die Signale des Sensors (15) als Rückkopplung für eine korrekte uns genaue Positionierung des Riemens (11) verarbeitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor ein linearer Sensor (15) ist, dessen Erfassungslinie parallel zum seitlichen Rand des Riemens (11) angeordnet ist, um die Position der Markierungen (14) in seinem Gesichtsfeld zu erfassen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lineare Sensor (15) ein Gesichtsfeld hat, das nicht kleiner als die Entfernung zwischen dem führenden Rand der beiden aufeinanderfolgenden Markierungen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Positionierung des Riemens in einer gewünschten Position gegenüber von dem Sensor (15) in einer ersten Annäherungs-phase die Steuerungsvorrichtung (16) zu der gewünschten Position Signale für die Bewegung des Riemens mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit sendet, bis sie die am nächsten bei der gewünschten Position gelegene Markierung in das Gesichtsfeld des Sensors (15) gebracht hat, und in einer zweiten Phase Signale für die Riemenbewegung mit einer zweiten Geschwindigkeit, die kleiner als die erste ist, bis sie durch sukzessive Approximationen die in dem Gesichtsfeld vorhandene Markierung in eine Position gebracht hat, die dem in der gewünschten Position plazierten Riemen entspricht.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Kodiervorrichtung (18) zum Erfassen der ungefähren Position des Riemens (11) aufweist, wobei die Steuerungs-vorrichtung (16) in einer ersten Phase Riemenposition-Signale von der Kodiervorrichtung (18) empfängt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (15) auf einer angetriebenen Gleitschiene (17) befestigt ist, um in einer sich zum seitlichen Rand des Riemens (11) in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Richtung mit Genauigkeit bewegbar zu sein.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Kalibrierung die Steuerungsvorrichtung (16) Steuerungssignale für die Bewegung der Gleitschiene aussendet, um den Sensor in einer sich zum seitlichen Rand des Riemens (11) in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Richtung zu bewegen und die exakten relativen Positionen der Markierungen zu erfassen un zu speichern.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lineare Sensor ein CCD-Linearsensor ist.
