Claims (12)

  1. Robinet mélangeur pour points de prélèvement d'eau
    avec un corps (2) de robinet qui comprend un bec de sortie (3), un levier mélangeur (4) et un boítier (5) de cartouche avec un fond (15) de boítier et un raccord fileté (12) de siège et qui peut être fixé de manière démontable sur un lavabo ou une autre pièce de base et
    avec des conduites de raccordement (6, 7) pour eau froide et chaude qui sont conformées sous forme de tubes emmanchables (18) et peuvent être enfoncés, à travers le volume intérieur (10) du boítier de cartouche, dans le boítier (5) de cartouche,
    les tubes emmanchables (18) étant munis, à leur bout (19) du côté boítier, d'une pièce de fixation (20) et pouvant être fixés par serrage, au moyen de celle-ci, entre le fond (15) de boítier et le raccord fileté (12) de siège et
    le raccord fileté (12) de siège présentant un alésage borgne (22) pour recevoir le bout (19) et un point d'étanchéité (21),
    caractérisé en ce que le bout (19) des tubes emmanchables (18) est conformé en forme de demi-boule et présente, au milieu de la surface de demi-boule (25), une sortie (26) pour l'eau de telle manière que, lors du montage, le joint d'étanchéité (21) s'appuie automatiquement de manière étanche sur le bout (19).
  2. Robinet mélangeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le bout (19) des tubes emmanchables (18) est conformé convexe.
  3. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (21) est conformé adapté à l'alésage borgne (22) et peut être positionné au fond (27) de l'alésage.
  4. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la surface de demi-boule (25) est réalisée se prolongeant en la pièce de fixation (20) conformée en forme de collerette (28).
  5. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les tubes emmanchables (18) sont munis d'une nervure de fixation (29) qui est conformée s'étendant axialement dans le prolongement de la collerette (28) sur la paroi extérieure (30).
  6. Robinet mélangeur selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une percée (33) adaptée à la nervure de fixation (29) est ménagée dans l'alésage de réception (32) dans le fond (15) de boítier.
  7. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les tubes emmanchables (18) sont conformés en forme de tubes couplés constitués de laiton.
  8. Robinet mélangeur selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les tubes emmanchables (18) présentent une butée (34) pour des tubes de prolongement, à écartement prédéterminé, tenant compte du boítier (5) de cartouche respectif, par rapport à la pièce de fixation (20).
  9. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'alésage borgne (22) formé dans le raccord fileté (12) de siège et l'alésage de passage (23) ainsi que l'alésage de réception (32) dans le fond (15) de boítier, sont conformés s'étendant obliquement en correspondance.
  10. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la cartouche (11) est serrée, en même temps que le raccord fileté (12) de siège, dans le volume intérieur (10) du boítier de cartouche, contre le fond (15) de boítier au moyen d'une vis de serrage (13) pouvant être vissée dans le boítier (15) de cartouche.
  11. Robinet mélangeur selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que la vis de serrage (13) comprend des rainures d'encliquetage (37) correspondant à des saillies d'encliquetage (36) formées dans la face intérieure d'une coiffe de recouvrement (14).
  12. Robinet mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de robinet est fixé de manière démontable sur un lavabo ou une autre pièce de base.
