Description
The invention relates to a premix burner, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such premix burners are known, for example, from US Pat EP-B1-0 321 809. Due to the premix burner designed as a swirl burner, which essentially consists of two half cones exists, the combustion air is set in rotation. The Fuel is blown into the rotating air and there mixed with her. A defined one is created at the burner outlet dome-shaped recirculation zone, at the top of which Ignition takes place. The flame itself goes through the recirculation zone stabilized in front of the burner without a mechanical Need flame holder. The thermoacoustic behavior such burner is usually stable and she are characterized by a simple and inexpensive structure out.
If the burner is operated with gaseous fuel, for this purpose in the area formed by the two cone half shells tangential slots in the walls of the two Partial body gas inlet openings distributed in the longitudinal direction intended. In gas operation, the mixture formation begins with Combustion air is therefore already in the zone of the inlet slots.
At the top of the conical half-shells is a fuel nozzle arranged for liquid fuel. The fuel is in injected into the hollow cone at an acute angle. The emerging tapered fuel profile is flowing from the tangential Air enclosed. In the axial direction, the Concentration of fuel continuously as a result of mixing degraded with the compressed air. The injection angle of the fuel is determined by the opening angle of the Premix burner determined. Due to the small opening angle However, there is good mixing between liquid and gaseous Fuel complicates, leading to increased pollutant emissions can lead.
At partial load when the premix burner is operating Injection of gaseous fuel in the area of the tangential Slots is no longer guaranteed, is about the fuel nozzle arranged at the tip of the conical half-shells gaseous fuel injected. Due to the large axial However, there is a distance between the backflow zone and the fuel nozzle the danger that the axial position of the flame changes and this leads to pulsations. Further increases, conditionally due to the large axial distance between the backflow zone and fuel nozzle, the amount of fuel needed, which can lead to increased pollutant emissions.
US-A-4,781,030 discloses a similar burner. This premix burner dwells one extending into the interior Pilot burner on.
The invention has for its object in a premix burner pollutant emissions of the type mentioned at the beginning lower and stabilize the backflow zone.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass die Speiselanze aus einem Lanzenrohr besteht, welches eine zentrale Brennstoffleitung aufweist, wobei am stromabwärtigen Ende der Brennstoffleitung die Brennstoffdüse angeordnet ist, und welches eine um die zentrale Brennstoffleitung angeordnete Leitung für Verbrennungsluft aufweist und wobei am Austritt der Leitung für die Verbrennungsluft ein Drallerzeuger angeordnet istAccording to the invention this is achieved in that the feed lance consists of a lance tube which has a central fuel line, the fuel nozzle being arranged at the downstream end of the fuel line, and which is a line for combustion air arranged around the central fuel line has and wherein a swirl generator is arranged at the outlet of the line for the combustion air is
The advantages of the invention include that the axial distance between the backflow zone and the fuel nozzle through the feed lance protruding into the interior of the burner is shortened. This will make the backflow zone in everyone Load area stabilized in the axial direction and pulsations are avoided. By injecting the fuel through the fuel nozzle takes place in the vicinity of the backflow zone, less fuel is used to stabilize the flame needed. Thus, it is also possible in partial load operation To operate premix burners with low nitrogen oxide emissions. The outer surface of the dining lance also serves as a shear surface, which is the mixing of gaseous fuel and combustion air supports and thus reduces pollutant emissions. By positioning the fuel nozzle near the Backflow zone can be the injection angle of the fuel nozzle be increased for liquid fuel. This will pre-mix improved when using liquid fuels and reduced nitrogen oxide emissions.
It is particularly useful if the dining lance downstream at least to the lower third of the premix burner extends. This prevents the Flame front into the interior of the burner.
It is also expedient to take the feed lance out of a lance tube and to form a fuel line disposed therein. This allows some of the combustion air to pass through the lance tube be blown in, causing the mixing of Fuel and air is supported. It also prevents that the flame attaches to the end of the dining lance.
Between the lance tube and the fuel line a swirl body is arranged. This will make the any swirl of air blown through the lance tube awarded, which further optimizes the mixing becomes.
In addition, it is useful at the downstream end of the lance tube to arrange an air-assisted atomizing nozzle. This allows liquid fuel with low pollutant emissions to burn.
It is advantageous that the premix burner at least in the area of the burner outlet has a circular cross section having. The circular burner outlet creates one axially symmetrical flow with respect to the central axis. Thereby become pulsations due to the partial cone axes avoided and the backflow zone further stabilized.

It is only essential for understanding the invention Elements shown. The flow directions of the work equipment are represented by arrows.
gelangt.A
In the area of the
Is symmetrical to the
des Lanzenrohres dient als Zerstäubungskante 17.According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The compressed generated in a compressor, not shown
At part load, when the
Durch den Hohlraum zwischen Lanzenrohr 2 und Brennstoffleitung
3 wird ebenfalls Verbrennungsluft 9a gefördert. Der
durch das Lanzenrohr geförderte Verbrennungsluftanteil 9a
kann dabei bis zu 25% des Gesamtluftstromes betragen. Durch
den Drallkörper 6 wird die Verbrennungsluft 9a in Rotation
versetzt.

Liquid fuel can also flow through the

According to FIGS. 6 and 7, an
Of course, the invention is not limited to that shown and described embodiment limited. The premix burner can of course with several tangential entry slots be provided. The dining lance can also be in premix burners other than those installed in the double cone burner become. The dual nozzle can also consist of two nozzles then, the inner feed channel accordingly needs to be adjusted. The outer fuel supply channel can also be routed from the fuel line into the lance tube.
