Abstract
Description
In US-A-4750609
The invention relates to a folding box of the type in the preamble
of
Folding boxes, in which the lid is only glued, are for example from DE-GBM-7208095 and DE-A-4226226 known.
A problem with such folding boxes is that in the bend lines of the lid and the one folded under it Flap restoring forces act on the adhesive bond burden and try to solve. For a secure bond To achieve, lids and flaps need to be considerable Force is pressed against each other until a full-surface bond is achieved. The The closing process for such folding boxes is not optimal easy, as flaps and lids enter the Folded closed position and must be held there and the one necessary for the production of the adhesive connection Pressure must be exerted on the adhesive areas.
Another disadvantage is that the exposure of the Adhesive surfaces must be done by pulling off the cover films, before the lid is moved to the closed position. Here can easily get dirty or through the adhesive strips Touch with z. B. greasy fingers their adhesiveness lose. There is also a risk that the closure process sticking already occurs when the cover and / or flaps are not yet in the exact final locking position are. There is also the problem that it conventional folding boxes is possible without tearing the adhesive connection to lift the lid so far that a Gap is formed through which one enters the interior of the View box or even extract the contents.
angegeben. Die Ansprüche 2 und 3 geben bevorzugte weitere
Ausgestaltungen an.The invention has for its object a folding box

The object of the invention is achieved in
With the folding box according to the invention are advantageous Way of fixing the lid in the Closure position and the establishment of the adhesive connection between Functionally separated lid and flaps. The lid can be closed first and by mechanical Locking in the locked position can be fixed, and then in the already closed state the box has the cover films on the side under the lid pulled out and thereby the adhesive connection between Lids and flaps are made.
Embodiments of the invention are based on the drawings explained in more detail.

Fig. 4 eine weitere Ausführungsform der Faltschachtel.Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the folding box.
The folding box shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has one
Staubklappe erstrecken. At the right angles to the
To close the folding box, first the dust flaps
14, 15 folded and then the
dargestellt.Removing the peel-off
The lateral areas lying above the
Another embodiment of a folding box according to the invention
is shown in Figure 4. In this embodiment
are the
In addition, the
The invention is not shown on the details of the
Embodiment limited. For example

Both the
Ferner
kann der Kontaktkleber selbst durch ein beliebiges
adhäsives Vebindungsmittel ersetzt oder ergänzt werden.Likewise, the
