Abstract

The heddles (5a) of the shaft device have each a thread eyelet (8) and end eyelets (6a, 7) arranged on both sides of the thread eyelet (8), by means of which they are arranged in rows on heddle slide bars (2a, 3a). At least the driving heddle slide bar (2a) has at least one thin leg (22) that projects transversely to the plane formed by the heddle slide bars (2a, 3a) and engages with small play a driving groove (24) of the corresponding end eyelet (6a) of the heddle (5a). In spite of the small play, the heddles (5a) are spread to a sufficient extent on the heddle slide bars (2a, 3a). This small play allows a better driving performance, with reduced noise level and wear, in comparison with known shaft devices.

Description

SchaftvorrichtungShaft device
Technisches GebietTechnical field
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaftvorrichtung gemäss Oberbe¬ griff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a shaft device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Shaft devices of the type mentioned at the outset are known in many forms, for example from CH-PS 523 987, which is also explained in more detail in the accompanying FIGS. 1 to 4. The known shaft devices require a relatively large amount of play between a drive support rail and the end eyelet of a stranded wire in order to ensure a sufficient spread angle for handling the stranded wire. This big game causes wear on the one hand and strong noise on the other. As a result, speeds of up to 2500 revolutions per minute are permitted in such shaft devices or weaving machines equipped therewith.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The object of the invention is to improve a shaft device of the type mentioned in the introduction in such a way that the disadvantages mentioned are avoided.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. Because the strand is driven by at least one thin leg on the drive support rail which projects transversely to the plane formed by the support rails, the latter can engage in the driving groove of the associated end eyelet of the strand with little play. This extremely low backlash generates very little noise even at maximum speed, which can be 4000 to 6000 revolutions per minute, for example, and causes only minimal wear. The novel shaft device or a weaving machine equipped with it thus enables higher performance with a comparatively lower noise level and reduced wear.
Advantageous embodiments of the shaft device are described in claims 2 to 12.
The service life of the shaft device can be improved by an embodiment according to claim 2, since the drive force is then distributed over two legs. At the same time, this also reduces wear and the noise level that increases with increasing wear.
In principle, it is possible to arrange the leg of the drive support rail at any height of the drive support rail, although an embodiment according to claim 3 is advantageous.
There are also different possibilities for the arrangement and alignment of the legs, the configuration according to claim 4 allowing the most favorable force distribution.
A design of the support rails, in particular of the drive support rail, is particularly advantageous, because this profiling on the one hand enables the formation of the leg and on the other hand ensures a good bending moment with low mass compared to a full profile. fil the mounting rail. The lower mass of the mounting rails favors higher operating speeds and helps to reduce noise and wear.
Vorteilhafter ist jedoch eine Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 6.In principle, the end loops can have an opening on a side lying transversely in the direction of movement. However, an embodiment according to claim 6 is more advantageous.
Claim 7 describes an advantageous game. Claim 8 contains an advantageous width of the driving groove. The claim 9 quantifies a preferably vertical play between the end eyelet and the non-driven mounting rail in order to ensure a necessary spreading angle for the handling of the strands.
In principle, the heddle can be of any design, but the design according to claim 10 is of particular advantage, since it enables good strength and wear properties with the smallest possible lateral space requirement.
An embodiment according to claim 11 is particularly advantageous, two mounting openings generally being present. This enables a further development according to claim 12. The assembly device makes it easier to set up strands with warp threads beforehand. By means of the assembly device, the strands can then be pushed on and off the support rails, as a result of which the set-up and changeover times are substantially reduced, for example when the articles to be manufactured are changed.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays of Carrying Out the Invention
Der Aufspreizwinkel a beträgt vorzugsweise 15° zur Vertikalen 17.Figures 1 to 4 describe a shaft device, such as the subject of CH-PS 523 987. The shaft device has a vertical profile bar 1, to which an upper drive support rail 2 and a lower guide support rail 3 are each fastened by means of clamping jaws 4. Strands 5 are lined up by means of end loops 6, 7 on the drive support rail 2 and the guide support rail 3. The strands 5 carry thread eyelets 8 through which a warp thread 9 is guided. At the lower end, the profile bar 1 contains a tab 10 with a bolt 11, on which a two-armed drive lever 12 engages. The drive lever 12 is pivotally mounted on an axis 13 and carries a roller 14 at the end facing away from the profile rod, which roller 14 interacts with a driven eccentric 15. A biasing spring 16 biases the shaft frame formed by the support rails 2, 3 downward and thus at the same time also the roller 14 against the eccentric 15. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the end eyelet 6 of the strand 5 is with a considerable play of, for example, 0.5 Up to 1 mm arranged on the drive support rail 2, which is formed from an upright flat profile. This play is necessary in order to allow the strand to be spread apart on both sides of the vertical 17 in order, for example, to be able to carry out thread repairs. The spreading angle a is preferably 15 ° to the vertical 17th
Die Litze 5a enthält noch Montageöffnungen 25 zur Erleichterung der Montage der Litze 5a an den Tragschienen 2a 3a, wie nachfolgend anhand Figuren 9 und 10 näher beschrieben wird.FIGS. 5 and 6 show a further development of the shaft device according to the invention, the parts identical to the known shaft device being provided with the same reference numbers. In Figure 5, two strands 5a are shown, which are assigned to two shafts and the warp threads 9 open a warp pocket 18 into which a weft thread 19 can be inserted and can be attached to a fabric edge 21 by means of a reed 20. The upper drive support rail 2a has a C-shaped profile, the lower leg 22 lying parallel to the warp thread plane 23 and engaging in a driving groove 24 which is formed on the inside of the end eyelet 6a of the strand 5a. The leg 22 is very thin and has a thickness of 0.8 mm, for example. The width of the driving groove 24 is correspondingly small and is at most 1.0 mm. The thickness of the leg 22 and the width of the driving groove 24 are matched to one another such that the play between the leg 22 and the driving groove 24 is 0.01 to 0.1, preferably 0.05 mm. In spite of this small play, the preferably lamella-like strand 5a can be spread out by the angle α 15 ° to the vertical, as can be seen from FIG. The lower guide support rail 3a can be configured analogously to the upper drive support rail 2a, wherein a vertical play of 0.5 to 10 mm is possible. The guide rail 3a does not serve to drive the strand 5a, but rather to guide the strand in the shaft and to absorb the transverse forces caused by the warp threads being moved. The strand 5a also contains assembly openings 25 to facilitate the assembly of the strand 5a on the mounting rails 2a 3a, as will be described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10.
Dabei greift der Schenkel 22a in eine entsprechende Mitnahmenut 24a der Endöse 6b ein, die durch die L-Form vorgegeben ist.FIG. 7 shows a drive support rail 2b which is L-shaped in cross section and which interacts with a strand 5b which has a correspondingly shaped end eyelet 6b. The leg 22a engages in a corresponding driving groove 24a of the end eyelet 6b, which is predetermined by the L-shape.
Die Öffnung der Endöse 6c ist analog gestaltet und weist wiederum Mitnahmenuten 24b,24c auf, in die die Schenkel 22b und 22c eingreifen.FIG. 8 describes a further drive support rail 2c, which has two legs 22b and 22c pointing in the opposite direction, which are formed by incisions 26 in a full profile. The opening of the end eyelet 6c is analogous designed and in turn has driver grooves 24b, 24c, in which the legs 22b and 22c engage.
FIGS. 9 and 10 show an assembly device 27 of the shaft device. This consists of at least one end rod 28 or 29, which can be pushed onto the drive support rail 2a and the guide support rail 3a via openings 30, 31. The two end bars 28, 29 present in the present example are connected to one another by two mounting bars 32, 33, these mounting bars containing threads (not shown in more detail) which enable a detachable connection to the end bar 29. The mounting device 27 serves to accommodate strands 5a, regardless of the arrangement on the drive support rail 2a and the guide support rail 3a. For this purpose, the end rod 29 is detached from the assembly rods 32, 33, so that the strands 5a can be pushed onto the assembly rods 32, 33 by means of the assembly openings 25. Thus, the strands can be provided and prepared with warp threads regardless of the arrangement on the support rails 2a, 3a and, after the end bar 29 has been attached, can be pushed onto the drive support rail 2a and the guide support rail 3a. After assembly, the assembly device 27 can be removed again by detaching the end bar 29 from the assembly bars 32, 33 and pulling the assembly bars 32, 33 out of the strands. The end bar 29 can be detached from the drive support rail 2a and the guide support rail 3a due to the laterally open openings 30, 31.
