A device for coiling and uncoiling strip material according to Claim 1, characterised in that annular running rails (3) are located in the end-face region of each supporting wall (2), which rails coaxially surround the central axis (5) of the supporting frame (2) and which are supported so as to be able to roll on running wheels (4) located on the frame (1).
  3. A device for the isochronic coiling and uncoiling of strip material according to Claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the coiler drums (6) and the cardan shafts (13) are connected together gear-wise by means of a spur gear step (10) in each case.
  4. A device for the isochronic coiling and uncoiling of strip material according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the rotary drives (11) are electric motors, the supply of current to which is effected by means of slip rings provided in the region of the central axis (5).
