In die beiden Ringnuten 14 greift je eine Manschette 38 mit einem an ihr ausgebildeten Ringwulst ein. Die Manschetten 38 schützen je einen von zwei Kolben 40, die in der Zylinderbohrung 18 geführt sind. An jedem der beiden Kolben 40 stützt sich ein Ende einer Bremsbacke 42 bzw. 44 ab. Die beiden Bremsbacken 42 und 44 sind durch Rückstellfedern 46
und 48 miteinander verbunden und stützen sich mit ihren von den Kolben 40 abgewandten Enden an einem Widerlager 50 ab, das am Bremsträger 20 befestigt ist. Zwischen den beiden Bremsbacken 42 und 44 erstreckt sich nahe dem Radbremszylinder 10 eine nach stellbare Strebe 52 einer bei Trommelbremsen üblichen Bauart.
