Claims (18)
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) zur Abstützung von wenigstens einem Fräswerkzeug (7, 80) und das Teil einer Vielzahl von Elementen ist, die zu den Frästrommeln (3, 300) von Arbeitsmaschinen zur Entfernung von Erdreich gehören, folgendes umfassend:ein Stützelement (4, 401, 701), das an der Frästrommel (3, 300) befestigt werden kann;wenigstens einen Werkzeughalter (5, 50), der an dem Stützelement (4, 401, 701) befestigt ist und wenigstens einer Vertiefung (8) aufweist, die geeignet ist, das wenigstens eine Fräswerkzeug (7, 80) aufzunehmen, und Verbindungsmittel (9, 403, 703), die geeignet sind, das Stützelement (4, 401, 701) an der Trommel (3, 300) und das wenigstens eine Fräswerkzeug (7, 80) in der entsprechenden Vertiefung (8) des wenigstens einen Werkzeughalters (5, 50) zu befestigen, wobei der wenigstens eine Werkzeughalter (5, 50) einen röhrenförmigen Körper aufweist und die Vertiefung aus dem durchgehenden Loch in diesem röhrenförmigen Körper besteht, und der röhrenförmige Körper abnehmbar in eine Bohrung (6, 105) eingefügt ist, die in das Stützelement (4, 401, 701) gebohrt ist,
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung in dem Werkzeughalter aus einem durchgehenden Loch (8) mit kreisförmigem Schnitt besteht, das koaxial in den Körper des Werkzeughalters (5, 50) gebohrt ist.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeughalter (5, 50) Seitenschlitze (58) aufweist, die mit der Vertiefung (8) kommunizieren, wobei diese Seitenschlitze (58) geeignet sind, die Einführung eines Treibkeils (91) zur Entfernung des in der Vertiefung (8) befindlichen Fräswerkzeugs (7, 80) zu erlauben. - Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel für die Befestigung des wenigstens einen Werkzeughalters (5) an dem Stützelement (4) aus wenigstens einer ebenen Fläche (54) bestehen, die außerhalb des Werkzeughalters (5) gewonnen und geeignet ist, durch Kontrast gegen das Ende (57) von wenigstens einem Bolzen (55) zu wirken und mit einem durchgehenden Gewindeloch (56) zusammenzupassen, das in das Stützelement (4) gebohrt ist, wobei der Bolzen (55) in dieses Gewindeloch (56), das ihn aufnimmt, eingeschraubt ist.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (4) mit wenigstens einem Regelelement (61, 161, 162) versehen ist, das geeignet ist, gegen den Werkzeughalter (5) zu wirken, zum Ausgleich von Spiel zwischen dem Werkzeughalter (5) und der Bohrung (6) in dem Stützelement (4), die den Werkzeughalter (5) aufnimmt.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Regelelement aus einer Platte (61) besteht, die zwischen dem Stützelement (4) und dem Werkzeughalter (5) eingefügt ist und mit wenigstens einem Bolzen (62) in einer Vertiefung (63) im Stützelement (4) selbst befestigt ist.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Regelelement aus dem Kopf (161) eines Bolzens (162) besteht, der zu einem Gewindeloch (163) passt, das in das Stützelement (4) gebohrt ist, wobei dieser Kopf (161) des Bolzens (162) mit dem Werkzeughalter (5) kontrastiert.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel für die Befestigung des wenigstens einen Fräswerkzeugs (7, 80) an dem wenigstens einen Werkzeughalter (5, 50) wenigstens eine elastische Muffe (13) aufweisen, die bei Betrachtung im Querschnitt ein C-förmiges Profil aufweist, das lose mit einem zylindrischen Bereich (71) verbunden ist, der sich am Körper jeden Fräswerkzeugs (7, 80) befindet, zwischen einem Paar ringförmiger Bereiche (72, 73) die den axialen Schlupf der elastischen Muffe (13) verhindern, die durch Druck in der Vertiefung (8) des Werkzeughalters (5, 50) befestigt ist, in der sie nur hinsichtlich des axialen Schlupfs durch Kontrast gegen einen ringförmigen Bereich (53) am Werkzeughalter (5, 50) selbst eingezwängt ist.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper des Fräswerkzeugs (7, 80) an dem aus der Vertiefung herausragenden Ende einen Einsatz aus hartem Material (90) aufweist.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das harte Material (90) eine Wolframkarbidverbindung ist.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel für die Befestigung des Stützelements (4, 401, 701) an der Frästrommel (7, 80) aus wenigstens einer Schweißwulst (9, 403, 703) bestehen, die aus dem Umfang des Stützelements (4, 401, 701) in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (2) der Frästrommel (3, 300) gewonnen sind.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente (4) durch Schweißwülste (10) miteinander verbunden sind und dass jedes von ihnen um eine Strecke (15) bezüglich des an ihn angrenzenden Elements entfernt ist, in axialer Richtung der Frästrommel (3), an der sie befestigt sind.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Regelelement (161, 162) mit Sicherheitsmitteln (81) versehen ist, die eine Kugel (82) umfassen, die durch eine Feder (83) elastisch gemacht wird, wobei beide in einer Vertiefung (84) im Körper des Bolzens (162) positioniert sind, zu dem der Kopf (161) gehört, wobei die Kugel (82) in Entsprechung mit einer Vertiefung (85) in dem Bereich (51) des Werkzeughalters (5), der mit dem Stützelement (4) kuppelt, aus dem Kopf (161) selbst herausragt.
- Ein aktives Element (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (4) aus einem einzigen Körper besteht.
- Ein aktives Element (40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (401, 701) aus einer Basis (402, 702) und einen Universalkörper (100) gebildet ist, der in einer Aufnahme (406, 706) in der Basis (402, 702) positioniert ist, in der sich das Loch (105) befindet, das den Körper des wenigstens einen Werkzeughalters (50) aufnimmt, wobei die Verbindungsmittel (404, 703) geeignet sind, die Basis (402, 702) an der Frästrommel (300) zu befestigen.
- Ein aktives Element (40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Universalkörper (100) sich in der Aufnahme (406, 706) befindet, in der er fest durch wenigstens einen Verbindungsstift befestigt ist, der mit einem Ende in wenigstens einem Loch (147, 47) in dem Universalkörper (100) und mit dem anderen Ende in wenigsten einem weiteren Loch (427, 727), das in die Basis (402, 702) gebohrt ist, steckt.
- Ein aktives Element (1, 40, 70, 250, 270) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (9, 403, 703) für die Befestigung des Stützelements (4, 401, 701) an der Trommel (3, 300) aus Schweißungen (9, 403, 703) bestehen.
