Description

STRUCTURE DE DECOR REPLIABLE
La présente invention concerne une structure de décor repliable et déployable en trois dimensions.
L'objectif est de réaliser des décors repliables gui peuvent se déployer et se mettre en place sur diffé¬ rents plans dans l'espace. Une application particuliè¬ re, mais non exclusive, est un décor de jeu pour enfant.
Pour réaliser cet objectif, il a paru avantageux de proposer une structure de décor repliable comprenant une feuille percée de plusieurs fentes délimitant latéralement des éléments qui présentent des pliures s'étendant entre les fentes précitées, une extrémité de la feuille précitée étant attachée à une première surface et l'extrémité opposée de la feuille précitée étant attachée à une seconde surface de manière que les éléments précités se déploient dans l'espace en formant au moins un plan parallèle à une des surfaces précitées lorsque celle-ci se trouve dans une position pratique¬ ment perpendiculaire à l'autre surface précitée et de manière que la structure de décor se trouve repliée sur elle-même lorsqu'une des surfaces est rabattue sur l'autre surface. La structure repliable peut être réa- lisée d'une seule pièce dans une feuille plane de ma¬ tière quelconque. Chaque élément déployable dans l'es¬ pace peut avoir de nombreuses configurations et être orné librement pour réaliser un décor voulu quelconque.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, la feuille re- pliable suivant l'invention est attachée à la fois au fond d'une boîte et à l'intérieur d'un couvercle rabat- table sur le dessus de la boîte. Le décor se replie ainsi à l'intérieur de la boîte fermée par son couver¬ cle par le seul rabattement du couvercle et se déploie par le relèvement du couvercle. Le couvercle est fixé à la boîte par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation qui garantissent les ouvertures répétées du couvercle sans risque de déchirure du décor déployable.
Conformément à un autre aspect de l'invention, le cou¬ vercle comporte deux rebords latéraux et un rebord arrière agencés pratiquement perpendiculairement au plan du couvercle de manière à encadrer au moins par- tiellement les faces latérales et la face arrière de la boîte lorsque le couvercle est rabattu sur la boîte, les rebords latéraux du couvercle étant attachés aux faces latérales de la boîte par des moyens de fixation les traversant de manière à permettre au couvercle de pivoter autour d'un axe imaginaire défini par les moyens de fixation précités.
Grâce au dispositif de fixation suivant l'invention, le couvercle peut pivoter autour de l'axe imaginaire défi- ni par les deux éléments de fixation. Dans son mouve¬ ment d'ouverture, le couvercle entraîne et déploie le décor jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve en position relevée. Les éléments sont alors déployés dans l'espace. Le mou¬ vement de pivotement du couvercle est rendu possible par la forme allongée des ouvertures ménagées dans les faces latérales de la boîte, qui permet au rebord arrière du couvercle de contourner l'arête formée par la jonction de la face arrière avec le fond de la boîte. Le pivotement du couvercle s'arrête lorsque son rebord arrière vient se placer sous et contre le fond de la boîte. La présence de ce rebord arrière maintient le couvercle dans sa position relevée et empêche la dé¬ chirure du décor déployé.
Durant son pivotement en sens inverse, le couvercle se rabat en repliant automatiquement la structure de décor dans la boîte. Les éléments se replient alors suivant les lignes de pliure.
L'invention est illustrée sur les dessins joints sur la base desquels l'invention va être décrite dans ce qui suit.
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une boîte sui- vant l'invention, avec couvercle relevé, montrant sché- matiquement un décor déployé mais pas encore attaché dans la boîte.
La figure 2 montre la boîte de la figure 1 avec le dé¬ cor attaché et déployé. La figure 3 illustre 1•emboitement de la boîte de la figure 1 dans le couvercle.
La figure 4 représente un mode de réalisation avanta¬ geux de la boîte et de son couvercle.
La figure 5 est une vue éclatée, à plus grande échelle, d'un exemple de fixation du couvercle sur la boîte mon¬ trée en figure 1.
Se reportant à la figure 1, on voit représentée une boîte 10 avec son couvercle 20 relevé, prête à recevoir une structure de décor repliable conforme à l'inven¬ tion, schématisée en 30. La structure de décor est constituée d'une feuille 31 dans laquelle sont décou¬ pées des fentes 32. Celles-ci délimitent plusieurs éléments déployables 33 qui présentent des lignes de pliures 34, 35 s'étendant entre deux fentes adjacentes pour former des plis qui s'ouvrent en sens opposés. Lorsque la feuille 31 est pliée à angle pratiquement droit comme montré en figure 1, les éléments 33 sont déployés et se détachent du fond 31 en formant dans l'espace plusieurs plans parallèles 36. Un tel décor, qui peut être réalisé en une multitude de configura¬ tions, physionomies et décorations, est attaché à l'intérieur 21 du couvercle et au fond 11 de la boîte. L'attachement peut par exemple se faire le long des bords longitudinaux 37 et 38 du décor.
Le couvercle 20 est fixé à la boîte 10 de manière que le couvercle puisse être relevé dans une position pra¬ tiquement perpendiculaire au fond de la boîte 10 et se maintenir dans cette position, comme illustré à la fi¬ gure 3, sans risque de déchirure du décor 30. Ce but est atteint, suivant l'invention, grâce à l'agencement décrit ci-après.
Le couvercle 20 présente des rebords latéraux 22 qui, lorsque le couvercle est rabattu sur le dessus de la boîte, encadre les faces latérales 12 de la boîte, au moins sur une partie de la largeur de la boîte. Lorsque le couvercle 20 est relevé comme montré en figure 2, une partie des rebords latéraux 22 précités encadrent une partie des faces latérales 12 de la boîte 10. Il est entendu que les rebords latéraux 22 du couvercle peuvent ne s'étendre que sur une partie seulement de la largeur du couvercle. De plus, le couvercle 20 présente un rebord arrière 23 qui, dans l'exemple représenté, relie entre eux les deux rebords latéraux 22. Ce rebord arrière 23 vient se placer sous et contre le fond de la boîte 10 lorsque le couvercle est relevé. Des moyens de fixation 40 sont agencés pour attacher chaque rebord latéral 22 à une face latérale 12 de la boîte 10. Sur la figure 2, le fond 31 du décor présente sur son bord latéral droit une découpe 39 dans son angle de pliure. Cette découpe permet au fond de décor qui couvre ici toute la longueur du couvercle de se replier, dans l'exemple illustré, sans accrocher la tête 43 du dispo¬ sitif de fixation. Une découpe similaire est prévue sur le bord latéral gauche (non visible) du fond du décor.
Chaque moyen de fixation 40 traverse une face latérale 12 de la boîte 10 dans une ouverture allongée 14 ayant sa longueur suivant la direction longitudinale de la face latérale (voir figure 4) .
De préférence, chaque moyen de fixation 40 traverse un rebord latéral 22 du couvercle 20 dans une ouverture allongée 24 ayant sa direction longitudinale oblique par rapport à la dimension longitudinale du rebord latéral (voir figure 4) .
Grâce au dispositif de fixation suivant l'invention, le couvercle 20 peut pivoter autour de l'axe imaginaire défini par les deux éléments de fixation 40. Dans son mouvement d'ouverture, le couvercle 20 entraîne et dé¬ ploie le décor 30 jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve en posi- tion relevée comme montré à la figure 2. Les éléments 33 sont alors déployés dans l'espace. Le mouvement de pivotement du couvercle est rendu possible par la forme allongée des ouvertures ménagées dans les faces latéra¬ les de la boîte 10, qui permet au rebord arrière 23 du couvercle de contourner l'arête formée par la jonction de la face arrière 13 avec le fond 11 de la boîte. Le pivotement du couvercle s'arrête lorsque son rebord arrière 23 vient se placer sous et contre le fond de la boîte. La présence de ce rebord arrière 23 maintient le couvercle dans sa position relevée et empêche la déchi- rure du décor 30 déployé.
Durant son pivotement en sens inverse, le couvercle 20 se rabat en repliant automatiquement la structure de décor 30 dans la boîte. Les éléments 33 se replient alors suivant les lignes de pliure 34, 35.
Dans le mode d'exécution illustré en figure 5, la pièce de liaison est constituée par exemple de deux éléments 41 et 42 s'emboîtant l'un dans l'autre. Chacun des deux éléments présente une tête, 43 et 44 respectivement. Lorsque les deux éléments sont emboîtés l'un dans l'au¬ tre, les ressauts des deux têtes enserrent l'ensemble formé par une face latérale de la boîte et un rebord latéral du couvercle, éventuellement avec interposition d'une rondelle 45. La solidarisâtion des deux éléments 41 et 42 avec l'autre peut se faire simplement par clipsage de l'élément femelle 41 sur l'embout 46 de l'élément mâle 42.
La boîte peut bien entendu servir à enfermer des acces¬ soires divers utiles pour l'usage du décor (fascicule, disque, cassette ou autres) et pour le jeu.
Le mode de réalisation décrit dans ce qui précède et illustré dans les dessins joints est un exemple donné à titre illustratif et l'invention n'est nullement li¬ mitée à cet exemple. Toute modification, toute variante et tout agencement équivalent doivent être considérés comme compris dans le cadre de l'invention.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Structure repliable, comprenant une feuille (31) percée de plusieurs fentes (32) délimitant latéralement des éléments (33) qui présentent des pliures (34, 35) s'étendant entre les fentes précitées, une extrémité (37) de la feuille (31) précitée étant attachée à une première surface (11) et l'extrémité opposée (38) de la feuille (31) précitée étant attachée à une seconde sur¬ face (21) de manière que les éléments (33) précités se déploient dans l'espace en formant au moins un plan (36) parallèle à une des surfaces précitées (par exem¬ ple 21) lorsque celle-ci se trouve dans une position pratiquement perpendiculaire à l'autre surface précitée (par exemple 11) et de manière que la structure (30) se trouve repliée sur elle-même lorsqu'une des surfaces (21) est rabattue sur l'autre surface (11).
2. Structure suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite première surface (11) est constituée par le fond d'une boîte (10) et ladite seconde surface (21) est constituée par l'intérieur d'un couvercle (20) rabatta- ble sur le dessus de la boîte.
3. Structure suivant la revendication 2, le couvercle (20) comporte deux rebords latéraux (22) et un rebord arrière (23) agencés pratiquement perpendiculairement au plan (21) du couvercle de manière à encadrer au moins partiellement les faces latérales (12) et la face arrière (13) de la boîte (10) lorsque le couvercle est rabattu sur la boîte, les rebords latéraux (22) du cou- vercle étant attachés aux faces latérales (12) de la boîte par des moyens de fixation (40) les traversant de manière à permettre au couvercle (20) de pivoter autour d'un axe imaginaire défini par les moyens de fixation (40) précités.
4. Structure suivant la revendication 3, chaque moyen de fixation (40) traverse une face latérale (12) de la boîte (10) dans une ouverture. allongée (14) ayant sa longueur suivant la direction longitudinale de la face latérale.
5. Structure suivant la revendication 3 ou 4, dans la- quelle chaque moyen de fixation (40) traverse un rebord latéral (22) du couvercle (20) dans une ouverture al¬ longée (24) ayant sa direction longitudinale oblique par rapport à la dimension longitudinale du rebord latéral.
6. Structure suivant la revendication 3, dans laquelle chaque moyen de fixation (40) est constitué de deux éléments (41, 42) qui s'emboîtent l'un dans l'autre.
7. Structure suivant la revendication 4, dans laquelle chaque moyen de fixation (40) est constitué de deux éléments (41, 42) qui s'emboîtent l'un dans l'autre.
8. Structure suivant la revendication 5, dans laquelle chaque moyen de fixation (40) est constitué de deux éléments (41, 42) qui s'emboîtent l'un dans l'autre.
9. Boîte fermée par un couvercle rabattable agencée comme défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications
