Description
- La figure unique est une vue en coupe partielle d'un couvercle selon l'invention appliqué en fermeture sur une boíte de teintes, représenté uniquement au niveau de sa base ou bord sur le rebord de la boíte en raison de la symétrie circulaire, respectivement sur deux rebords d'ouverture en trait plein et en trait mixte, délimitant les deux formes extrêmes de rebord d'ouverture des boítes de teintes.
Claims (10)
- Couvercle agitateur pour boítes de teintes sur les machines d'agitation, du type comportant à sa base un joint souple périphérique (11), destiné à être appliqué, à la fermeture du couvercle agitateur sur la boíte (5), sur le bord périphérique externe de sertissage (13, 13') du rebord annulaire (7, 7') délimitant l'ouverture de la boíte (5), ledit joint (11) comportant une partie de corps antérieure annulaire (17) fixée à ladite base du couvercle et destinée à être appliquée à la fermeture en pression et de façon étanche sur ledit bord périphérique (13, 13') de la boíte, et une lèvre annulaire interne souple (19) solidaire de ladite partie de corps antérieure (17), coaxiale à la partie de corps (17) et destinée à être appliquée à la fermeture sur le bord interne (15, 15') du rebord annulaire (7, 7') d'ouverture de la boíte.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre souple (19) est formée de façon monobloc avec ladite partie antérieure (17) de corps du joint, issue par exemple de moulage avec cette dernière en matière synthétique souple résistant aux solvants des peintures.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre souple (19) a un profil de section régulier effilé vers l'intérieur et est dirigée vers le bas en position naturelle selon un angle de pente déterminé relativement au plan du joint (11), légèrement supérieur à la ligne de pente maximale entre les bords périphérique (13, 13') et interne (15, 15') du rebord (7, 7') des boítes de teintes existantes, par exemple de 30°.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre (19) a une longueur radiale légèrement supérieure à la plus grande longueur radiale existante entre le bord périphérique externe (13) et le bord interne (15) du rebord d'ouverture des boítes, et par exemple d'environ 15 mm.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre (19) comporte une âme élastique interne.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de corps antérieure (17) du joint est fixée avec engagement élastique, par encliquetage dans un logement complémentaire (27) formé à la base du couvercle.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la base du couvercle comporte une jupe verticale externe périphérique (31) formant saillie vers le bas relativement au joint (11).
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de corps antérieure (17) a une section de forme générale carrée et la lèvre (19) est triangulaire avec une partie en pointe externe (21), la lèvre (19) étant solidaire de la partie de corps (17) par sa face arrière (23) avec un léger décrochement de surface au niveau inférieur et un épaulement (25) au niveau supérieur.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de corps antérieure (17) du joint est maintenue en fixation dans son logement (27) par des dents de retenue (29) du couvercle à pointe dirigée vers le haut et l'intérieur, au niveau de la partie médiane de sa face antérieure (39) et par appui à l'opposé de l'épaulement (25) en butée sur une nervure circulaire axiale (33) formée à l'intérieur du couvercle.
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications 8, 9, caractérisé en ce que le positionnement de la partie de corps (17) est prévu sur la base du couvercle de façon à ce que le bord de sertissage (13, 13') vienne porter, à la fermeture du couvercle sur la boíte, sensiblement dans la partie médiane de la face inférieure (41) de cette partie de corps, et donc dans un positionnement éloigné des coins.
