Claims (9)
- Atmosphärischer Brenner mit einer Mehrzahl von Modulen, die in einer Folge von parallelen Reihen angeordnet sind, die aus in einer Linie und/oder im Zickzack angeordneten Rohren (1) bestehen, wobei jedes Modul mindestens ein Venturi-Rohr (1) aufweist, das mindestens eine Kammer (9) mit Luft/Gasvorgemisch versorgt, wobei die Kammer von einem Flammenaustritt (11) mit abgerundetem Profil abgedeckt ist und außerdem zwischen dem Flammenaustritt und dem Venturi-Rohr (1) eine Einschnürungszone (10) aufweist, die Venturi-Rohre (1) durch Zusammenbau von Halbschalen mit einer Mehrzahl von Öffnungen (19) gebildet sind und durch die Öffnungen (19) hindurch Leitungen (20) angeordnet sind, und die Öffnungen so ausgebildet sind, daß sie einander gegenüberliegen und beim Zusammensetzen der zwei Halbschalen miteinander zusammenwirken.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnürungszone (10) ein einfaches oder kompliziertes ovales Profil zeigt.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flammenaustritt (11) eine Mehrzahl von gleichmäßig angeordneten Öffnungen (12) aufweist, die aus quer zur Längsachse des Flammenaustritts verlaufenden Schlitzen (13) bestehen.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flammenaustritt (11) an einer Spitze ein Materialband (14) aufweist, um die Schlitze in zwei gemäß einem Quadranten verlaufende zu trennen, wobei die Schlitze in Abhängigkeit von den Bedingungen der Stabilität der Flammen eingerichtet sind.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flammenaustritt (11) auf der Höhe seiner Berührungszonen mit dem Venturi-Rohr (1) Seitenwände (15) aufweist, die ein Aufsetzen zum Inneren oder Äußeren der Wand des Venturi-Rohrs ermöglichen.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (15) gefaltet sind, um Gleitschienen zu bilden.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Seitenwände (15) des Flammenaustritts (11) einen Ausschnitt (16) aufweisen, um biegsame Finger (17) zu bilden.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des Brenners aus einem Material hergestellt ist, welches die Abführung des Wärmeflusses und das Erreichen von geringen NOx-Anteilen begünstigt, wie besonders Kupfer und/oder Aluminium.
- Atmosphärischer Brenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flammenaustritt aus beschichtetem rostfreiem Stahl ist, wobei die Schmelztemperatur der Legierung oder des Metalls, die für die Herstellung der Beschichtung des rostfreien Stahls verwendet wurden, so gewählt ist, daß sich im Verlauf des Betriebs des Brenners automatisch eine kontinuierliche und homogene Verbindung durch Lötung zwischen dem Flammenaustritt (11) und der Kammer (9) des Brenners bilden kann.
