Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für zuggesteuerten Erlaubniswechsel bei
eingleisigem Bahnbetrieb mit schwachem oder mäßigem Verkehr, sowie eine
Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß dem Oberbegriff der
Patentansprüche 1 und 9.
Steuereinrichtungen für eingleisigen Bahnbetrieb sind wesentlicher Bestandteil von
Systemen des schienengebundenen Verkehrs. Kennzeichnend für die bekannten
Lösungen ist, daß die Steuereinrichtungen der an die eingleisige Strecke
angrenzenden Bahnhöfe / Ausweichstellen zur Prüfung der Vorbedingungen für
einen Erlaubniswechsel, Wechsel der zugelassenen Fahrtrichtung, miteinander über
Leitungen elektrisch verbunden sind. Eine wesentliche Vorbedingung im
Eisenbahnbetrieb ist, daß vor Zulassung einer Fahrt sich die Weichen in der
erforderlichen Lage befinden müssen und gegen Umstellen zu sichern sind
(Signalabhängigkeit), was üblicherweise durch die Stellwerkstechnik gewährleistet
wird.
Weiterhin ist zu sichern, daß sich in dem zu befahrenden Streckenabschnitt (Block)
keine Fahrzeuge befinden. Dazu sind eine Vielzahl von Lösungsvorschlägen
bekannt.
Die Gleisfreimeldung erfolgt dabei üblicherweise über Gleisstromkreise, in
zunehmendem Maße aber auch mittels Achszählern (DE-Zeitschrift:
Eisenbahningenieur, 1988, H. 8 S. 370; Uebel: Signaltechnik für SMV-Strecken)
bzw. durch andere Zählvorrichtungen, die auch die einfahrenden und die
ausfahrenden Züge selbst zählen, wie beispielsweise in der DE-PS 909 464
beschrieben.
Eine weitere Methode der Streckensicherung, insbesondere von eingleisigen
Strecken ist in der WO 91/12163 beschrieben. Hier wird eine Signalanlage
vorgeschlagen, bei der jeweils an den Blockgrenzen zwei ein Schienenfahrzeug
erfassende, ein Paar bildende Geber angeordnet sind, die mit den Eingängen einer
Flip-Flop-Schaltung verbunden sind, durch die in geeigneter Weise Zählimpulse
derart ausgewertet werden, daß eine Kollision im eingleisigen Abschnitt verhindert

In order to prevent a train journey, provided that not all of the required switches are in the required position, a route device for influencing the train can be connected to the control device.
In der Fig. 2 ist eine Ausführung der Einrichtung, bestehend aus
Gleisschalteinrichtungen 1, Weichenantrieben 2 und der Steuereinrichtung 3
dargestellt. Die Gleisschalteinrichtung 1, vorzugsweise ein doppelter Achsindikator,
ist derart an einer Weiche A2 angeordnet, daß er die Richtung und die
Geschwindigkeit eines Zuges T1 erfaßt und feststellt, daß die Weiche freigefahren
ist. Hat der Zug T1 den ersten Bahnhof A in Richtung des zweiten Bahnhofs B
verlassen, so meldet dies die entsprechende Gleisschalteinrichtung 1 an die
Auswerte- und Steuereinheit 4, die eine Ansteuerung des Weichenantriebs 2
bewirkt, sofern durch die Freigabe- und Sperreinheit 5 keine Sperrung erfolgt. Es
erfolgt eine Umstellung der Weiche A2. In analoger Weise wird die Weiche E1
umgestellt.
Wird über die Funkeinheit 8 eine Information über die Weichenlage abgefordert,
wird die durch die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit 4 ermittelte Weichenlage durch eine
nachgeordnete Datenauswerte- und Datenaufbereitungseinheit 6 mit weiteren Daten
zu einem Datentelegramm zusammengestellt und über eine Datenein- und

- A process for automatically controlling an alternate authorization of passage, directed by a train, on single-tracked railway sections with small or moderate traffic, wherein wayside synchronization devices are activated by the train itself (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3;1.4), the process comprising the steps of a step, after the departure of a first train (T1) from a first station (A) towards next station (B), said first train crossing over a first switching (A2) used as exit points, wherein by the means of the first synchronization device (1.1) the crossing of said first switching (A2) by said first train (T1) is recorded, for activating the first synchronization device (1.1), which restrictively must turn said first switching (A2) into the same direction, in order to prepare said first switching (A2) to be crossed over by the next train, while moving in the opposite direction, i.e. from the second station (B) towards the first one (A), provided that said first switching (A2) is not kept blocked by means of a release or locking device (5) directed by a first control unit (3.1), and of a step, after the entrance of said first train (T1) into the second station (B), for activating on a similar way a second switching (E1) used as entrance points by means of a second synchronization device (1.3) , provided that said second switching (E1) is not kept blocked by means of a release or locking device (5) directed by a second control unit (3.2), and of a further step, upon request from the next train (T2), for delivering an alternate authorization of passage and commanding the release of said next train (T2), exiting from the second station (B) and moving in the opposite direction towards the first station (A).
- A process according to claim 1, comprising a step for blocking the operation of the switchings (A2, E1) automatically controlled on the train, while the way is clear, upon a request from the traffic controller or from the attendant of the first train (T1) in order to activate both switchings at the same time (A2, E1), and for thus delivering an authorization of passage to several trains moving in the same direction, until the blocking of the system is cancelled.
- A process according to claim 1, comprising a step for activating the switching operation (A2, E1) by means of the corresponding control device (3.1, 3.2).
- A process according to claims 1 and 3, comprising a step for getting both control units (3.1, 3.2), subordinated to switchings (A2, E1) at the beginning and at the end of a railway section, to operate together by building a logic unit and for producing a common information fitting to an exactly predetermined time difference.
- A process according to claims 1 and 4, comprising a step for establishing a communication by radio between the control units (3.1, 3.2) and the trains (T1, T2).
- A process according to claim 5, comprising a step for using radio communication devices belonging to private or public communication networks.
- A process according to claims 4 to 6, comprising a step for providing a single user ID to all wayside control units (3.1, 3.2) located along the same railway section.
- A process according to claims 1 to 7, comprising a step for prohibiting the train from crossing over any switching (A2, E1), which is not in the required position for a cross-over, by the automatic interaction of a wayside control apparatus.
- An equipment for the realization of the process according to one of the claims among claims 1 to 8, respectively including synchronization devices (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4), point machines (2) and control units (3; 3.1; 3.2), which are subordinated to the switchings being used as exit or entrance switchings (A2; E1) and can be directly activated on the train, wherein said control units (3; 3.1; 3.2) are respectively composed of an evaluation and control unit (4), of a release and locking device (5), of a data stripping and editing unit (6), of a data input and output unit (7), of a broadcast system (8) and of a power supply unit (9) energizing the control units (3; 3.1; 3.2),wherein the operation of the switchings (A2; E1) is activated by means of point machines (2), which are directed by the control units (3; 3.1; 3.2),wherein, provided that none of the subordinated switchings (A2; E1) is blocked upon request of the release and locking device (5), the synchronization device (1.1; 1.3) emits a control signal in order to operate the switching (A2; E1) by means of the point machine (2), once the synchronization device (1.1; 1.3) has recorded that a train crossed over the switching in a predetermined direction,wherein the final position of the corresponding switching is evaluated in the evaluation and control unit (4),wherein, upon request concerning the position of switchings, the data stripping and editing unit (6) transmits a corresponding information to the next data input and output unit (7), which converts this information into telegraphic data in order to send it via the broadcast system (8),and wherein, once the broadcast system (8) has received telegraphic data requiring the blocking of switchings (A2; E1), the data stripping and editing unit (6) is editing said telegraphic data via the data input and output unit (7), in order to activate the release and locking device (5), thus performing the blocking of the evaluation and control unit (4).
