Abstract

The box superstructure is for vehicles, especially railway rolling stock. It uses extruded sections for the flooring, sides, end walls or the roof with closed integrals (5) of the smallest thickness, together with shaped reinforcement ribs (6), at the zones with minimum required component thicknesses. The inner fittings (11) are secured to them, together with selective use of insulation (8). The integrals with the reinforcement ribs forms the carrier structure of the box superstructure. The ribs are T-shaped or have an angled shape.

Description

The invention relates to a car body structure for vehicles, in particular rail vehicles, with floors, side walls, end walls and a roof, preferably in the vehicle longitudinal or transverse direction or vertically arranged extruded profiles, openings arranged in these for windows, doors or other openings as well as insulation and connections for the interior.

A body structure for railroad cars for passenger transport (DE GM 93 20 494.9) with a floor, two side walls, two end walls and a roof and openings in one of the walls or in the roof, in particular in the form of windows, doors or ventilation openings, is already known, the floor is connected to the side walls by long girders and the side walls to the roof by upper straps. The side walls and / or the roof each consist of at least two extruded profiles of the same thickness made of an aluminum material, which are welded exclusively in the direction of the longitudinal axis to one another and to the top chords or the long beams. The disadvantage here is that the insulation required for the vehicle must be applied to these extruded hollow profiles of the self-supporting side walls and the roof, which affects the internal dimensions of the rail vehicle due to the limiting profile to be observed and additional fasteners must be provided for this.

Furthermore, a car body structure, in particular for railroad cars for passenger transport (DE 43 01 763 / EP 0 608 763) of the type mentioned above is known, in which the floor, the side walls and the roof are each constructed from at least one basic profile which is designed as an extruded aluminum profile , and consists of a plate with integral, projecting from a surface of the plate webs with flanges and flange surfaces. It is furthermore provided that the webs run parallel to the longitudinal axis, that the webs are arranged at a distance from the longitudinal edges of the plate, which also run parallel to the longitudinal axis, and run parallel to these that the Longitudinal edges of the plates are welded directly or indirectly with the interposition of extruded profiles designed as extruded profiles on the long girders or the top chords that the cover plates rest on the flange surfaces of the webs of the basic profiles on the one hand and the contact surfaces of the long girders or edge profiles on the other hand and are firmly connected to them and thus together form the support structure in the form of a hollow profile that the cover plates form the outer surface in the area of the side walls and the roof and the inner surface of the body structure in the area of the floor and that insulating material is arranged in the space between the cover plate and the plate. This solution has the disadvantages of a multitude of base, edge and center profiles to be used in different ways, a high assembly effort for the profiles also in connection with the installation of the insulation and a structurally less secure construction of the side walls, the floor and the roof due to many connection points. A further disadvantage is that the webs, middle and edge profiles form cold bridges.

The invention specified in the claim is based on the problem of creating a body structure made of light metal, which is structurally stable and yet light in weight, can be installed effectively, ensures good surface evenness of the visible outer skin, has adequate insulation with a minimized component thickness and avoids cold bridges .

According to the invention the object is achieved in that the extruded profiles of the components of the floors, the side walls, the end walls and / or the roof are formed in areas of minimally required component thicknesses as closed integrals of the smallest thickness with molded-on stiffening ribs and in that with optional integration of Insulations the interior is fixed. Furthermore, it is according to the invention that the closed integrals with the stiffening ribs form the supporting structure of the car body and that the latter are T-shaped or angular. Furthermore, it is according to the invention that the attachment of the interior to the closed integrals by means of insulating support elements and / or decoupling elements takes place, the insulating support elements can be fastened via webs provided on the closed integrals and the closed integrals have fastening elements for the decoupling elements.

The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. The drawings show in

Fig. 2:
a section through the side wall or roof structure of the detail X of FIG. 1 for the connection of non-load-bearing interior fittings
Fig. 3:
a section through the side wall structure of the detail Y of FIG 1 for the connection of load-bearing interior fittings

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the double-decker rail vehicle 1 shown here has a floor 2 with a tub in the lower floor and a floor 2 'as an intermediate floor from the lower to the upper floor, side walls 3 and the roof 4, which in a manner known per se Extruded profiles of various designs were manufactured and assembled. Since the available internal dimensions must be optimally utilized in particular in the case of double-decker rail vehicles 1, critical areas of the floors 2, 2 ′, the side walls 3 or the end walls and / or the roof 4 (not shown here) are open in accordance with the solution according to the invention reduced a minimum possible component thickness. Here, the extruded profiles are designed as closed integrals 5 with a thickness of preferably less than a third of the component thickness, adjoin the outer skin flush with the known extruded profiles, for example the trough profiles of the floor 2, in a known manner and according to. 2 and 3 stiffening ribs 6, which together with the integrals 5 form the supporting structure of the body structure in these areas. The stiffening ribs 6 are provided as molded T-shaped or angular elements. According to 2, which shows the structure on the basis of the side wall 3 or the roof 4 of the detail X according to FIG. 1 for the connection of non-load-bearing interior fittings, 5 webs 7 are provided in addition to the stiffening ribs 6 on the closed integrals 5, which include the insulation 8 of the rail vehicle 1 via insulating support elements 9, for example clip elements made of plastic, and with the optional incorporation of inserts 10, the interior 11, such as interior cladding, but also cable or air ducts. This is attached with a screw connection. Likewise, 11 media lines can be introduced in the space provided with the insulation 8 between the integral 5 and the interior. 3, which shows the structure on the basis of a side wall of detail Y according to FIG. 1 for the connection of load-bearing interior fittings, in addition to the stiffening ribs 6 on the closed integrals 5 fastening elements, such as for example molded lugs 12 or reinforcements 13, are provided, to which as shown here, decoupling elements 14 are hung or screwed. The decoupling elements 14 can also be glued onto the integrals 5. These decoupling elements 14 fastened in this way take up the interior 11, such as the interior cladding, but also fastening rails 15 for, for example, seats, luggage racks and other items, with the optional incorporation of inserts 10 as well. Likewise, this side wall structure can accommodate the insulation 8 and media lines. The solutions shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 ensure a statically stable, easy-to-assemble car body structure with optimal insulation properties. Furthermore, the gem. Fig. 2 and / or 3 described structure can also be realized with one-story rail vehicles.
