Description

The present invention relates to a bundle of sheets, its manufacturing process, a kit containing such a bundle and a display for such a bundle.

Food retailing is large consumer of packaging products, especially butchers and delicatessens.

Sheets used for product packaging come in the form of sets, in which the sheets are either individual or linked together.

In the case of individual sheets, the only provision usable in practice is to place these flat. However, this arrangement has two drawbacks significant: on the one hand, these leaves occupy a large area of the work surface, and on the other hand, there is a significant risk of slipping of the sheets relative to each other, since these sheets are usually waxed on one side. Often all or part of these can fall through earth, thereby becoming unfit for their use for lack of hygiene.

FR-A-2 247 071 describes a bundle of sheets for the packaging of foodstuffs or other products in which the bundle of wrapped sheets hung vertically includes sheets joined together by glue, staples or rivets with a dividing line or perforation allowing the detachment of the sheets by simple manual pulling, each sheet being, for a better grip, provided with a gripping means. This way grip is for example formed of a folded part of a leaf. This bundle is hung by a series of perforations 1 allowing the bundle to be adapted to hooks.

F R-A- 2 269 425 also describes a bundle of leaves for the packaging of foodstuffs or other products of the above type fixed on a support for example in cardboard folded around one edge of the bundle of leaves and comprising hooking means.

FR-A-2 353 402 describes a block of detachable sheets along perforation lines, in which the sheets stacked are stapled to a rigid back and are protected by coverage. A strip of canvas is glued on one side inside on the edge of the sheets forming the top of the block as well as on the two parts of this block adjacent to this tranche respectively on the first sheet and on the back to cover the clips for fixing the sheets. The cover is glued in turn on the outside Of the band. No means of suspension are provided for such a block.

All the documents FR-A-2 247 071, FR-A-2 353 402 and FR-A-2 269 425 therefore describe bundles of sheets in which the sheets previously cut to the desired format are joined together by glue, staples or rivets and has a dividing line or of perforation.

To facilitate gripping the leaves, some of these documents offer to fold part of each sheet, emboss or practice in the leaves of orifices offset from each other.

In the field of office accessories, FR-A-2 673,885 and EP-A-0 523 947 describe sets of sheets especially intended to be arranged on a table substantially vertical in order to note certain indications.

These assemblies have an attachment zone comprising perforations, at which the leaves are gathered in a bundle. The leaves are precut, and joined together using a cardboard element presenting itself in the form of a jumper arranged in the extension of the bundle, overlapping it, the leaves being stapled, riveted, glued or sewn on said cardboard element.

It would be desirable to have a set of sheets which are very compact in view of their packaging, which is convenient to hang vertically, and simple to manufacture. In addition, it would be desirable that the user can easily remove from the set of leaves the leaf he needs.

EP-A-0 627 366 thus proposed a bundle of sheets comprising a gripping means allowing a automated manufacture of standardized bundles, in which the sheets are provided on the opposite side to that where they are joined, of a gripping means constituted by a fold. Since these folds in theory double thickness, a means is provided for reducing the thickness of the sheet of paper in the part of it intended to be folded.

This is why, the object of the present invention is, on the one hand a set of leaves, and on the other hand, a device for distributing said sheets. It would be still desirable that the distribution device of said sheets can also be produced in the part of the paper industry. For ecological reasons obvious, it would also be desirable to minimize the losses of paper, making these preferably zero.

This is why the subject of the present invention is a bundle of individually detachable sheets in which leaves are all about the same dimension, said bundle comprising an upper face, a underside, two side faces, the top side comprising two transverse edges corresponding to the thickness of the bundle and two longitudinal edges straight, namely a front longitudinal edge and a rear longitudinal edge corresponding to an edge straight of a sheet, characterized in that the sheets are joined together without stapling, riveting, sewing or the like puncturing the entire bundle, by through a securing means consisting of a adhesive strip, the upper side of the sheet set located between the two longitudinal edges being glued on said strip, and said adhesive strip comprising at least a flap made of a rigid sheet and capable of rotate relative to at least one of the two rectilinear longitudinal edges so as to stand against the leaves or in line with these.

Such a bundle of leaves meets the constraints particular to their use, namely that, on the one hand, they must be effectively glued to the tape, so avoid their fall which would therefore make them unusable and unsuitable for their use in food packaging and also with the constraint of being easily detachable. Furthermore, since it does not appear conceivable of having to change the bundle very frequently, we should preferably be able to make bundles of several hundreds of sheets.

This is why in preferential conditions of embodiment, the bonding is carried out by applying a thickness of 0.03 to 0.5 mm, and preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm and in particular approximately 0.25 mm d '' hot melt glue. The hot-melt adhesive is in particular an adhesive having a threshold load of 2.4 to 3.1 N / mm ² , a breaking load of 3.3 to 3.8 N / mm ² , and an elongation of 120% at 200%, measured according to standard NF ISO 6239 using a 3 to 4 mm thick dumbbell-shaped test tube, 130 mm long, the branch of the dumbbell measuring 40 mm long and 6 mm wide , the jaws of the dynamometer being spaced 40 mm apart, and the applied traction 200 mm per minute. The load expressed per unit area corresponds to the ratio between the load and the surface of the test piece.

We prefer a meltable adhesive with a viscosity measured at Rhéomat 15/12 of the order of 1200 to 1800 m Pa.s notably from 1300 to 1700 m Pa.s at 160 ° C and a point of softening measured by the ball technique and the ring from 60 ° C to about 85 ° C and in particular from 69 to 76 ° C. We may for example cite the glue sold by the company Henkel under the reference Technomelt R 3207.

The release sheets may be of any weight, especially from 30 to 80g / m ^2, preferably about 50g / m ^2, and all are particularly suitable for food contact. They are for example made of heat-sealable paper, of complexed paper, of duplex paper, that is to say consisting of a polyethylene sheet joined by multipoint bonding to a sheet of paper, parchment paper or particularly in single or double-sided waxed sheets. , or in heat-sealable sheets.

Given the industrial constraints, the leaves generally usable will all have the same dimension. Of even, if we can design any shape for these leaves, as long as we keep a straight edge in order to assemble them by gluing, the shape general of these sheets will preferably be rectangular or square. The bundle may for example have a thickness of 1 cm to 6 cm, preferably between 2 cm and 4 cm.

As we saw above, the adhesive strip has a width which corresponds to the thickness of the bundle. Although this strip may have a shorter length than the width of the bundle, this being defined as the dimension which is the object of the collage, preferably this strip has a length which corresponds substantially to the width of a leaf. The essential characteristic of this band is to be stickable at least on one side, so that be able to fix the sheets.

This strip can be made for example of a plastic material, in particular a plastic material having undergone a conventional treatment to make it stickable, known from the state of the art, but is preferably made of cardboard material such as pure kraft cardboard from grammage from 180 to 500g / m ² , preferably about 300g / m ² . A material which is suitable for use in a thermal binder, that is to say heat resistant and sufficiently flexible to be folded by the cylinders conventionally used for the installation of a cover, is chosen very particularly as the material for producing the strips. collage to form the flap (s).
The adhesive strip is extended by a flap made of a rigid sheet. If nothing prevents the flap from being made of a material different from that of the strip, under preferential conditions of production, the strip and the flap are made from the same material and very particularly in one piece. A simple folding then allows the flap to pivot, in particular with respect to a longitudinal edge.

When packing and shipping a bundle according to the invention, the flap can be placed against the sheets like the cover of a book. So the volume and the surface of the whole is minimized since it corresponds almost exactly on the unit surface of a sheet.

This flap is able to pivot relative to the edge longitudinal to which it is adjacent, to be placed in the alignment of the sheets or even beyond, up to the adhesive tape. Thus, it can be hung, in particular on a Wall. If it is possible to pierce this flap at the time of its hanging, for example using a butcher's pick, in preferential conditions, said flap comprises at least a perforation placed near its center, for reasons of balance, or several perforations preferably symmetrical. So the user just has to hang the perforated flap with one or more points, in the latter case the spacing of these points corresponding to the spacing of the perforations.

To balance the whole and make it even more resistant, under preferential conditions, the bundle according to the invention comprises two flaps, preferably symmetrical, namely a rear flap, delimited by the edge rear longitudinal, and a front flap determined by the front longitudinal edge. The two flaps are preferably perforated identically so that their perforations can be threaded in the same hooks. These flaps also offer the possibility of being able to be printed by example for advertising.

For a mixed horizontal and vertical use for example, the bundles according to the invention can also be provided a well-known line of multiple perforations of technique in this area of sheet blocks detachable.

The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a bundle of leaves individually detachable as described above, characterized in that we apply on a slice of a wad of leaves in particular a thickness of 0.03 to 0.5 mm of a fusible adhesive hot press a sticky strip against the glued part to obtain the expected bundle and, if the flap is a separate piece from the adhesive strip, installing said flap.

In some embodiments, the strip is a plastic band which includes type elements "hinge", while the flap includes complementary elements allowing the flap to pivot relative to the whole sheet-strip.

However, we prefer to use a strip-flap assembly made of a single piece, especially made of cardboard as seen above. In this case, we press the bundle of leaves glued on this unique piece, and we form the flap by folding this piece at one or two longitudinal edges namely the longitudinal edges front and rear.

Under very particularly preferred conditions for implementing the above process, a thermal binding machine is used. The process can therefore be carried out in particular as follows:
A bundle is introduced into the binder, it is tackled so as to regularize the alignment of the sheets, the bundle of sheets is pressed in its thickness, the strip is pressed against the glued back of the bundle, and in the case where the flaps are made in one piece, the flaps are folded to form a fold along the edges of the glued part, and thus obtain the expected bundle according to the present invention. Under very particularly preferred conditions, use is made of the binders sold respectively by the companies JUD and CP BOURG under the names MR 800, MR 500 and BB 4000.

The present invention also relates to a device allowing easy gripping of the bundle sheets one by one. This device includes in its conformation the simpler a plate having at one of its ends a inclined return, possibly with side reinforcements to strengthen or adjust this tilt. These measures, for example made of plastic, cardboard, metal or wooden and used as a display is used as follows:

The display is fixed for example vertically against a wall, the inclined part opposite the wall, and hang a bundle according to the invention, so that the last bundle sheet, back, be placed against this plate but so the bottom of the plate is located above the bottom of the leaves. We then install the lower part of the leaves over a certain length in the bowl provided by the lower return of the plate, so that the leaves straighten up. This is why this request also relates to a kit containing a bundle of leaves according to the invention as well a display unit comprising a panel intended to be placed substantially vertically, provided at its base with a return tilted up.

In Figure 1, we can observe a bundle 1 of individually detachable sheets in which the leaves have a rectangular shape and all have substantially the same dimension. This bundle has one side upper 2, one lower face 3, two side faces 4 and 4 '. The upper face 2 is delimited by two edges transverse 5 and 5 'which correspond to the thickness of the bundle, as well as two straight longitudinal edges with know a longitudinal edge before 6 and a longitudinal edge rear 7. These longitudinal edges correspond, in this figure, on one side of the first and the last sheet of the bundle, more specifically to a widths of these sheets. In Figure 2, similar to Figure 1 but in which the two front and rear flaps 9 have the same dimension, we can observe the same elements as above. We fold panel E perpendicular to the whole BC panel. We operate in the same way on the other side.

The panel F is folded, and therefore panels G and H, on the same side as the other panels by compared to panel O. Claims (9)

1. Booklet (1) of individually detachable sheets in which all the sheets have approximately the same dimensions, said booklet comprising an upper surface (2), a lower surface (3), two lateral surfaces (4), (4'), the upper surface (2) comprising two transversal edges (5), (5') corresponding to the thickness of the booklet and two rectilinear longitudinal edges, namely a front longitudinal edge (6) and a rear longitudinal edge (7) corresponding to a rectilinear border of a sheet, characterized in that the sheets are bound together without stapling, riveting, stitching or similar perforating all of the booklet, using connection means constituted by a bonding band (8), the upper surface (2) of the set of sheets situated between the two longitudinal edges (6 ,7) being bonded to said band (8), and said bonding band (8) comprising at least one flap (9) constituted by a rigid sheet and capable of pivoting relative to at least one of the two rectilinear longitudinal edges (6, 7) so as to be situated against the sheets or in alignment with them.
2. Booklet according to claim 1, characterized in that the bonding is realized by the application of 0.03 to 0.5 mm thickness of a hot-melt-type adhesive.
3. Booklet according to claim 2, characterized in that the hot-melt-type adhesive has a softening point measured by the ring and ball technique of about 60°C to 85°C.
4. Booklet according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that sheets are single or double sided waxed sheets or heat-sealable sheets.
5. Booklet according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bonding band (8) is produced in cardboard material.
6. Booklet according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises two flaps (9), namely a rear flap, delimited by the rear longitudinal edge (7), and a front flap determined by the front longitudinal edge (6).
7. Manufacturing process for a booklet of individually detachable sheets as defined in one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a hot-melt-type adhesive is applied to one edge of a booklet (1) of sheets, a bonding band (8) is pressed against the part with adhesive spread on it in order to obtain the expected booklet and, in the case where the flap (9) is an item which is separate from the bonding band (8), the installation of said flap (9) is carried out.
8. Kit containing a booklet of sheets as defined in one of claims 1 to 6, as well as a stand comprising a panel (13) intended to be placed approximately vertically, provided at its base with a return (14) inclined upwards.
