Definitions
- the invention relates to a pull-out guide for from Extendable body pull-outs, including one on the body side first guide rail and one on this by means of one Rolling element cage included rolling elements in the pull-out direction slidably guided second guide rail, which is relative to the first guide rail between an inserted and an extended end position is movable.
- a pull-out guide is from US Pat. No. 5,181,781 known, which is a body-side guide rail, a pull-out guide rail and a middle guide rail has, the entrainment of the middle guide rail via a fixing device.
- the advantage of the solution according to the invention can be seen in that about the conically narrowing intake on the one hand and the deformation of one of the braking elements on the other hand in an efficient braking effect in a structurally simple manner is achievable, the braking force with increasing approach to the end position due to the increasing deformation of the corresponding braking element increases, so that the desired gentle, increasingly braked retraction of the pull-out guide can be reached in the end position. Besides, will thus achieved that when moving away from the end position with increasing distance from the end position less retention force acts.
- the invention enables A spring-free solution before reaching the end position Braking, which has no influence on the end position, while in the US 5,181,781, the end position without brakes is reached, then elastic beyond the end position is braked and finally back to the end position is rebounded.
- the recording at least one for the pull-out or push-in direction has contact surface inclined at an acute angle since this easily ensures the possibility of To achieve deformation of the corresponding braking element.
- the recording two symmetrical for pulling out or pushing in and in has an acute angle to these running contact surfaces, because there is a transverse to the direction of extension or insertion symmetrical deformation effect and thus also symmetrical force effect can be achieved because the effective Forces can easily be canceled against each other can if the two contact surfaces are symmetrical to the pull-out direction or insertion direction are arranged.
- the end position can be arranged arbitrarily additional stop elements can be defined to the end position to define precisely in a simple manner is preferred provided that the receptacle is transverse to the direction of extraction has extending end stop surface.
- the recording Movable part is included in the recording Movable part at least one within the braking distance with one of the contact surfaces cooperating projection. This creates the opportunity for training of the protrusion is the result of the deformation Dosing power. For example, it would be possible to get the lead rigid form and the part a deformable Area, for example in the area of its base body give.
- the projection is deformable because it, in particular by the shape of the projection in a simple way to deform can dose required force.
- the projection could, for example, be a hump or the like be trained. It is particularly advantageous if the projection is designed as a finger against the contact surface works.
- the projection as with increasing approach to the end position due to its deformation pivoting fingers is formed, so that the braking force effect primarily via the pivoting of the Fingers is done.
- Such a trained finger strengthens the braking force when retracting and has low friction when exiting the recording.
- This effect comes in particular by the fact that in an elastic or elastic fingers when rubbing in the friction a point of friction of the finger on the recording to one on the Finger acting torque leads, which the contact pressure on Friction point increased even more.
- the Moving the finger out of the recording the torque around with the effect that the contact pressure decisive for the friction goes to zero.
- a particularly useful embodiment of the invention Solution provides that the finger increases with increasing Approaching the end position with one towards it Direction of movement pivoted relative to the recording, so that the finger with as it approaches the end position an increasing force acts against the contact surface and thus the friction on this increases while moving out from the end position the friction is considerably lower is because the force of your fingers against the ramp surfaces act with increasing distance from the end position becomes lower.
- the finger on the end stop surface can be created.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment provides that one of the braking elements on one of the guide rails sits and the other on the rolling element cage, preferably at the end the same is arranged.
- This solution has the big one Advantage that the rolling element cage itself is one of the braking elements carries and therefore no spatial problems exist, this braking element carried by the rolling element cage position so that the rolling element cage can walk past this.
- the extended end position the pull-out guide by means of the braking elements can be started with braking.
- the extended end position by two pairs of braking elements can be started with braking.
- the rolling element cage one braking element each of each pair of braking elements and each of the opposing guide rails one braking element each of a pair of braking elements wearing.
- the trained as part movable into the receptacle Braking element as a double-acting braking element is trained so that this can serve the one hand, the extended extended position to brake or serve can slow down to the inserted end position, this braking element with one each as Recording trained braking element interacts.
- this is one of these braking elements on the Rolling body cage held and the other on the opposite Guide rail.
- the solution according to the invention is not only advantageous for pull-out guides with two guide rails, but also if the pull-out guides consist of three Guide rails are constructed. In this case it is advantageous provided that on the second guide rail a third guide rail in a rolling element cage taken rolling elements in the pull-out direction is stored.
- the extended end position of the third guide rail relative to the second guide rail by at least a pair of braking elements can be started with braking. Yet it is better if the extended end position - as above explained - by two pairs of braking elements can be started with braking, in particular the rolling element cage carries one braking element of each pair.
- the retracted end position is also used for braking also provided a pair of braking elements, each on one of the adjacent guide rails sits.
- An embodiment designated as a whole as 10 in FIG. 1 a pull-out guide according to the invention for one a body 12 extendable in a pull-out direction 16 or in this extension 14 which can be pushed in in the direction of insertion 18 comprises a body-side guide rail 20, a pull-out side Guide rail 22, and a middle guide rail 24, which means on the body-side guide rail 20 an upper set 26 and a lower set 28 of rolling elements is slidably mounted, the two sentences 26, 28 guided by rolling elements in a rolling element cage 30 are.
- the middle guide rail 24 is in the same way relative to the cabinet-side guide rail by means of a upper set 32 and a lower set 34 of rolling elements slidably mounted, which is also in a rolling element cage 36 are performed.
- the body-side guide rail 20 is in cross section bent approximately into a C-shape and has a central leg 40 on which two cross legs 42 and 44 protrude, the with an upper track 46 or a lower track 48 for the upper set 26 of rolling elements or the lower set 28 are provided by rolling elements.
- a lower race 52 for the upper set and an upper one Race 54 for the lower set 28 of the rolling elements is thereby of cross legs 56 and 58 of the central guide rail 24 formed, the cross legs 56 and 58 on a central leg 60 are arranged.
- the middle guide rail 24 also has one with the Middle leg 60 connected middle leg 62, from which also protrude two cross legs 64 and 66, respectively point in opposite directions to the cross legs 56 and 58.
- the pull-out guide rail 22 also includes one Middle leg 70 with two transverse legs 72 and 74, which extend at a distance from the transverse legs 64 and 66, so that the upper set of rolling elements 32 on an upper Race 76 and the lower set 34 of rolling elements on one lower race 78 of cross legs 72 and 74, while the upper set 32 of rolling elements on a lower one career 82 of the cross legs 64 and the lower set 34 of Rolling elements on an upper raceway 84 of the cross leg 66 running.
- This end position is determined by a rear, arranged on the middle leg 60 and in the direction of body-side guide rail 20 protruding braking element 100 and a front one on the middle leg 40 arranged and in the direction of the middle guide rail 24 protruding braking element 110, the rear braking element 100 with one arranged on the rolling element cage 30 rear brake element 102 cooperates while the Front brake element 110 with a front, on the rolling element cage 30 arranged braking element 112 cooperates.
- Figs. 10, 11 and 12 includes, for example the rear brake element 100 a base body 120, which is provided with a central opening 122, through which a bent tab 124 of the middle leg 60 reaches through to fix the base body 120.
- a base body 120 Of the base body 120 are at an angle .alpha Pull-out direction 16 inclined fingers 126, 128, whereby the angle ⁇ is, for example, of the order of 60 °.
- the fingers 126 and 128 are relative to the base body 120 movable in the direction of a decrease in the angle ⁇ , preferably in that both fingers 126 and 128 as also the base body 120 made of an elastic material are manufactured.
- the braking element cooperating with the braking element 100 102 includes a receptacle 134 which is pointed Angle ⁇ to extending direction 16 and in Direction of movement of the braking element 100 in the direction of the Braking element 102 to conically narrowing contact surfaces 136 and 138, which crosses the input side of the receptacle 134 have a distance from one another to the pull-out direction 16, which is greater than a distance between fingers 126 and 128 in Area of their tips 142 and 144.
- the rear brake element on the rail side moves 100 into the cage-side braking element 102, so come tips 142 and 144 of fingers 126 and 128 on the contact surfaces 136 and 138 to the system and are then via a Braking distance W due to the conical towards each other Contact surfaces 136 and 138, as shown in FIGS. 10, 11 and 12, successively while reducing the angle ⁇ so far moved towards each other until the fingers 126 and 128, as in Fig. 12, run approximately parallel to the pull-out direction 16 and tips 142 and 144 on an end face 140 of FIG Take picture 134.
- This braking force affects only the relative to the cabinet-side guide rail 20 movable middle Guide rail 24 and causes that with increasing Braking force increasingly a sliding movement between the pull-out side Guide rail 22 and the middle guide rail 24 eliminating the friction between these and the sentences of rolling elements 32 and 34 begins, so that at so far known pull-out guides occurring "center stroke" at Change of the relative movement between one of the guide rails to the other guide rail 22 relative to the middle one Guide rail 24 is not noticeable.
- the pull-out guide rail 22 now moves relative to the middle guide rail 24 in the pull-out direction 16 to their extended and shown in Figs. 1 and 2 End position, this also goes on until one rail-side braking element 200 with a cage-side Braking element 202 of the rolling element cage 36 and another rail-side braking element 210 with a cage-side Braking element 212 of the rolling element cage 36 cooperate, the rail-side braking element 200 on the middle leg 62 is arranged and the rail-side braking element 210 on the middle leg 70 of the pull-out side Guide rail 22.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a pull-out guide for from Extendable body pull-outs, including one on the body side first guide rail and one on this by means of one Rolling element cage included rolling elements in the pull-out direction slidably guided second guide rail, which is relative to the first guide rail between an inserted and an extended end position is movable.
Such pull-out guides are from the prior art known. With these there is the problem, a so-called "Blow" when reaching the inserted or extended Avoid end position and achieve that position is achieved as braked as possible to avoid the "blow".
From US 5,181,781 is known a shock absorbing Buffer to dampen the shock when reaching the full extended position, but this buffer has the disadvantage that it has a spring action in the pull-out direction has, so that good shock absorption high elasticity presupposes an elastic spring back after damping the stroke when reaching the end position entails what's in this context is undesirable.
Furthermore, a pull-out guide is from US Pat. No. 5,181,781 known, which is a body-side guide rail, a pull-out guide rail and a middle guide rail has, the entrainment of the middle guide rail via a fixing device.
From US-A-4,696,582 is an extract guide with the features the preamble of claim 1 known. At this The pull-out elements serve to ensure that that when pulling out the pull-out, first the cabinet side Guide rail and then the pull-out guide rail is pulled out. The braking elements are for this purpose with each other in the inserted end position locked that they only separate from each other when the cabinet-side guide rail is fully extended has been. The "blow" described above when reached the inserted or extended end position not avoided by this.
The task of avoiding the "blow" is invented solved by a pull-out guide according to claim 1.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention can be seen in that about the conically narrowing intake on the one hand and the deformation of one of the braking elements on the other hand in an efficient braking effect in a structurally simple manner is achievable, the braking force with increasing approach to the end position due to the increasing deformation of the corresponding braking element increases, so that the desired gentle, increasingly braked retraction of the pull-out guide can be reached in the end position. Besides, will thus achieved that when moving away from the end position with increasing distance from the end position less retention force acts.
In contrast to US 5,181,781, the invention enables A spring-free solution before reaching the end position Braking, which has no influence on the end position, while in the US 5,181,781, the end position without brakes is reached, then elastic beyond the end position is braked and finally back to the end position is rebounded.
In contrast to US 5,181,781 arises in the invention Solution also when moving into the end position and when moving away from the end position no ratchets and Resting noise, since the braking according to the invention only by means of Friction and thus takes place without detent, so that even when moving out only to overcome friction from the end position is.
It is particularly useful if the recording at least one for the pull-out or push-in direction has contact surface inclined at an acute angle since this easily ensures the possibility of To achieve deformation of the corresponding braking element.
It is particularly useful if the recording two symmetrical for pulling out or pushing in and in has an acute angle to these running contact surfaces, because there is a transverse to the direction of extension or insertion symmetrical deformation effect and thus also symmetrical force effect can be achieved because the effective Forces can easily be canceled against each other can if the two contact surfaces are symmetrical to the pull-out direction or insertion direction are arranged.
After braking in the holder defining the braking distance the braking elements remain in the end position due to the Friction are relative to each other.
Moving out of the end position leads to a reverse Going through the braking distance, being the movement friction forces counteracting the braking distance increasingly become smaller and thus also a gentle sliding out the end position is the result.
In principle, the end position can be arranged arbitrarily additional stop elements can be defined to the end position to define precisely in a simple manner is preferred provided that the receptacle is transverse to the direction of extraction has extending end stop surface.
In connection with the previous explanation of each Exemplary embodiments were not discussed, which one the deformable braking element of the two braking elements forms. An advantageous exemplary embodiment provides that the braking element, which can be inserted into the receptacle Has part that is deformable. Has this solution the advantage that the braking element carrying the contact surfaces can rigidly train, so that the contact surfaces themselves keep their shape and that against this acting part Deformation.
For example, it would be possible to insert the insert To make part as a whole deformable.
However, it is particularly advantageous if this is included in the recording Movable part at least one within the braking distance with one of the contact surfaces cooperating projection. This creates the opportunity for training of the protrusion is the result of the deformation Dosing power. For example, it would be possible to get the lead rigid form and the part a deformable Area, for example in the area of its base body give. However, it is particularly advantageous if the projection is deformable because it, in particular by the shape of the projection in a simple way to deform can dose required force.
The projection could, for example, be a hump or the like be trained. It is particularly advantageous if the projection is designed as a finger against the contact surface works.
In order to dose the braking force as precisely as possible can preferably be provided that the projection as with increasing approach to the end position due to its deformation pivoting fingers is formed, so that the braking force effect primarily via the pivoting of the Fingers is done. Such a trained finger strengthens the braking force when retracting and has low friction when exiting the recording. This effect comes in particular by the fact that in an elastic or elastic fingers when rubbing in the friction a point of friction of the finger on the recording to one on the Finger acting torque leads, which the contact pressure on Friction point increased even more. In contrast, the Moving the finger out of the recording the torque around with the effect that the contact pressure decisive for the friction goes to zero.
A particularly useful embodiment of the invention Solution provides that the finger increases with increasing Approaching the end position with one towards it Direction of movement pivoted relative to the recording, so that the finger with as it approaches the end position an increasing force acts against the contact surface and thus the friction on this increases while moving out from the end position the friction is considerably lower is because the force of your fingers against the ramp surfaces act with increasing distance from the end position becomes lower.
In order to be able to determine the end position exactly, it is preferred provided that the finger on the end stop surface can be created.
To be as transverse as possible to the direction of extension or insertion It is preferred to obtain a symmetrical force effect provided that the insertable part into the receptacle two arranged symmetrically to the pull-out direction and from this has protruding projections.
Regarding the arrangement of the recording Braking elements and that which can be inserted into the receptacle Part of extensive braking elements have so far not been closer Information provided. It is preferably provided that the Braking elements between the guide rails and between the leading upper and lower rolling elements are arranged. This solution has the great advantage that the Braking elements do not protrude beyond the pull-out guide itself and can be fixed in a simple manner.
A particularly advantageous embodiment provides that one of the braking elements on one of the guide rails sits and the other on the rolling element cage, preferably at the end the same is arranged. This solution has the big one Advantage that the rolling element cage itself is one of the braking elements carries and therefore no spatial problems exist, this braking element carried by the rolling element cage position so that the rolling element cage can walk past this.
It is particularly advantageous with this solution if that other braking element in one piece on the rolling element cage is integrally formed, so that this braking element in a simple manner can be integrated into the pull-out guide.
It is particularly advantageous if the extended end position the pull-out guide by means of the braking elements can be started with braking. Especially if one of the Braking elements on the roller cage is preferred provided that the extended end position by two pairs of braking elements can be started with braking. In In this case, it is provided in particular that the rolling element cage one braking element each of each pair of braking elements and each of the opposing guide rails one braking element each of a pair of braking elements wearing.
In addition to this, it is also in the invention Solution possible that the inserted end position by a Pair of braking elements is braked approachable, one the braking elements on one guide rail and that other of the braking elements on the other guide rail is arranged.
In this exemplary embodiment, it is particularly expedient if the trained as part movable into the receptacle Braking element as a double-acting braking element is trained so that this can serve the one hand, the extended extended position to brake or serve can slow down to the inserted end position, this braking element with one each as Recording trained braking element interacts. For example, this is one of these braking elements on the Rolling body cage held and the other on the opposite Guide rail.
However, the solution according to the invention is not only advantageous for pull-out guides with two guide rails, but also if the pull-out guides consist of three Guide rails are constructed. In this case it is advantageous provided that on the second guide rail a third guide rail in a rolling element cage taken rolling elements in the pull-out direction is stored.
It is preferably also provided in this exemplary embodiment that that the extended end position of the third guide rail relative to the second guide rail by at least a pair of braking elements can be started with braking. Yet it is better if the extended end position - as above explained - by two pairs of braking elements can be started with braking, in particular the rolling element cage carries one braking element of each pair.
The retracted end position is also used for braking also provided a pair of braking elements, each on one of the adjacent guide rails sits.

Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellten eingeschobenen Endstellung in die
in ihrer Stellung verbleibt.
Fig. 5 und 6 dargestellte ausgezogene Endstellung erreicht. When moving the pull-
30 angeordneten Anbremselement 112 zusammenwirkt. This end position is determined by a rear,

As shown in Figs. 10, 11 and 12 enlarged, includes, for example
the rear brake element 100 a
Bereich ihrer Spitzen 142 und 144.The braking element cooperating with the
Aufnahme 134 anliegen. Now the rear brake element on the rail side moves

Deformation of
In the same way as in Figs. 10 to 12 related
with the rail-
This braking force affects only the relative
to the cabinet-
Führungsschiene 22.The pull-
The
This also ensures that even when entering
the extended end position slows down the pull-out
korpusseitigen Führungsschiene 20 unbeweglich bleibt, so
Even if in the embodiment described so far

210 zusammenzuwirken. To also when inserting the pull-out 14 from the one in FIGS

erstreckenden Fingern 126a, 128a bzw. 126b, 128b versehen, so
Anbremselement 212 zusammenwirken. For this purpose, the

As in Fig. 8 and 9 in connection with the rolling
