Description
Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux ailes opposées et égales d'un même U(1) comportent des glissières (a) perpendiculaires au plan du U et destinées à positionner chaque U perpendiculairement en liaison entre deux banches (2) de préférence planes et parallèles, constituées de tous matériaux de construction, isolants ou non, ces deux banches comportant respectivement chacune sur leur face interne des gorges verticales à contre dépouille (3) opposées symétriquement pour recevoir chacune par déplacement vertical une glissière (a) d'un même U, de façon à matérialiser entre les banches maintenues en espacement constant par les U un volume à combler dans le but de la construction d'un mur monolithique en coulage continu, banches par ailleurs consistant en des panneaux rectangulaires épais de préférence plans empilables sur chant, le chant supérieur (4) du panneau sous-jacent étant mis en liaison avec le chant inférieur (5) d'un panneau sus-jacent par le moyen d'un insert alvéolaire horizontal de liaison (6) à faces verticales parallèles et égales entre elles disposé horizontalement entre les deux chants précités et pénétrant verticalement dans chacun d'eux de préférence à une profondeur correspondant à la moitié de la hauteur (H) de l'insert grâce à l'aménagement sur chaque chant pénétré de gorges horizontales (7), constituant l'empreinte femelle de la section pénétrante de l'insert, de telle façon que les chants des deux banches soient en contact après que l'insert ait été emprisonné entre eux.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les inserts alvéolaires horizontaux de liaison (6) tous originellement de même dimension, mais sécables en longueur selon les besoins, sont formés préférentiellement de deux méplats longs verticaux (8) de longueur (L) maintenus équidistants par des méplats courts (9) de longueur (1) et égaux entre eux et de même hauteur (H) disposés verticalement et à intervalles réguliers entre les méplats longs, de telle façon que le volume d'un insert obtenu soit inscrit à 1 'intérieur d'un parallélépipède dont la longueur est celle (L) du méplat long, la largeur celle de la longueur (1 ) du méplat court et la hauteur celle de la largeur (H) de l'un ou l'autre méplat.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon la première revendication, caractérisé en ce que les glissières (a) des ailes verticales opposées d'un même U (1), présentent chacune supérieurement et inférieurement, en symétrie, deux systèmes de clipage identiques constitués chacun de deux crochets ressorts verticaux (10) disposés dos à dos, destinés à pénétrer ensemble par légère pression les rapprochant dans des compartiments verticaux (11) et (11') de forme parallélépipédique aménagés deux à deux chacun respectivement aux bords inférieur et supérieur de la face latérale interne d'un insert, centrés en symétrie au bout de chaque méplat court (9) de l'insert, la hauteur (h) de chaque compartiment (11) et (11') correspondant à environ un tiers de la hauteur (H) d'un méplat (8) ou (9), de façon à verrouiller une aile de U par le haut et par le bas entre deux inserts parallèles entre eux, perpendiculairement au plan du U sur la même banche, lors de la détente des crochets sur les rebords (16) des compartiments, en fin de pénétration dans ces compartiments.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque aile de U (1) dans sa partie supérieure présente en retrait du plan passant par les deux crochets de clipage (10) de l'une des ailes de U, une barrette (13) en forme de parallélépipède plat dont la hauteur est égale à la hauteur (H) d'un méplat (long (8) ou court (9)), ce parallélépipède étant destiné à être logé en calage après pénétration consécutive dans deux compartiments parallélépipèdiques identiques entre eux (12) et (12') bâtis en surépaisseur des premiers compartiments verticaux (11) et (11') et préférentiellement identiques aussi à ces premiers compartiments, comme eux face à face et en enfilade, de telle façon à obtenir l'assemblage le plus rigide possible, le clipage par les crochets (10) dans les compartiments (11) et (11') et le montage de la barrette (13) dans les compartiments (12) et (12') s'effectuant dans le même effort vertical.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (19) et (19') des parties verticales des ailes opposées d'un même U, perpendiculaires aux banches et restant extérieures à celles-ci une fois les U en place par les glissières, peuvent être aménagées en réduction de section (π), de façon à ce qu'elles puissent pénétrer par le même effort vertical qui met simultanément en place les crochets (10) et la barrette (13), respectivement dans des cavités (20) et (20') de même volume par léger excès que ces sections, percées de part et d'autre symétriquement dans l'épaisseur du chant de la base (14) du U, à l'aplomb des extrémités (19) et (19'), de manière à apporter à l'ensemble une rigidité totale dans la mesure où ce dernier assemblage obtenu en même temps que les deux précédents se situe dans un plan perpendiculaire à eux, ce qui organise le contreventement.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon la première revendication, caractérisé en ce que la base (14) horizontale du U est percée verticalement dans sa partie centrale d'une ouverture (15) de préférence parallélépipèdique plate destinée à recevoir verticalement préférentiellement un fer plat (18) de section rectangulaire pour relier des U superposés et clipés dans les inserts perpendiculairement aux banches de telle façon à assurer la verticalité des banches superposées entre elles et du mur coulé entre ces banches, ainsi qu'à rigidifier encore plus le plan des U.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de banches utilisé en coffrage perdu consistant en des U verticaux égaux consécutifs selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le coffrage au niveau des angles de mur créé par le coffrage perdu, utilise un angulateur indexable (21) constitué de deux plateaux préférentiellement égaux (x) et (y) solidarisés en charnière verticale (v), chacun des plateaux intégrant verticalement à son extrémité un élément (z) identique en tout point à la portion d'aile de U comprenant la glissière (a), les systèmes de clipage constitués de deux crochets ressorts verticaux (10) et la barrette (13), de telle sorte que l'angulateur puisse matérialiser l'angle interne de deux banches verticales après le positionnement de la glissière (a), des deux crochets ressorts verticaux (10) et de la barrette (13) respectivement dans les gorges à contre dépouille des banches pour la glissière (a) et les logements verticaux parallélépipédiques (17) et (17') des inserts pour les deux crochets ressorts verticaux (10) et la barrette (13).
