- the cable according to the invention is faster and easier to industrialize than cables of circular section with shielding tape around each pair. It has a very high regularity of impedance, which makes it compatible with high speed transmissions. It is also easy and quick to equip on site with a terminal connector, since for access to the conductors of the pairs it is enough to draw the cable over a suitable length and remove the peripheral shielding over this length, then cut the rod, which represents a significant time saving. The risks of damaging the conductors or disturbing the arrangement of the pairs are also greatly avoided when mounting the connector.
