Abstract

本发明涉及一种6类线缆的骨架结构,包括:线芯(2)以及在线芯(2)和护套之间的屏蔽层(1)或者是护套(1);线芯(2)内包括一对导体(21)组成的4个导体组(3)、导体外的绝缘层(22);还包括4个导体组(3)之间的骨架(25);所述的骨架(25)呈“V”字状,其底端在线芯(2)的中央、二边分别隔开邻近的导体组(3);本发明的有益效果是:在包装方式上可以完全采用CAT5E的Reelex八字成圈,减少了原有CAT6包装必须用的套盘;使得线缆本身及包装更加简洁、重量轻;运输成本与现场施工成本可以大大降低。

具有骨架结构的6类线缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种6类线缆,尤其涉及该6类线缆的骨架结构。 
背景技术
综合布线是一种模块化的、灵活性极高的建筑物内或建筑群之间的信息传输通道。它既能使语音、数据、图像设备和信息交换设备与其他信息管理系统彼此相连,也能使这些设备与外部通信网络相连接。它还包括建筑物外部配线网络或电信线路与应用系统设备之间的所有缆线及相关的连接部件。综合布线由不同种类和规格的部件组成,其中包括:传输介质、相关连接硬件(如配线架、连接器、插座、插头、适配器)以及电气保护设备等。这些部件可用来构建各种配线子系统,它们都有各自的具体用途,不仅易于实施安装,而且能随需求的变化而平稳升级。 
但是随着时间和网络应用的改变,人们深入认识到布线系统是智能建筑的基础,与信息网络的关系密切,主要侧重于电话、数据、图文、图像等多媒体综合网络传输的建设。布线系统性能等级和标准随着网络通讯技术的发展,在不断的完善和升级,此阶段布线系统性能等级以超5类(100MHz),六类(250MHz)和光纤产品为主。 
六类(250MHz)从目前的市场情况来看越来越成为未来市场综合布线的主流产品,一般分为屏蔽和非屏蔽。 
由图1可见:现有技术中90%以上采用十字骨架填充六类线缆制造方案。 
图中:线芯2以及在线芯2和护套(图中未示)之间的屏蔽层1或者是护套1;线芯2内包括一对导体21组成的4个导体组3、导体外的绝缘 层22、以及4个导体组3之间的十字架23。 
由图2可见:现有技术中还有一小部分采用的六类线缆制造方案是一字骨架填充。 
图中:线芯2以及在线芯2和护套(图中未示)之间的屏蔽层1或者是护套1;线芯2内包括一对导体21组成的4个导体组3、导体外的绝缘层22、以及4个导体组3之间的一字架24。 
但这些方案在具体实施过程中都有一些不可必免的技术问题一直未得到很好的解决: 
普通的十字骨架填充:线径较粗,不够柔软,无法用Reelex八字成圈,包装运输麻烦; 
一字骨架填充:线径细,柔软,但结构不稳定,无法用Reelex八字成圈,包装运输麻烦,安装可靠性差. 
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种6类线缆的骨架结构,旨在解决上述的问题。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
本发明包括:线芯以及在线芯和护套之间的屏蔽层或者是护套;线芯内包括一对导体组成的4个导体组、导体外的绝缘层;还包括4个导体组之间的骨架;所述的骨架呈“V”字状,其底端在线芯的中央、二边分别隔开邻近的导体组。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在包装方式上可以完全采用CAT5E的Reelex八字成圈,减少了原有CAT6包装必须用的套盘;使得线缆本身及包装更加简洁、重量轻;运输成本与现场施工成本可以大大降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述: 
由图3可见:本发明包括:线芯2以及在线芯2和护套之间的屏蔽层1或者是护套1;线芯2内包括一对导体21组成的4个导体组3、导体外的绝缘层22;还包括4个导体组3之间的骨架25;所述的骨架25呈“V”字状,其底端在线芯2的中央、二边分别隔开邻近的导体组3; 
所述的骨架25的二边分别隔开左、右之间的导体组3和左上和左下之间的导体组3。 
本发明在安装施工时,V字型骨架柔软细小,重量轻,结构稳定、安装更加方便,稳定性高。 
由于本发明因少用了一部分熄燃型的填充材料,燃烧性能更加优越,安全系数高. 
本发明相对传统的十字与一字型骨架填充,在包装方式上可以完全采用CAT5E的Reelex八字成圈.减少了原有CAT6包装必须用的套盘。不仅包装成本降低,而且因为套盘是不易处理包装垃圾,用V型设计不存在这方面的垃圾处理问题,更加环保。 
本发明因线缆本身及包装更加简洁.重量轻,运输成本与现场施工成本可以大大降低。 

Claims (3)

1.一种6类线缆,包括:线芯(2)以及在线芯(2)和护套之间的屏蔽层(1);线芯(2)内包括一对导体(21)组成的4个导体组(3)、导体外的绝缘层(22);其特征在于:还包括4个导体组(3)之间的单个骨架(25);所述的骨架(25)呈“V”字状,其底端在线芯(2)的中央、二边分别隔开邻近的导体组(3),并且所述的“V”字状骨架的内部仅容纳一个导体组。
2.一种6类线缆,包括:线芯(2)以及护套(1);线芯(2)内包括一对导体(21)组成的4个导体组(3)、导体外的绝缘层(22);其特征在于:还包括4个导体组(3)之间的单个骨架(25);所述的骨架(25)呈“V”字状,其底端在线芯(2)的中央、二边分别隔开邻近的导体组(3),并且所述的“V”字状骨架的内部仅容纳一个导体组。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的6类线缆,其特征在于:所述的骨架(25)的二边分别隔开左上和右上之间的导体组(3)以及左上和左下之间的导体组(3)。
