  1. Acier de cémentation de longue durée de vie pour roulements comprenant, en termes de pour cent en poids :
    C : de 0,10 à 0,35 %,
    Si : de 0,35 à 1,70 %,
    Mn : de 0,3 à 2,0 %,
    S : de 0,001 à 0,03 %.
    Cr : de 0,4 1,50%,
    Al : de 0,010 à 0,07 %,
    N : de 0,003 à 0,015 %,
    Mg total : de 0,0005 à 0,0300 %,
    P : pas plus de 0,025 %,
    Ti : pas plus de 0,0050 %,
    O total : pas plus de 0,0020 %, de façon facultative au moins un des éléments parmi
    Ni: de 0,10 à 2,00 % et
    V : de 0,03 à 0,7 % et le reste étant constitué de fer et d'impuretés inévitables.
  2. Acier de cémentation de longue durée de vie pour roulements comprenant, en termes de pour cent en poids :
    C : de 0,10 à 0,35 %,
    Si : de 0,05 à 1,70 %,
    Mn : de 0,3 à 2,0 %,
    S : de 0,001 à 0,03 %,
    Cr : de 0,4 à 1,50 %,
    Mo : de 0,30 à 1,20%,

    N : de 0,003 à 0,015 %,
    Mg total : de 0,0005 à 0,0300 %,
    P : pas plus de 0,025 %,

    O total : pas plus de 0,0020 %, de façon facultative au moins un des éléments parmi

Acier de cémentation de longue durée de vie pour roulements selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel les oxydes contenus dans ledit acier satisfont à la formule suivante en termes de ratio en nombre : (nombre de MgO•Al2O3 + nombre de MgO)/nombre d'inclusions totales de type oxydes ≥ 0,80.
