Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un film en vue de produire une couche de protection superficielle sur un corps profilé, selon lequel un film substrat imprégné d'une résine d'imprégnation thermodurcissable est pourvu d'une couche de vernis, étant précisé que
    a) comme résine d'imprégnation, on utilise une résine de condensation aqueuse qui contient, lors de l'application du revêtement, environ 50 % en poids de composants volatils, et le film imprégné contient encore 8-20 % en poids de composants volatils avant le vernissage,
    b) le vernis est un système aqueux composé d'un produit de polymérisation acrylique, d'un produit de polymérisation polyuréthanne ou d'un produit de copolymérisation polyester, à groupes OH, auquel on a ajouté un composant de réticulation qui réticule le liant du vernis, d'une part, et qui permet une liaison chimique avec la résine d'imprégnation du film substrat, d'autre part,
    c) avant d'être appliqué sur le corps profilé, le film est séché jusqu'à atteindre une humidité résiduelle de 2-20% en poids, de préférence de 4-10 % en poids.
