Definitions
- the invention relates to a key depot for depositing a master key (Object or access key, etc.) especially for office buildings that have a Depot key is lockable and one to identify the master key with this actuatable first locking cylinder and one for closing the Key deposits in this can be used and locked with the deposit key Has closure.
- a master key Object or access key, etc.
- Depot key is lockable and one to identify the master key with this actuatable first locking cylinder and one for closing the Key deposits in this can be used and locked with the deposit key Has closure.
- Key depots of this type are known and are often used wherever one is certain people also have access to buildings or factories outside normal opening hours. It can be police, Fire brigades, maintenance and cleaning staff, etc. act.
- a handover corresponding master key would have the disadvantage that access would be possible in an uncontrolled manner through this group of people and that with one Loss of such a key the locking system can be replaced completely would have to, which causes considerable costs.
- a master key is kept in a lockable key depot, that for the named group of people after handing over a deposit key is accessible.
- a loss of the deposit key generally requires just an exchange the depot cylinder, which is much cheaper.
- additional electronic devices control and if necessary a block access to the master key possible.
- US Pat. No. 4,967,576 relates to a security container with a lockable by a door Chamber that is locked with a bolt.
- the bolt is through actuated an electromagnet.
- an electromagnet As long as there is an "access device" in the chamber (Means of authorization) not correctly put back into this or is used in this, is an actuation of the electromagnet due to Switch contact and thus closing the door is not possible.
- EP 0 405 061 describes a "device for holding emergency keys", in which the emergency key is kept in a bowl that is held by a remote-controlled electrical or electronic locking device additionally is secured against being pulled out of the depot. This allows access to the deposited keys can be blocked at any time, even if the deposit is normal Ways could be opened.
- the closest prior art of the invention is in the EP-A-0 668 421.
- the object key essentially comprises a wall pipe with a pipe guided in it Key carrier unit.
- This unit has a first locking cylinder, which with a container key is actuated and serves to close the container.
- On the key carrier unit is also attached to a second lock cylinder, the can be operated with the object key and with the crsten locking cylinder in this way (i.e. rotated by 90 ° relative to this), that depending on the Rotational position of the two keys only ever one of the two keys can be deducted.
- the container key is first inserted and rotated, whereby the Key holder unit is unlocked and pulled out of the wall pipe can.
- the object key can now are withdrawn from the second lock cylinder, after which the container key is no longer rotatable into a removable position.
- the key holder unit is inserted again into the second locking cylinder is pushed back into the wall pipe, and the container key can be removed after turning (i.e. closing the container).
- the container key can be removed after turning (i.e. closing the container).
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a key depot at the beginning to create the type mentioned, in which in a simple and interference-free manner a still essential higher security standard and almost absolute security against manipulation is achieved.
- a lock can preferably be replaced usable, second commercially available locking cylinder (e.g. profile half cylinder) intended.
- the master key is preferably only removable when the first one Lock cylinder is in a first rotary position (key withdrawal position), the first locking cylinder the slide only in a second rotational position releases so that the depot can be closed.
- the slide is preferably guided axially in the key depot Insert formed in which the first locking cylinder is installed.
- the slide is not in the second slide position, in which the key depot can be closed, slidable when the first lock cylinder is in the first rotary position (key withdrawal position).
- a spring is preferably provided, which moves the slide into the first sliding position preloaded and shifted when the shutter is opened.
- the master key can be locked with e.g. over a chain or similar connected be, so that the closure also serves as a "key chain” and the danger accidental loss is significantly reduced.
- the key depot preferably has an essentially cylindrical housing, e.g. made of stainless steel with a cover and can be built into masonry or the like. let in and there taking into account the relevant VdS (Association of Property Insurers) Guidelines are secured.
- a slide lock is provided which is removable for removing the slide from the depot when it is is in the first sliding position.
- the slide lock can in this case by a groove running in the axial direction the slide, a guide rail running in the groove, and the guide rail in Axial direction continuing spring element and by a flat of the slide, which is offset in relation to the groove in the circumferential direction.
- the slide is in the first sliding position after pressing in the spring element pivotable in such a way that the stop and the flat face each other and the slide can be pulled out of the housing past the stop is.
- the spring element is also preferably only by means of a specially adapted, key-like adapter or similar. impressible.
- the first locking cylinder can be screwed to the slide and after removal the slide from the depot to be replaceable, so that another Master key e.g. depositable when the locking system concerned is renewed without having to completely replace the key depot.
- the slide is preferably in an aluminum sleeve integrated in the housing guided.
- the aluminum sleeve can be connected to the housing by means of screws and be removable from the depot after removing the slide.
- All operating states of the key depot can be controlled electronically Condition monitoring is monitored and, if necessary, also influenced, i.e. blocked or be released.
- Condition monitoring can e.g. have the following assemblies: a first Device for detecting a closed or open state of the Key depots with the master key included, a second device for recording an open state of the key deposit when the key is removed Master key, a third device with which the adapter is inserted and / or a release of the slide lock is signaled, a fourth device for electromagnetic Locking the lock of the key deposit as well as time-dependent Registration and release or blocking the opening of the depot, and one fifth electronic device for detecting a removal of the sleeve or of violent attempts to pull away.
- the first to fifth devices are preferably constructed in modules and in the aluminum sleeve (replaceable) integrated.
- the detection of the conditions can finally be done by means of microswitches are inexpensive and very reliable.
- the slider can also be designed so that a key package with two to five cylinder keys to be deposited (master keys) is receivable, whereby then however, for reasons of space, only one or no cylinder key can be identified becomes.
- a particular advantage of the invention is that the key depot with minor changes also as a partner lock with two access keys can be used, with the depot key the first access key and the master key is the second access key and an unlock the partner lock by opening the depot with the first access key and by actuating the first locking cylinder with the second access key he follows.
- Locking elements are used for the first locking cylinder unlocks a door to be locked (e.g. safe door) so that this door is now open can be. The locking takes place in a corresponding manner in reverse Actuation of the first locking cylinder and subsequent closing of the depot.
- Figure 1 shows the key depot in the closed state. It has a stainless steel case 1 on which is flush with a housing panel 2 on the outer access side closes with masonry 3.
- the housing 1 is on its back with a Threaded bore 4 for receiving anchoring elements, safeguards against pulling out etc. provided.
- the housing 1 can be closed from the outside with a closure 7.
- the closure 7 is inserted into the housing 1 so that its shutter 8 (Figure 2) is flush with the housing panel 2 and is locked with a lock 9, which e.g. a Profile half cylinder (second locking cylinder) can be closed (see FIG. 2).
- a lock 9 which e.g. a Profile half cylinder (second locking cylinder) can be closed (see FIG. 2).
- a locking lug 10 bears against a stop 11, so that the closure 7 can not be pulled out.
- an electromagnetic Locking device 12 is provided, with which by current flow Lock pin 13 is guided in the path of movement of the locking lug 10. In this in Figure 3 shown state, e.g. can be activated by a timer, the deposit is not accessible even with a deposit key.
- first locking cylinder 14 in which one to be deposited Master key 15 is inserted with which the first lock cylinder 14 is actuated can be.
- the first locking cylinder 14 is designed as an insert Slide 16 interchangeably arranged, axially movable within the sleeve 5 is guided and by means of a spring 17 from a second sliding position shown in Figure 1 towards a first sliding position (here to the left), i.e. against the Closure 7 is biased or pressed.
- a running in the axial direction Locking rail 19 for a cylinder nose 18 of the first locking cylinder 14 and for the slider 16, the stop 11 is provided, which is therefore a Has dual function.
- the Lock 7 unlocked with a depot key and removed from the depot become.
- the master key 15 is then accessible.
- the slide 16 after removal of the closure 7 from the second shown in Figure 1 (right) sliding position moved by spring 17 into the first (left) sliding position, and is now on the stop 11.
- the first lock cylinder 14 and thus the master key 15 also continues to assume a second rotary position. In the master key 15 is not removable in this position. At the same time, it would be closed again of the depot possible, i.e. the locking device designed as a slide 16 is released.
- the Slider 16 To remove the master key 15, it must first be in the first rotational position (Key withdrawal position). This is only possible if the Slider 16 is in the first (left) sliding position, because previously a rotary movement of the first locking cylinder 14 and thus also of the master key 15 the locking rail 19 is prevented, against which the cylinder nose 18 abuts or next to which the cylinder nose 18 is guided along during the displacement of the slide 16 until the slide 16 is in the first sliding position in which it is on abuts the stop 11.
- the master key 15 can be turned into the first rotational position and now subtracted from.
- the cylinder lug 18 pivots in front of the Barrier 19, i.e. in front of their (outer) end face opposite the depot opening 19 'and now prevents the slider 16 from moving axially back into the second sliding position.
- the deposit will not be closed can, since the slide 16 now occupies at least part of the depot opening, in which must be used to close the deposit 7.
- the master key 15 If the master key 15 is to be placed in the depot again, it must be in inserted the first locking cylinder 14 and rotated into the second rotational position become. As a result, the cylinder lug 18 pivots from the end face 19 'of the barrier 19 away, so that the locking device is now released and the slide 16th is displaceable in the second sliding position. By inserting the closure 7 can now slide 16 against the force of spring 17 in the second (right) Sliding position can be moved. The lock 9 (second lock cylinder) of the Lock 7 is then locked by turning the deposit key (the Closing nose 10 is pivoted behind the stop 11, see Figure 3) and the depot is closed.
- the electromagnetic locking device 12 has already been introduced fourth device for condition monitoring called, with which e.g. with help a time switch the depot can be temporarily blocked against any access can.
- the key depot according to the invention can be used with other electronic ones if required Condition monitoring can be added.
- Condition monitoring can be added.
- a first microswitch 21 is automatically activated when the depot is opened, i.e. actuated by removing the closure 7 when the slide 16 through the spring 17 is moved into the first sliding position.
- a second microswitch 22 is actuated by the cylinder lug 18 when the master key 15 is in the first Rotated position is rotated in which it can be pulled off.
- the first or second Microswitches 21, 22 each form part of the above-mentioned first and second Establishment of condition monitoring, which also includes detection and forwarding and signaling the switch states to the outside, e.g. in a control room, to an alarm system or similar he follows.
- They are preferably as modular electronic assemblies formed on the aluminum sleeve 5 in the manner are arranged so that they can easily be removed from the housing 1 after the sleeve has been removed can be exchanged.
- a slide lock is by means of to solve an adapter.
- the slide lock is shown in particular in FIG. 6 and is shown in FIG Axial direction groove 31 in the slider 16, also in the axial direction running guide rail 30 arranged on the inside of the sleeve, which runs in the groove 31, which continues the guide rail 30 in the axial direction to the outside Spring element 33 (e.g. a narrow leaf spring or the like, see also FIG. 1), and a flattening 32 is formed on the circumference of the slide 16.
- the groove 31 is of course narrower than the stop 11, since otherwise in the first Sliding position does not block the axi's further outward movement would be.
- the flattening 32 is designed in the radial direction so that the stop - If the flattening 32 and stop 11 are opposite - completely is taken up by this.
- the flattening 32 extends in the axial direction over the entire length of the slide and is circumferentially opposite by about 90 ° the groove 31 offset.
- the axial length of the guide rail 30 is dimensioned such that in the first (left) Sliding position only the spring element 33 is in the groove 31.
- the slide 16 can thus after pressing in the spring element 33 by means of an inserted adapter can be pivoted by approximately 90 °, namely counterclockwise according to FIG. This has the consequence that the flattening 32 is now opposite the stop 11, so that the slider 16 no longer in the axially outward direction is blocked and consequently can be pulled out of the housing 1.
- a third microswitch 23 can be provided an introduction to the third facility for condition monitoring of the adapter or an indentation of the spring element 33 signals.
- the screw 6 After removing the slide, the screw 6 is accessible, after the Loosen the sleeve 5 can be removed.
- the key depot according to the invention can be used against attempts to break open its Closure 7 additionally with a core protection insert, anti-drilling pins or similar. Boring obstacles as well as a vandalism lock.
- the depot will also preferably with a tensile connection to the inside of the building in the Built-in wall.
- a fourth microswitch 24 (see FIG. 5) on the rear wall of the sleeve 5 and / or a strain gauge can be provided with which an alarm system is activated.
- This fourth microswitch 24 is part of the fifth device the condition monitoring and can then be triggered when the sleeve 5 like Removed as described above or countered violently as a result of attempts to pull away the force of a plate spring assembly 20 slightly, i.e. by about 1 to 2.5 mm in Axial direction is moved outwards.
- heating and other signaling devices can also be modular be installed or retrofitted.
