Description

The invention relates to a shut-off device for a lane, with a pedestal, with a locking arm arranged on a horizontal drive shaft, which between a horizontal locking position and an upward release position is pivotable, with a swivel drive and with an opening movement the locking arm supporting compensating spring element, which Compensating spring element preferably has a relaxed zero position is between the locked position and the release position of the locking arm.

Such a shut-off device, for example usable as an inlet or Exit barriers from parking lots, parking garages, etc. are, for example, the GB-A 2248482. It is equipped with a compensating spring system that Swiveling up the blocking arm supports and the swiveling down brakes to to be able to reduce the power of the drive motor, to save counterweights, and to achieve a space-saving pillar.

The invention has now set itself the task of further improving to achieve space-saving construction for the shut-off device, and achieves this in that the swivel drive is a self-locking gear with a Drive worm and with a gear wheel arranged on the drive shaft has whose worm toothing extends over a part of the circumference. The worm teeth are only required on part of the circumference the opening angle plus one on both sides of the drive screw length dependent engagement end region is determined. With an opening angle of 90 ° For example, a worm toothing of 120 ° to 150 ° is sufficient, so that the Total angle within which the gear wheel moves, between 240 ° and Is 270 °. The drive shaft can, for example, be closer to the column side wall be placed.

Die Größe der zusätzlichen Schwungmasse hängt von den jeweiligen Gegebenheiten und Erfordemissen ab.A preferred embodiment provides that the drive worm on the Motor output shaft is provided with an additional flywheel is provided. Due to the additional flywheel mass, an abrupt stop in avoided the two end positions and on the other hand a softer start from the reached both end positions. The size of the additional flywheel depends on the respective circumstances and requirements.

If there is a malfunction when the locking arm is closed, it should Lane can be opened as easily as possible despite the self-locking transmission can. A preferred embodiment provides for this that the locking arm on End portion of the drive shaft has latched support flange. The detachable Attachment of the support flange can preferably be realized in such a way that the Carrier flange has radially spring loaded locking elements, and in the end region the drive shaft over the circumference distributed recesses are provided.

Especially for parking garages and other buildings with lockable inside Another embodiment is provided in the lanes, in which the locking arm has two articulations has interconnected parts, the free arm part during the pivoting is guided essentially parallel to the locked position. For example, for Passenger cars also have a lane with a clear height of e.g. 2 m and one Width of e.g. 2.50 m can be blocked.

For the parallel guidance of the free arm part there is, for example, a cable pull inside the first locking arm part is provided. If this is only a rope length, and is therefore not subject to pressure, is in a further preferred embodiment provided that the parallel guide on the pivot of the free locking arm part a Return spring has. The other end of the rope is preferably over one in the Cable shaft lying on the drive shaft axis is guided outwards from the locking arm and on the pedestal fixed.

The invention will now be described below with reference to the figures of the enclosed Drawings described in more detail without being limited thereto.

A shut-off device for a lane, for example a barrier in one Parking garage or the like has a standing column 1 with a column head 30, in which a Drive shaft 2 is rotatably supported in bearings 7. The drive shaft 2 carries on her end protruding from the column head 30 by means of a quick-release fastener 12 attached locking arm 9, the quick release 12 removing the locking arm 9 allowed in case of power failure or other malfunctions. One with the drive shaft 2 a rotating angle sensor is assigned to the connected disc. On self-locking gear comprises a gear 3 on the drive shaft 2, the has a worm toothing 5 which extends only over approximately 150 °. In these engages a worm 4, which directly or via an intermediate gear from one in the Stand column 1 fixed electric motor 6 is driven. The motor 6 is preferred an additional flywheel mass 26 assigned, whereby a soft start and a delayed standstill is reached.

A compensating spring element 8 supporting the electric motor 6 is the Drive shaft 2 assigned so that in a relaxed zero position 0 or in the In the middle of a relaxed zero position range of the locking arm 9 that shown in FIG. 1 Occupies a position below about 45 ° to 60 ° upwards. If the locking arm 9 moved by the electric motor 6 into its horizontal blocking position S, so it will Compensating spring element 8 tensioned, the a the load moment of the locking arm 9th counteracting moment. The electric motor therefore only needs one low drive power to open the closed locking arm 9 again. The Compensating spring element 8 supports and accelerates the opening movement of the Lock arm 9 to the relaxed zero position 0 and dampens the subsequent one Movement to the upper end position F. The closing movement is also in the upper end position F biased compensation spring element 8 to the zero position or the zeroing range accelerated and then braked.

Die zugehörigen Rastvertiefungen 43 sind in dieser Ausführung in einem gehärteten Einsatzring des Tragflansches 23 vorgesehen.4 shows an axial section through the front end region 47 of the drive shaft 2 with mounted locking arm 9. The locking arm 9 is in particular made of two half-profile parts 54 formed of light-conducting material, between which in the connection area the drive shaft 2 has a reinforcing, in particular likewise a two-part core 51 is provided. The core contains a bearing pin 52 for a pulley 53, over the one Rope 32 is guided, the end 31 of which emerges from the locking arm 9, as in Fig. 3rd can be seen, and is fixed to the column head 30 or the column 1. The two half-profile parts 54 are embedded in a support flange 23 of the quick-release fastener 12 and covered to the outside by a cap 48. The support flange 23 has a ring of locking elements 44, in particular balls on, in a ring of holes 43 are engaged in the end region 47 of the drive shaft 2, being radial to the Drive shaft 2 are acted upon by springs 45. The ball lock shown between the support flange 23 and the drive shaft 2 enables both simple Removal of the locking arm 9 in the event of malfunctions as well as its rotation Obstacles in the swivel path, for example when there is a lane in the lane Vehicle. The ball lock can also be reversed, i. H. radial Bores in the end region 47 of the drive shaft 2 each take a spring 45 and a locking element 44, whereby a larger travel can be achieved. The associated Locking recesses 43 are in this embodiment in a hardened insert ring Support flange 23 provided.

Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein in der axialen Bohrung 46 zugeführtes Kabel 49.The drive shaft 2 has an axial bore 46, so that in the central region of the Carrier flange 23 an only schematically shown lighting device 50 can be placed which illuminates the locking arm 9. The light-guiding material of the half-profile parts 54 make the locking arm 9 appear as a luminous bar, the two Half-profile parts 54 can also be colored differently. The power supply takes place via a cable 49 fed into the axial bore 46.

If the locking arm 9 is formed in two parts, or must be, because the lane available height is too low, the locking arm 9 preferably sets from a first part 27 connectable to the flange 23 of the drive shaft 2, a free, second part 29 and an intermediate joint 28, 41 together. When opening the locking arm 9 from the locking position S (Fig. 5, 6) in the Release position F (Fig. 7), the free part 29 moves approximately parallel to the horizontal Lock position upwards, i.e. it bends on the first part 27. This takes place via a parallel guidance with the help of the first part 27 running rope 32. One end 31 of the rope 32 is on the Stand column 1 or fixed to the column head 30, and the other end with one Locking lever 39 connected to a hook 38 of the hinge plate 41 of the second locking arm part 29 is pivotable. The locking lever 39 has a spring hook 40 on a locking web 35 on the hinge plate 28 of the first Locking arm 27 engages behind in locking position 5 of locking arm 9. At the beginning of the opening movement pivots the locking arm 9 in the extended position until at the Stand column 1 attached rope 32 has pivoted the locking lever 39 so far that the Spring hook 40 is disengaged from the locking web 35. This is after an opening angle the case of a few degrees. From there, one or a couple keeps growing exciting springs 37, the one hand on a slot 36 of the joint plate 28 of the first locking arm part 27 and on the other hand on the bearing pin 38 on the second locking arm part 29 are suspended, the rope 32 is tensioned, so that the rope 32 stresses the train leads second locking arm part 29 substantially horizontally into the release position F (Fig. 5, Fig. 7). The slots 36 are preferably on the end faces of the hinge pin provided, which is fixed in the hinge plate 28. If the locking arm 9 closed, the spring 37 maintains the tension of the rope 32, and thus leads the free locking arm part 29 back in the same parallel position until the spring hook 40 in the blocking position S again engages behind the locking web 35. The spring 37 also exercises a restoring torque, so that they the load torque of the second Lock arm part 29 at least reduced.

The joint plates 28, 41 each carry a head piece 33 and 42, which in the Locking arm part 27, 29 can be inserted at the end. The locking arm part 27 is, as already mentioned, translucent or transparent, so that at least the locking arm part 27 of the lighting device 50 is illuminated.
