Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Ballenpresse für das Herstellen von Ballen (4), insbesondere Ballen (4) aus Abfallmaterial mit Folien oder folienähnlichem Material, z.B. Polyäthylenfolien, bei dem durch mehrere Hübe eines Preßstempels (2), zwischen denen jeweils ein Nachfüllvorgang liegt, ein Ballen (4) gepreßt und nach dem letzten für seine Herstellung erforderlichen Hub bei vorgefahrenem Preßstempel (2) in einer Verschnürposition (A) mit Draht (9) umschnürt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Preßgut in einen Preßkasten (3) lose eingefüllt wird,die Preßhübe über das Maß der Verschnürposition (A) und zugleich einer eigentlichen Preßposition (A) für die Verschnürung hinaus zu einer Preßposition (B) mit einem Überhub (A-B) gefahren werden,dabei entsprechend Draht (9) nachgezogen und in einer Drahtlose vorgehalten und fixiert wird,danach mit dem bis in die Verschnürposition (A) zurückfahrenden Preßstempel (2) der gepreßte Ballen (4) in der Drahtlose expandiert undschließlich in der Verschnürposition (A), die auch einer Preßposition (A) entspricht, die Verschnürung erfolgt, während der der Preßstempel (2) gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überhub (A-B) soweit in die Preßposition (B) gefahren wird, bis die Lufteinschlüsse im Ballen weitgehend beseitigt sind, die durch die Folien oder dem folienähnlichen Material entstehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung der Drahtlose in Abhängigkeit von der Expansion des gepreßten Ballens (4) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßposition (B) in Abhängigkeit von einer bestimmten Dichte des Ballens (4) eingestellt oder begrenzt wird.
- Ballenpresse zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus einem Preßkasten (1), einem Preßstempel (2), einem in den Preßkasten (1) mündenden Füllschacht (3), einem sich an den Preßkasten (1) anschließenden Preßkanal (5) und einer zugeordneten Verschnüreinrichtung (6) zum Umschnüren der Ballen, gekennzeichnet durcheinen Antrieb zum Fahren des Preßstempels (2) und eine Steuereinrichtung für einen über das Maß der Verschnürposition (A) hinaus fahrbaren Überhub (A-B) des Preßstempels (2) in eine Preßposition (B),Mittel für eine entsprechend dem Maß des Überhubs (A-B) entstehende und fixierte Drahtlose,Mittel für eine Auslösung des Rückhubs (B-A) des Preßstempels (2) in die Verschnürposition (A),Mittel für die Sicherung der Verschnürposition (A) unddie Auslösung der Verschnürung mittels einer Verschnüreinrichtung (6).
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine den Überhub (A-B) realisierende Ausgestaltung der Preßplatte des Preßstempels (2).
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine den Überhub (A-B) realisierende Ausgestaltung des Preßkastens (1).
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überhub (A-B) des Preßstempels (2) in der Preßposition (B) in Abhängigkeit von der Dichte des Ballens (4) begrenzbar ist.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückhub (B-A) in Abhängigkeit von der Dichte des Ballens (4) auslösbar ist.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 9 und 10, gekennzeichnet durch Steuermittel zur Kopplung des Überhubes (A-B) und des Rückhubes (B-A) in Abhängigkeit von der Dichte des Ballens (4).
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb aus einem Hydraulikzylinder mit Kolben und Kolbenstange besteht.
