Description

DickstoffpumpeSlurry pump
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a thick matter pump with a material feed container, two hydraulically driven conveying cylinders opening with their front openings into the interior of the material feed container, an engaging in the material feed container, with one end alternating in cycles with the end openings of the feed cylinders and communicating with its other End connected to a conveyor tube pivot tube.
Thick matter pumps of this type are used above all for conveying concrete and more or less viscous sludge, which can freeze up after a long period of inactivity. Therefore, the pipes of the thick matter pump and the material feed container must be emptied and cleaned at the end of a conveying process. The delivery line, which is usually attached to a distributor in concrete pumps, can either be sucked back by the concrete contained in the material feed container through the thick matter pump itself or under pressure in the opposite direction with the help of a pressure medium pressed into the delivery line. such as compressed air or water. The pipelines are wiped out by means of elastomeric sponge balls or cleaning bodies, which are either sucked over the free end of the conveying pipe to the material feed container or into the opposite direction using suitable pipeline fittings. set direction to be pushed. Furthermore, it is known to provide closable cleaning openings in the pipeline wall in the region of the swivel tube, through which access into the interior of the pipeline is possible for cleaning purposes. The problem of emptying using the residual concrete in the material feed container has not yet been satisfactorily solved. The handling of the sponge balls in the course of cleaning the pipes has so far left something to be desired.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object of improving the known concrete pumps of the type specified at the outset in such a way that the delivery pipes and the material feed container can be emptied and cleaned with simple handles.
To achieve this object, the combinations of features specified in patent claims 1, 6 and 8 are proposed. Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the dependent claims.
To solve this problem, according to a first variant of the invention, it is proposed to use the cleaning openings which are present in the tube wall of the delivery tube and / or the swivel tube in addition to injecting sponge balls on the one hand and / or for emptying the material feed container on the one hand and to the in the Closable cleaning opening located on the pipe wall of the delivery pipe and / or of the swivel pipe a cleaning cartridge that is open on one side towards the cleaning opening and has at least one compressed air and / or pressurized water connection, the delivery pipe and / or the swivel pipe on the delivery cylinder side being closable by means of a shut-off device. In order to prevent thick material from entering the cleaning cartridge in the operating state, the cleaning cartridge can advantageously be shut off by means of a locking member, in particular a locking slide, towards the cleaning opening. The cleaning cartridge is expediently articulated in the region of the cleaning opening on the delivery pipe or swivel pipe so that it can be swiveled away from the cleaning opening, preferably with the locking slide closed, with the opening of its front opening. The same result can be achieved in that the cleaning cartridge and the locking slide are rigidly connected to one another and can optionally be moved against the cleaning opening. The cleaning slide can also be connected to two cleaning cartridges, which can optionally be fitted with sponge balls, cleaning pigs or with liquid-filled bags.
According to a second variant of the invention, a transport tube can also be optionally connected to the cleaning opening, via which the material feed container can be emptied to a small residual amount with the aid of the delivery cylinders. In this case, a shut-off device closing the delivery pipe or the swivel pipe to the free end of the delivery pipe is additionally provided. In order to be able to empty the material feed container almost completely, it is proposed according to a preferred or alternative embodiment of the invention that the end-side delivery cylinder openings opening into the material feed container can be at least partially covered against air access from the material feed container to near the bottom of the container, preferably by means of a slide or are lockable.
The shut-off device can, for example, be designed as a shut-off valve, which is expediently arranged in the region of a connecting flange on the delivery pipe side outside the material feed container.
In principle, the shut-off element can also be designed as a sealing body that can be pressed into the inside of the pipe against the wall of the delivery pipe or swivel pipe, preferably deformable under the action of pressure, which can be inserted into the delivery or swivel pipe from the cleaning cartridge and in this preferably by means of a slack, belt or chain-like holding member is positionable. In order to ensure that the sealing body is not inadvertently forced out of the delivery tube or the swivel tube, a seat or support member for the sealing body, which engages in the interior of the tube, preferably from the cleaning opening, can be provided independently of or in addition to the holding member become. A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the sealing body as under the action of a pressure medium, preferably pressure Air or hydraulic fluid can be expanded and a ball or balloon can be pressed against the inner surface of the tube.

The two-cylinder thick matter pumps shown in the drawing are intended for use in stationary and mobile concrete pumps. They essentially consist of two delivery cylinders 10 with delivery pistons 12 driven hydraulically in push-pull, a material feed container 14 and a slide device 20 which engages with a swivel tube 16 in the material feed container 14 and can be actuated by a reversing mechanism 18 lower region connected via openings 22 to the rear wall 24 of the material feed container 14, the openings 22 on the inside of the material feed container 14 being delimited by an eyeglass-shaped wear plate 26. The swivel tube 16 bears with its end bearing a wear ring 28 against the wear plate 26 and is pivoted by the reversing mechanism 18 depending on the direction of movement of the delivery pistons 12 in the delivery cylinders 10 in front of one or the other opening 22. In this way, when the delivery piston 12 moves back in the direction of the arrow 30, material is sucked out of the material feed container 14 through the opening 22 in the direction of the arrow 32 into the relevant delivery cylinder 10, while material is directed in the direction via the other delivery piston 12 arrows 34, 36, 38 is transported through the swivel tube 16 into a delivery tube 42 located outside the material feed container 14. The delivery pipe 42 can be connected to a delivery line (not shown) of a concrete placing boom.
