Claims (6)
- Procédé de relance d'une nouvelle opération de chauffage d'un aliment en fin de cuisson consécutive à une première opération de chauffage, ledit aliment étant placé à l'intérieur d'une enceinte (1) d'un appareil de cuisson qui est accessible par une porte (6) et qui comporte au moins un dispositif de dorage à résistance chauffante (2), un dispositif d'énergie micro-ondes (3), un circuit d'alimentation (4) du dispositif de dorage à résistance chauffante (2) et du dispositif d'énergie micro-ondes (3), un tableau de commande (7) qui comporte des moyens (8) pour sélectionner au moins des aliments prédéfinis, des moyens d'entrée d'information (9) d'une durée de consigne T d'une opération de chauffage, des moyens d'affichage (10) d'au moins la durée de consigne T et des moyens de commande (11) pour déclencher le déroulement d'une opération de chauffage ; le circuit d'alimentation (4), les moyens de sélection (8), les moyens d'entrée d'information (9), les moyens d'affichage (10) et les moyens de commande (11) étant reliés à des moyens de traitement d'information (12) qui, d'une part, déterminent les différentes phases de cuisson de l'opération de chauffage à appliquer sur l'aliment et, d'autre part, transmettent par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'affichage (10), des messages à l'utilisateur concernant ladite opération de chauffage,
caractérisé en ce qu'un message de ladite fin de la première opération de chauffage étant transmis à l'utilisateur, l'utilisateur sélectionne une nouvelle durée de consigne t1 par les moyens d'entrée d'information (9) et déclenche les moyens de commande (11) reliés aux moyens de traitement d'information (12) qui, d'une part, rappellent automatiquement la première opération de chauffage mémorisée dans lesdits moyens de traitement d'information (12) et, d'autre part, activent uniquement la dernière phase de cuisson de ladite première opération de chauffage, cette dernière de cuisson limite le niveau de puissance en énergie appliquée sur ledit aliment. - Procédé de relance d'une nouvelle opération de chauffage d'un aliment appliqué à une enceinte (1) dont la porte a une ouverture et une fermeture contrôlées par des moyens de verrouillage reliés aux moyens de traitement d'information (12) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, après la fin de la première opération de chauffage, les moyens de traitement d'information (12) testent une première fois les moyens de verrouillage de la porte pour savoir si une opération d'ouverture de ladite porte a été entreprise, dans la négative on poursuit la procédure, et dans l'affirmative les moyens de traitement d'information (12) déclenchent un sous-programme avant de rappeler la dernière opération de chauffage et d'activer la dernière phase de cuisson de ladite opération de chauffage. - Procédé de relance d'une nouvelle opération de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que dans le sous-programme, les moyens de traitement d'information (12) mémorisent l'information de l'ouverture de la porte (6) pour la détermination de ladite nouvelle opération de chauffage à appliquer sur l'aliment et transmettent à l'utilisateur, grâce aux moyens d'affichage, un message d'une demande de la nouvelle durée de consigne t1, puis l'utilisateur ayant sélectionné la nouvelle durée de consigne t1, les moyens de traitement d'information testent une deuxième fois les moyens de verrouillage de la porte pour savoir si une opération de fermeture de la porte a été entreprise, dans la négative, les moyens de traitement de l'information empêchent l'activation du déroulement de la nouvelle opération de chauffage et dans l'affirmative, après déclenchement des moyens de commande, les moyens de traitement de l'information rappellent la dernière opération de chauffage et activent la dernière phase de cuisson de ladite opération de chauffage. - Procédé de relance d'une nouvelle opération de chauffage d'un aliment selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement d'information (12) comportant des moyens de temporisation, lesdits moyens de traitement d'information déclenchent une temporisation d'une durée tp au cours de laquelle, d'une part, l'utilisateur peut sélectionner la durée de consigne t1 et déclencher les moyens de commande et, d'autre part, les moyens de traitement testent les moyens de verrouillage de la porte, et, à la fin de ladite temporisation tp, si aucun actionnement n'a été effectué sur les moyens d'entrée d'information (12), ainsi que sur les moyens de commande (11), les moyens de traitement d'information poursuivent la transmission d'au moins un message de la fin de la première opération de chauffage et déclenchent la passivité des moyens d'entrée d'information. - Procédé de relance d'une nouvelle opération de chauffage sur un aliment selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que la durée de la phase de temporisation présente une valeur de l'ordre de quatre minutes. - Appareil de cuisson destiné à mettre en oeuvre le procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif à chaleur tournante comprenant une résistance de convection entourant un ventilateur alimenté par le circuit d'alimentation et destiné à souffler de l'air chaud à l'intérieur de l'enceinte de cuisson.
